About this cottage rental

We are located on the serene palm-studded beaches of Ambergris Caye. We offer bedroom casita suites on the beach. Our roomy abode (500sq. ft) is finished in fine cedar from the Belizean jungle. Featuring high wood ceilings, a living room, bedroom area with a queen bed, large ceiling fans, no AC, great shower and bathroom, fully outfitted kitchenette (microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, dishes, glassware and utensils), international cable TV (including movie channels), and daily maid service.

We are located on the beaches of Ambergris Caye, with easy road, beach and sea access to San Pedro town’s many bars, restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Being just over a mile south of San Pedro Town, The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle to provide a truly tranquil setting and its own private beach. Enjoy our manicured grounds, large beachfront freshwater pool and a pristine secluded white sandy beach. Our unique property offers unobstructed views of the Barrier Reef which is less than one mile from our beach. We have a luxurious pool with a sea view and a poolside restaurant and bar, also with a sea view. Our onsite rich vegetation attracts a wide variety of unusual birds of all colors. Our full-service concierge desk is available to arrange whatever you may want or need, be it an in-room massage, bicycle or golf car rental, day tours to the Mayan Ruins, cave tubing or jungle canopy zip lining on the mainland and fishing, snorkeling and dive trips on the island. Our on-site SCUBA Center offers SCUBA certification and trips to the second largest barrier reef is easy with over 100 dive sites, just outside our door step. Laundry service is available upon request for a fee.

300 feet of White Sand Beachfront: You are literally seconds away from the ocean if you want to go and get your feet wet. Large Freshwater Beachfront pool: Don’t want to swim in the ocean just yet? No problem! We have a large freshwater pool waiting just for you. Take a swim and simply let your cares melt away. Hammocks & Loungers on the Beach: Sometimes all we want to do is take it all in. That is why we have our hammocks and Loungers right on the beach. For those days or moments where all you want to do is …. basically nothing. Take it all in, heck take a siesta while at it! Thatched Roof Bar: No vacation is complete without having a few drinks first. Take a load off at our thatched roof bar and enjoy all the tropical drinks you want. 24 Hour Security: We are committed to your safety and security during your stay with us.

Casitas are roomy and clean. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Resort is located near main San Pedro Town restaurants and water activities. Would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and staff were very kind and helpful. Some things to know before booking this property: you will need a golf cart for transportation, purchase a jug of water for $5 when you arrive, ask for blow dryer when you arrive as they aren’t stocked in each place. No swimmable beach here but the pool was very nice.

The staff were incredibly helpful and it was a perfect place to chill just outside of town. The property has golf cart and bike rentals and a kiosk to book all kinds of activities. The on-site bar/restaurant was closed during our stay, which was totally fine but would’ve been good to know. We walked into town (20-30mins) several times, walked to several restaurants close by (within 10 mins), and there’s an awesome bar/restaurant next door. We also spent hours by the wonderful pool. We would stay here again.

I stayed at the resort for 5 days. The cabana was nicely layed out and totally comfortable. The pool was gorgeous. The restaurant served good food for reasonable prices. On the other hand, the water in San Pedro is not fit to drink and there is no available water, except for purchase, on the property. Also, the WiFi was too weak for use in the cabana so I sat outside to use it. I recommend this resort to visitors to San Pedro.

Cute, quiet, rustic. On site bar is great. Pool is good with shallow wading areas. No swimming. No sand on ocean frontage. Some additional cleaning could be done, but it’s easy to overlook. Water pressure was very low in the shower. It’s a fair walk from the action, amenities, and the nearest grocery store - if you aren’t keen on walking a lot and don’t want the expense of renting a bike or golf cart, this probably isn’t the place for you. Bike and golf carts are available for rent at office $9 usd for a bike, $50 usd for a cart per day. Overall it’s a pretty good property for the price.

Love this place!

Our second vacation stay here. Quaint, clean, comfortable cottages with plenty room for 2. Beautiful white sand beach with lounge chairs to relax. Huge pool with drinks and snacks available. You can rent bicycles or golf carts on the property for getting around to restaurants and sightseeing. Excursions are wonderful and most will pick you up on the property's dock. Located in a quiet area. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place close to town, this is it.

We loved staying here! The staff was amazing, such nice and helpful people! The cabanas are cute and clean and the pool was heaven! We had such a great time and will definitely be back and we will most definitely stay here again. Good location with a couple different bars/restaurants on site and bikes/carts available daily at a great price. We ended up extending out stay a couple of days. We miss it already!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was clean. Two restaurants/bars within short walking distance. A few other local restaurants were 15 minutes walk. Nice place to be away from the hustle & bustle. Golf carts and bicycles are available for rent here which is handy for getting into town. Belize folks are very friendly and we will return with our children.

Had everything you need in the cabana. 20 minute stroll down the beach takes you to a lot of restaurants. Bar on site was somewhat pricy and the food was so so. Office people are very helpful.

Property, room and pool are very clean and amenities are as described. Kitchen is basic and not conducive to long term stay (cooking) as there is only a microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and minimal dishes provided. Heard later we could have asked for an electric fry pan. Wifi is weak and was non-existent in our room. We were able to connect in the reception area and pool area. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Free bikes for a day were beneficial to introduce us to the joy of bicycling in San Pedro.

This place is not fancy , but perfect, beautiful grounds, tidy, individual cabins, more beautiful than the pictures, restaurant with decent food, excellent service (Andre, Benjamin & Elder@ their sister restaurant a few doors to the south called South Beach ) South Beach has better coffee. All staff friendly and helpful. Snorkeling tours on premises. Our new aqauintence Jen, from Chicago, had a 90 Min massage, which she rated, excellent . Golf carts, the only way to travel, and bikes for rent on premesis , also!!
