A overpriced, poor facility which doesnt match its description. Owners clearly out to rip off guests

It was clean. Beds OK

So many things wrong. Advertising is wrong. Not new. Not Chic. Not hotel standard. Sloping entrance dangerous. Noted in 2021 review and others, still no safety handrail. Bathroom: 1 hand towel for 4, no facecloths, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion as per most hotels and motel, no safety rail for shower over bath ( dangerous),no clothes hooks etc. Its a cave. Bedrooms v small Only one side light in 1 bedroom.No TV s. Lounge 1x3 seater and 1 hard chair for 4 guests. Poor lighting, impossible to read. Kitchen: mismatched glasses, wine glasses, cutlery and crockery. No saucers or enough plates etc.. All cheap and nasty. Old kitchen table, chairs past use by date as need a cushion. Light over table too low , a head hitter. Overall the place is unbelievably bad. Bach Break had data hacked but didnt notify us. Got E Mails from scammers! They also dont care.

The glass cup is not washed well , When I put water , I found oil mark It looks dirty for some kitchen utensil The towel rack made by bamboo already go moldy. It’s unbelievable.

You said it brand new , actually not Drying machine looks not stable , so we didn’t use it. It’s not a good feeling

really pleasant, would stay again

it was great, our conference was just across the road. God facilities, nice and warm.

another car park would be handy as we were travelling for work and both had vehicles so i had to park on the road

No breakfast

No Coffee plunger or coffee machine no hairdryer beds rather small duvet covers small a very sloping walk way to unit light didn’t show to top of the walk way could of been quite dangerous for older people wasn’t happy about being asked to strip beds we didn’t shower over bath was very slippery when wet

Excellent tidy apartment. The beds in particular were super conformable.

The only downfall I could find was the parking location for apartment number 1 as someone with a disability or older folk may struggle. Overall though, this was an excellent place to stay

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with lots of pots & pans

It was within walking distance of the Auto lodge where we had our evening meals.

The approach to the front door was down a very steep walkway with no handrail or steps. If it had been raining it could have been an accident waiting to happen. The shower was over the bath, which was very difficult to step into and out of. My elderly mother was most concerned that she would slip on the wet surface and fall. There was no hand rail, just the plumbing holding the shower rose to the wall.

We were able to make do!

There was no breakfast

There was no shampoo, conditioner or hair drier. The apartment although new had very little natural light. It had the bare necessities and was not up to usual standards. We did not feel that the apartment was homely.

Weather was really wet ( not owner's fault!) and we were both cold the first night. Extra acrylic blankets were delivered for the next night, but I prefer natural bedding - feather duvets etc. Parking not great, especially in such wet conditions. Parking is up at street level, or down steep driveway.

Beautifully appointed but not suitable for disabled people or older guests

Well appointed with lovely new decor and very good beds

The access from the car park is not suitable for anyone with a disability nor really for older people. The shower over the bath is not safe as it does not have a safety rail. Pillow options not sufficient - all very full and not good for necks or people who need a thinner pillow.

We loved our stay here. Warm and cosy as we walked in the door. Thank you for putting the heat pump on for us Great kitchen, bathroom. bedroom etc Felt at home. Close enough to town to walk in if you wanted too. Will definitely come back.

Good facilities. nice and modern. Small touches like having dish soap/dish washer tablet, salt pepper, oil… good kitchen utensils.

Heard foot steps (high heels) above a few times. nothing bad though.

Lovely new apartment with great amenities

The sound quality of the TV wasn’t the best. The drain in the floor in the bathroom was very noisy when water flowed. The driveway was very narrow and the path down to the front door steep.

We had a problem with the lockbox but got a hold of your lovely lady after hours and she was extremely helpful. she also arranged for the bathroom hand basin plug to be fixed.

Great location for us, had the amenities of home so I could keep the family’s routine, lovely and tidy

I didn’t know how to work the front loader machine 😂 so maybe some instructions

My mother would have preferred more information about the entrance and access - it was a little steeper than she would have liked
