We really enjoyed this lovely condo. We felt "at home" and comfortable. The condo is large with an open floorplan compared to the typical condo that seems narrow - door at one end, sliding doors and balcony at the other. Would stay again.

Our family had a great time together. We had the option of the beach or the pool and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. There were strict rules for what you could do by the pool, but it did keep it more 'family friendly' which was fine by us.

The AC shut down due to lack of maintenance, took a day to fix! The pluming in the bathroom was slow, and the toilet did not always flush, needs some fixing. The kitchen could have been cleaner on the outside doors. The ice cube dispenser was filled with ice and therefore did not work.But the location is absolutely gorgeous as well as the view.

We have stayed at Lands End for the last 3 yrs...we have never had any problems until this year. The condo was very dirty when we entered. The vents in the condo were very dirty and dusty. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well...they had dirty towels hanging up. We are not even sure if the bed sheets were changed! The refrigerator was dirty and had sticky stuff on the shelves. We all got sick and think it was from the dirty vents. They did send a person out to clean, but didn’t look like they did much of anything! Never received a call back from anyone! Very disappointed with the condo! We will not be staying at lands End again!

Overall, a very pleasant stay but the pool area is too congested. There should be another pool to accommodate all those buildings. Also, there were a lot of teenagers at the time we were there. The unit we stayed in was fine but the master bedroom smelled musty. I would not stay in that unit again.

A nice rental and a WONDERFUL bed. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable we have had. Everything we needed was there. Very clean. Being a short person, the shower in the master bath was a killer :) All only first world problems. Overall, I would recommend this condo or any of the many others we have stayed in over the years. Our condo was located on the gulf with a beautiful beach in a quiet area. Our condo was roomy, clean, and a real pleasure to enjoy the lovely views of the gulf. The condo itself was well equipped. The entire Lands End complex was well maintained! Every year we have thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Lands End!

Weather was perfect. Resort Rentals handled everything efficiently and were friendly. The condo was clean, attractive and most important at the beach in Florida, no bugs! However after staying in many units at this location we will not return to this one. We brought beach towels, but for four people we were provided with only 7 bath towels for one week! The linen closet was locked as were many others. So we had a wonderful vacation with the one dissapointment. Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End.

We LOVE Lands End- it's such a unique and private property. Resort Rentals is always professional to deal with. This particular condo was clean and has a nice updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area. The bedrooms are a little dated, but we don't go to Lands End to hang out in the bedrooms. We will rent this condo again. Very spacious compared to the smaller units.

This was our first visit to Treasure Island and we loved it. Our daughter and her family had the condo beside us and both units were so nice. This condo was everything we could have asked for. The living area was larger so most of the time the family gathered with us.

Great week. Lands End is beautiful. The unit (301) was absolutely awesome!! Updated, fully stocked utensils in the kitchen. Two full sofas for folks to sit comfortably. TVs in both bedrooms. Walk-in shower was fabulous. My daughter had a broken foot. The walk-in shower was a big help for her. Loved the rockers on the balcony!!

Land's End is on the South end of Treasure Island. It is a very private, very laid back, low rise condo complex. You almost feel like you are in the Caribbean. The grounds are beautiful. Our condo was well maintained, clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. It was just what we were looking for. It is a perfect location. Just a short ride up the road are supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping. The beach was very nice. The water was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos online are exactly what you get. This unit is right next to the steps which is right next to the path to the beach which was very handy. I wish they had nice beach chairs like in other units our friends had. They did have the camper style chairs which are good if you want to sit high, but I suggest they should buy at least 2 decent low beach chairs too. There was a small cooler. We kept refilling the ice cube trays as the icemaker doesn't produce much. But it worked out for us. Unit is very clean and updated nice. Love the end unit layout.

After over 20 years at Lands End, this is the best unit we have stayed in. Exceptionally well renovated, well supplied with utensils and crockery, and modern appliances. No unnecessary clutter made it a pleasure to relax in, and to share meals with family. Cannot recommend this one highly enough - the owners did a terrific job in renovating and updating it.

Sunset views of the beach are amazing. Condo was clean, updated, and spacious. Beds and mattresses need to be replaced. I was not able to sleep on the mattress in the master bedroom by the end of the week. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are short for a teenage boy. Upgrade the beds and this condo is a hands down winner.

Overall it was a very good experience. The unit is in very nice condition. The view is fantastic. The kitchen is very nice with updated appliances. It's nice to have laundry facilities in the room.
Negatives, the master bed needs a new mattress as it is broken down a bit making it difficult to get comfortable. The two living room sofas sag quite a bit in the middle. The wifi was pretty weak, it was useless unless you were in the master bedroom where the router is located. The cable tv was a little frustrating to use. It is difficult to find channels as there is no on screen guide to what is on.
These are all minor quibbles, but when you pay $2500 for a weeks stay, the expectations are a bit higher.
