Ever feel the need to relax and take some time out with family and / or friends, for a bit of a catch-up and a laugh in a most relaxing environment?

Popular with extended families and walking groups, "Eagle Wings Rise" has a Country style larger house with a modern edge situated on 50 acres, with awesome, direct views of the Mt William Range on which a rocky outcrop is known as “Eagles Wings”. The property is just over 5kms from Halls Gap Village.

If travelling in on the Ararat Tourist Road, the property is on the same side as the Pomonal General Store just continue on a few kms further on the same Ararat - Halls Gap Road or you can put Eagle Wings Rise into your GPS to take you to the property. In the other direction it is only 1km from Halls Gap Zoo and 1.5km from Halls Gap Estate Winery. You will see a Vic Roads sign at the entry with the property name.

In Halls Gap, you may choose to take one of many excellent trails in the Grampians National Park. In the village you may choose to visit some of the lovely cafes, the brewery, wineries, gallery, restaurants and more. Coolas Ice Creamery is a favourite stop or drop in to take in a little culture at Brambuk Cultural Centre which is a little further on Grampians Road, you'll find it on the way to the must see, magnificent, Lake Bellfield.

If it's adventure you are after, pop in to Absolute Outdoors at the Post Office for your adventure needs, you'll find it next to the Newsagency.

Interested in Golf? There's a practice hole on the property and a 9 hole scenic golf course at Mt Difficult, which is off Mt Zero Road, turn at Delleys Bridge for those who fancy a round. There's even Adventure Golf just before Lake Bellfield on Grampians Rd.

The friendly Visitor information centre staff in the centre of the village will also happily guide you to all the hiking trails, walks, activities, eateries you may enjoy during your stay. With so much to see and do in Halls Gap you will not be disappointed.

On the property you will see wildlife, also see and hear many bird species. On the grounds towards the back and side of the property there is a bushy “Trust for Nature” corridor plus a large dam which the many wildlife* utilise. We ask you to respect the property and be respectful of neighbours. There is a managers cottage further back on the property with fencing and trees in between the two with your accommodation being separate and self cater.

Your accommodation can sleep up to 8 adults in king beds which can be configured to twin if needed, plus up to 6 children in bunk beds, in total up to 14 are accepted in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are laundry facilities and good cooking facilities including indoor and outdoor alfresco. With all the space in the living areas, your time with friends and chatty conversation will be a breeze. Halls Gap also has many dining options to explore if you so desire.

Completed almost 8 years ago, there is covered outdoor space to help you enjoy your time on the property. There is a large Spring-free trampoline to keep the kiddies happy plus games under the window seat, books, nbn wifi and a fire pit installed for those still nights when skies are bright and conditions permit.

Eagle Wings Rise is the perfect stay for large groups. The home is beautiful with a fantastic layout (bedrooms and bathrooms private from the open plan living area) and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the fires (both indoor and outdoor), the golf and table tennis. Just a short drive to Halls Gap we were able to duck into town easily for hikes, coffee and takeaway meals. We will definitely be back!

Eight friends and myself enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Eagle Wings Rise. The house is surrounded by nature and immaculately presented. Fully appointed you will want for nothing. Very much hope we will be back.

Eagle Wing Rise was such a lovely place to stay for our group of 14. The property had everything you need to relax and enough space for everyone. The complimentary breakfast was a very lovely thought from the hosts. Lots of out door equipment to use during the stay if your not up for the hikes around Halls gap. Great place to stay. I left our Easter trip well rested, with full tummies and hearts.

There was nothing not to love about this property - we would all happily come back! The location is fantastic, the size/space/set up of the property meant that even with 4 different family groups there was still enough space so you weren’t on top of each other. The setting was beautiful and the games/amenities available provided entertainment for all.

Eagle Wings Rise is a beautiful property for a large group to enjoy. No detail was overlooked in catering to our needs. The whole house is serene and tasteful and impeccably clean. Our group enjoys cooking together and our host Monique made sure that everything we needed wad at our disposal. She went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was perfect. We could not ask for better, and highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and fully equipped. The place was so good, the only problem was that we didn't want to leave and go on day trips, all we wanted was to stay on property. We loved the kangaroos and wildlife too. Thanks for the birthday blessings and bottle of wine.

Great property to stay with wildlife to be seen early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Facilities were great, plenty of beds, bathrooms and toilets. There are multiple cooking facilities, play equipment, books and games to keep everyone occupied. The location is great - short drive to Halls Gap and the hikes nearby.

We LOVED the clean well-appointed residence, and the beautiful space and surrounds. All the extra's were AMAZING. We played games, the best fun. But, for the fella's, it was the golf course! They all want to come back again. The provision of games, books etc, all those family fun extra's just sold us completely. (I had to put mine back in the car!) Cant thank you enough for a wonderful experience. Best place ever. The peace, calm and beauty. Im so glad to see that you also appreciate a nice garden setting. Please please please keep planting. (Only one thing. Next time will organise for EVERYONE to contribute with the cost. Was actually way past my meagre budget.) THANKYOU for a wonderful experience, and room for the whole family together. Oh, saw eagles every day.

Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults in a wonderfully maintained property that was fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our time there, great views and lots to do. We even had two golf holes to play. Our hosts were very helpful and it is very evident how much they care for their property. Looking forward to returning again one day soon.

We gathered as a family to celebrate a 40th birthday. The property is large and provided with everything you could want! Games, trampoline etc for the children. Golf range for the big kids! Plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the vvi news and serenity! Excellent hosts .

We were a family group of13 who rarely are all together. Halls Gap was perfect for us, the attention to detail in the accommodation was first class and everything we had anticipated. Two teenage boys had a great time playing ping pong,golf andJust hanging out. For the rest of us we totally relaxed and enjoyed the whole area We will definitely return.

The house has all you could wish for. It was clean with a great kitchen and areas to sit down and eat and relax with friends. Bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms catered well for family groups to be able to stay. The fireplace in winter made things warm and cosy combined with the reverse cycle heaters. The setting was superb with the view of the Mt William range, kangaroos and emus around the house and the children were entertained with the golf course, the table tennis table and plenty of room to move. A thoroughly enjoyable and beautiful place to stay and the hosts Monique and Colin were easy to contact and always helpful.

Highly recommend this property. Monique is super efficient and friendly to deal with. The house is sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of, kitchen very user friendly and well appointed. This was our third stay and we hope to return.

Eagle's Wings Rise was amazing. My family will definitely be returning. The house had everything including a starter pack for breakfast. The property was beautiful. There were kangaroos everywhere and even a couple of emus. There was golf for the big kids and the trampoline for the little ones. There were lots of areas in the house so you felt like you had your own space. The fire pit at night was lovely, toasting marshmallows and looking up at the stars. The Grampians had many breathtaking walks. We had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Monique & Colin.

An awesome house that has high end finishes, fantastic host that provided starter breakfast and firewood. Kangaroos, Emus, Kookaburras and more. Short drive to all Halls Gap has to offer, terrific Winery up the road. We had three families in there and all had a great stay !

This place is fantastic. Beautifully presented, clever design, excellent facilities and really thoughtful extra touches from Monique and Colin. We had a large family group (10 adults, 4 kids) and were really pleased to find somewhere we could all fit under the one roof but that was only the start of the joys of staying at this lovely property. We fitted comfortably, enjoyed activities inside and out and did not leave the property for the term of our stay. Would come back in a heartbeat!
