The hotel provided poor service, neglecting customer needs, demonstrating a lack of responsiveness.

The rooms were large

The hotel's service fell short, prioritizing sales over customer satisfaction. The towels were notably rough, and despite our concerns during our five-day stay, the management showed no interest in addressing them or meeting with us. Throughout our experience, we felt like mere numbers, with no genuine care or effort shown from a customer service perspective. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs was deeply disappointing, and it was the management's approach that left the biggest impression. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning in the future.

I had a rewarding stay, being the first time here, and look forward to another opportunity to visit.

Good variety at breakfast. Generous servings. Neatness. Friendly staff.

Lack of punctuality at serving breakfast - I had to start my day late by almost an hour. This lateness does not favor clients traveling for work/business.

This is a place I can visit again it's. A great place for comfort

Everything was excellent food was very tasty I got more that i paid for .staff were very good too.i purpose to visit again

What I dint like was I ordered a meal at 6 with a promise of delivering it at 7;30 but they took too long we got the meals at around 9 we were almost giving up.

Neat and value for money!

The breakfast was very good, the facility very clean, and the staff was very supportive

Some cups in the room are not very clean; they are discolored at the base. The shower was warm-cold not hot.

Very lovely place and staff but fix the showers

Still one of the best options in Nakuru

We were pleasantly surprised by the improvement in the breakfast compared to our previous stays. Good variety of the buffet and plenty of choice. The one thing missing was real coffee (filtered, espresso, cappuccino), which we hope to find next time. The parking is a big plus and the comfort of the beds is still top!

Noting about the hotel per se but it would be great if the problem of the dogs barking at night from the compound next door could be resolved somehow (growing a hedge, trees, double glazed windows etc.). Also the TV bouquet could be expanded to offer more channels

Superb

Staff were fantastic! Very helpful. The facilities were fantastic and clean. All my guests enjoyed their stay. And it was affordable.

There was a slight discrepancy between the price on Booking.com and at the hotel. WIFI wasn't very strong.
