Decent enough but over priced.

The location.

Decor was a bit dated and some light fixtures were broken, one light flickered when moved indicating a lose wire potentially.

Ripped off!

Location to marina. Manager got rid of loud party guy next door

Black hole internet, Netflix doesn’t work, pool not available, no power points near kitchen facilities, smoke detector flashing white blinding light and then alarm went off 4.30am. Hadn’t been changed since 2018! Bathroom fan exhaust doesn’t work. Outrageous price $500 for 2 nights of discomfort and frustration.

Rooms clean, tidy close to every think, but very unhappy about the pool being closed

The rooms were clean and comfortable

On arrival of the motel, the pool was closed and they’re saying that the pool is closed only until 1 October. But after talking to one of the cleaners yesterday told us that the pool will not be reopening that the council has closed due to unsafe security fencing around it a lot of work has to be done before council will approve it to open. Due to this, I had my grandchildren with me, wanting to go for a swim in the pool and it wasn’t until I got there that it was closed, so I am very unhappy and apparently on bookings.com. It was on there that the pool was closed but it was in fine print and not let up enough due to this. A lot of people are going to be complaining over this motel.

Conveniently located close to everything

Disappointed that we weren’t told that the pool area was non operational, this was 1 of the reasons why I booked to stay there And maybe get rid of all the small pebbles in the driveway and car parks

It was in walking distance of good local restaurants.

The absence of a garden area outside the room to sit.

Comfy bed and good shower.

Motel is dated compared to pictures. The bathroom drains need a good clean.

Very basic for $178,hard bed, no soap holder for shampoo, washer, etc in shower, no large spoons for cereal.

I really enjoyed everything

it was close to road and very clean

I won’t say it is bad but we were struggling to get the wifi password we asked the person in the next room . It would be better if you write and put in the door or any other place of the room

It was enjoyable.

The location was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it ad everything one needed for a short stay.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss.

Pleasant

The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the marina and all the restaurants. Quiet and peaceful.

Not as clean as we expected. Upon arriving, I wanted to relax on the bed only to discover it was full of sand, there was some hair on it too.. Unfortunately, I believe that the sheets were not changed. After complaining, we got fresh sheets, but no apology. A couple of towels in the bathroom were also wet, maybe just not dried properly after washing, but I was already suspicious after the bedding situation.

Room was good, pool nice ,staff excellent ,overall enjoyable stay thank you.
