The location was good. Key holders are friendly people and helpful. It’s a school campus so students are the main residence. The apartment itself was clean but there were no other necessities supplied aside from toilet paper.

It was a nice place, very big, pretty clean (the floor was not that clean, so i would recommend to get slippers with you). Big windows, good position, nice service.

positief: ligging bij centrum en nabijheid station. De woning is sober ingericht, maar alles is er. Negatief is dat er veel verkeerslawaai is. Geen eigen balkon, een balkon voor twee woningen, maar door het lawaai en het minder fraaie uitzicht op een parkeergarage is dat geen groot bezwaar.

Ausstattung: Handtuchhalter fehlt Duschtücher sehr gross aber wohin damit? Steckdosen knapp Neben dem 2. Bett keine Steckdose keine Lampe. Wäre schön wenn Spülmittel da wäre . Eine Seife im Bad wäre auch nützlich

Our second home

Our second home

As usual, our stay was very pleasurable and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment that was assigned to us was spacious, clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff at the reception were all awesome, so friendly and willing to help out. The BHMS is only a stone throw away from the Altstad, has three supermarkets in the near vicinity and well served by public transport. Who could ask for more?

The apartment building is well located about 7 mins away from the Lucerne station by bus. The room was spacious and clean. The single beds were big enough. It is a nice and basic apartment with restaurants and shops nearby.

This place was clean and large. Hotel style. This is located in a school. Location is great 10 minute walk from the old city and 12 minute walk to the train station. Easy to get around by walking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks

This was our second stay this year and we will keep coming back, needless to say we love it, every time, newly renovated and more spacious suites at an affordable price in a great location. Staff is friendly, professional and we were well looked after in every way. It meets our needs perfectly. We were allowed to move in far ahead of the check-in time, a real bonus after a long flight and travel time, another welcome gesture was the free pass to the Lucerne transit buses for the duration of our stay. We are totally satisfied and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We stayed at this location several times when it was UTOring.We were told about renovations going on but there really were no inconveniences or problems. Service and staff were always kind and helpful, we will be back !!!! Many thanks for making our holiday great.
