Welcome to Herons. This fantastic 4 bedroom family home is located on a quiet residential road in a rural part of Salcombe just above the water of Batson Creek. Bright and airy it's set out over one floor with an open plan layout making it a sociable offering that works for multiple types of guests. There's a large balcony, parking for up to 4 cars and a garden that catches the morning sun making it the perfect location for your next break.

- All accommodation arranged over 1 level. Minimal steps from parking area.
- 4 bedrooms. 2 x King, 1 x Double, 1 x Twin.
- 3 bathrooms. 2 x en suite with showers, family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
- Private parking on driveway for up to 4 cars.
- Ample space for water sports storage.
- Open plan layout.

- The property is a couple of minutes drive from the town centre and parking and 20 minutes on foot. The head of Batson Creek can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot down a short hill.
- Guests have sole access to the entire top floor of the property. Downstairs is a granny annexe used for storage for the owners.
