Very nice place with exceptional staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Place is a little dated but next to the water. The Nauti Crab is a fun place to hang out, have Sameer make you a painkiller his are great! Adrian the manager takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. Close to everything, lots of little local spots to eat and not far from downtown.

Everything ample; not fancy, had one bedroom oceanfronting unit: view partially over NautiCrab bar and its activities: bar quieted and closed, like many around 9PM-ish. Happy hour(s) start early in San Pedro! Note: travel was during slower pre-season month. Beach piled with sargassum - not pleasant to sit on or adjacent to. Location In NE area of town, dedicated parking area for golf cart. Food shops, restaurants and pop-up food galore- bar entertainment close-by; theres a few options. Fantastic, easy going and accomodating staff. The pool located in an open inner courtyard was reasonably quiet (considering outside street traffic), pleasantly chlorinated: refreshing disinfection. It got our use! Hopefully you arent visiting San Pedro to watch tv/cable tv; that is/was limited. Fantastic shower pressure and if you go please love on Lucy the hotel cat-(and give hommage to the neighborhood-stray visitors. Adorable!

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bar downstairs is fun and the food was surprisingly good. The homemade deserts were exceptional. The location is very walkable. There are many bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

I thought the property was a little dated. However, I can't say enough about the amazing staff. They were attentive and extremely helpful. Adrian is the best. The food and drinks were great, not to mention the fun activities planned on site in the evening. I felt relatively safe and the location was perfect for the activities we planned to do. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again.

The people (owner and staff) were amazing. They also arranged activities (like bingo, karaoke and crab races) to attract fun crowds. We just loved the room and everything around!

The hotel staff and owners make you feel right at home. They’ll know your names and treat you like family. Thanks for a great New Year’s Eve!

This is not a hotel for those who like room service, room cleaning or conveniences. Staff is nice, but it is old. Appliances clean on inside, but rusty on outside. Only bedroom is air conditioned. We left bedroom door open to get some air to living room. We were told not to flush toilet paper. Needless to say, it stunk in there. No maid service so make sure to throw trash out. If you need something, you’ll need to go down to registration to get it. No elevators. Pool is old and looked dirty. We went in once. No view from there. There is no beach to swim off of the property. It wasn’t completely horrible for some, but for others it could be. I would not stay here again. We did this on a whim and went by reviews that were not really true - for us anyway. I think if they put air conditioners in the rest of the room and upgraded the look of the appliances and furniture…and fix up pool area, it would make this a much better place. It can get noisy at night from the bar. They have activities….bring ear plugs. Don’t bring children to kareoke…they could get a very disgusting earful. I’m really sorry to have to give this review, but I really think people need to know. Also, all but one of us got montezumas revenge so don’t trust water, etc. in Belize. I want to say, staff was very nice.

Mandy, the manager gets 5+ stars. She is as sweet and as accommodating as can be! The bar at the complex has a great and friendly staff with many fun activities, especially the crab races. What lacks is although the bedroom had cold air conditioning, the rest of the areas...living and kitchen were hot even with the oceanfront breeze. Our headlights got stolen off our golf cart in the parking area across the street so I am not sure since we were the only guests, what overnight security was actually doing. The pool wasnt very clean. The stairs need some dim lighting as they are very dark. The place needs a lot of aesthetic maintenance. The wifi barely worked even when the complex was not crowded. We came in from a resort in Placencia that cost less and was so much more luxurious so it was a bit disappointing. The location is one of the best on the island and I have been going for 20+ years. Overall: great service, decent accommodations, beware of parking your cart in the parking lot across the street where we were told to park, dont expect top ammenities. It is very clean, but dingy. Our oceanfront room was old, but the bed and linens were comfortable.

We stayed in one of the rooms that has a full kitchen facing the sea. The hotel is being remodeled so some of the rooms are completely refurbished. Our was not though I chose that one because of the view and breezes. Just be aware that you might end up with one of the older rooms. The manager at thos hotel is great. She helped us get a 5 gallon water jug so we didn't have to buy individual ones, helped us with laundry services, reserved space for us at the restaurant on the day of the very popular and hilarious crab races. Can't say enough about the service. The pool is in the garden courtyard which was lovely. They also have discounts at the gym across the street. The restaurant has events many nights and the food is good, staff is really friendly. The wifi is strong most of the day, only slows down during popular events at night when the restaurant is full (only for about a couple of hours or so). This is important to us since we work from our room a lot. Would definitely stay here again.
