It comes equipped with three bedrooms, made up of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size and a bunk bedroom, there is also a family shower room, the property can sleep six people. Inside, also discover a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with a gas fire. The exterior of the cottage offers visitors off-road parking for one car and a decking with furniture. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

my only issue was a box in back bedroom put on wardrobe which i think was for damp this leaked all over the top of wardrobe and into the wardrobe tipping the fluid on my clothes we moved it to the bathroom this needs addressing otherwise a lovely property just the back bedroom was damp
