Someone we later learned was the owner was in the room and slammed the door on us.

Someone was in our room which when called back was informed it was the owner of the property so rude! Race weekend and no where to go!!! Still waiting on an email from the operations manger krista of my refund…

Disappointing

Location was great, Ocean veiw was great

The sliding door didn't work. The microwave was too mounted too high. Their was is no parking pass and the internet pass works didn't work. Look like there was mold or really needed good deep clean

Wonderful vacation with family at a lovely apartment right on the beach.

More good than bad

One wash cloth, (I bought dish towels then left them) No vent in bathroom or kitchen for cooking. Not enough silverware. We were asked to put the dishes in the dishwasher when we checked out. But, we could not find the dishwasher all week. 🤷

AC worked awesome, and good water pressure.

The view from the room was the best part

The wifi was complete trash. We could not use our phones on it or even watch tv. The neighbors were super loud the whole time. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not as clean as it should’ve been.

It was a fair stay - nothing special, and not disappointed, but probably would try another next time

Location was nice. Pool area and beach access pleasing. Easy to find.

The entire facility could use some aesthetic updates. The condo itself could also benefit from some updates. The patio door did not slide well. The ceiling is very dingy. Only a decorative shower curtain existed. The spare pillow cases in closet were soiled/stained. Everything worked and the room met our needs, but small improvements could go a long way.

It a really nice place to get away with kids

Nice area and by the beach .. if you like to walk easy to get to places on foot .also nice view and love the face I could cook breakfast in the morning.

We were in a private owner room so it was kinda frustrating we had to do everything our self no house keeping and could get any clean towels we had to dry out towels out on the balcony and luckily we brought some bc the only gave use two set and there were 4 of us

Location great, way to get answers on any ?? Not good hard to get clean towels or any kind of room service would help to have person here to get things quicker

Front desk would not help with much of anything. Could use small table on patio.maybe written thing on who to contact where to go with trash how to get room service
