About this apartment rental

Open plan living area with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings, this area flows out onto the balcony which provides outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities available. 

Two bedrooms are available with the main having a ceiling fan, TV and access to their own balcony, the second bedroom has a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and single above and then a separate single bunk.  The bathroom provides a bath and separate toilet which is fantastic for children.  The property also provides a port-a-cot and is furnished comfortably to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

The children will love to stroll through the reserve and seeing the wide variety of bird life that visits. Across the road there is a fantastic children's playground, free BBQ's and picnic tables, child friendly swimming beach and boat ramp, take the kids down in the afternoon and watch the pelicans getting fed by the fisherman , they'll love it.

Parking - Single lock-up garage + Single car space. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The location was perfect, right across from the beach and 5 minute drive into the main part of nelson bay. We had the best little getaway, would definelty stay again.

Fantastic location!
Fantastic location!
Great spot with beach views. Fantastic trees provide shade in the afternoon and are home to rosellas and native mynas who visit morning and night. Lock garage suits small car but there is an external car space available as well. Definitely coming back for another holiday!

We stayed here for a week and we loved it. So close to the beach and everything else Nelson Bay has to offer.
