Perfect last minute booking

Friendly efficient front of desk. Easy check-in. Secure under cover parking. Walking distance to restaurants. Room well appointed and clean. Great job house-keeping!

No soundproofing at internal door connecting to other suite. Wouldn't be an issue if taking both suites for a family. Don't believe every suite has a connecting door.

Spacious Apartment with a Beautiful View

Huge apartment in a great location just one block from the town centre. Carpark was handy and easily accessible. Beautiful view of the bay, watching sunrise from the balcony was a treat every morning.

Location, close to cafes, marina.

Not a pleasant stay. Issues with air quality

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. Our room was very humid, the carpet felt somewhat wet and the air quality in the room did not seem too healthy. It was quite uncomfortable. Since we arrived late after a long day we really didn’t want to find and book another place during the late night. Hopefully it was a problem only with our room.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary we had a lovely time. We did a lunch dinner cruise on Wangi Queen Showboat. Relaxin

We had a fabulous view from balcony . Beds were comfortable and showers were clean. Location is great walk to shops and restaurants. Coming back steep hill so we parked at bottom of hill then walked into shopping area.

We had two bed apartment which was a connecting apartment. Beds on different levels. No tv in the upstairs bedroom only the lounge. No coffee pod machine only sachets. I know this isn’t a problem it’s just I’ve got used to having those facilities at other apartments .

Clean. Good bathroom.

Noise from next door. Not suitable for those with poor mobility/disabled. 4 or 5 sets of 3 to 4 steps in the corridor were difficult to negotiate and would be a nightmare in an emergency.

The apartments are in a great location with amazing views.

We loved our stay at the oaks Nelson bay. The apartment had everything you needed in it. The view was amazing. The location was close to everything. It was an easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, the marina and Woolworths.

Very disappointing. Will never stay there again won’t recommend it to anyone

No breakfast , our room was small and we didn’t have a view. We had traveled 600 km from Forbes to get there. I did ask if we could get a bit better room and she said no. We were booked in for 4 nights

Loved the location, the checkin and how clean the accommodation was. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. A class above the rest.

The bed was too small and matttess was too soft and not good for someone with back pain. At least they should have kept medium firmness for the mattress with king size bed frame.

Nice place but be prepared for the noise

Rooms were nice and clean and most things worked nicely.

The loud traffic noise outside the bedroom window and the out of hours pool parties people were throwing when trying to sleep.

Great spot, lovely units, will stay again

Good location, walking distance to the main shopping strip, the marina and the small children's beach. Rooms were nicely presented and refreshed and the swimming pool was a real hit with our 3 year old! Staff very nice and accommodated a last minute request to push back our stay by a day due to an unexpected medical appointment. The courtyard in our unit was also a great space. We will definately be back.

As we stayed 5 nights, it would have been handy to have a small vacuum cleaner in the unit to clean up the sand/crumbs etc (I had a 3 year old) to try and keep the place a bit cleaner. But otherwise no issues!

Location was super close to shops 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Overall clean and friendly staff.

short and simple, don’t stay here.

nothing to be liked at this premises.

wasn’t clean. toilet was leaking. don’t wanna start about shower. it’s like I’m under some sort of tap. also when you take shower then water goes everywhere. we had to put towel down so that water doesn’t go away from shower area.
