We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful house in Oregon’s wine country! The space was perfect for our group of 10, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of the vineyards and close to everything we wanted to explore.
The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing and restful stay. We especially loved the game room, which added a fun touch to our trip. It was the ideal spot for a group getaway, and we would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect. Beds, cleanliness to the property itself. Will definitely return

We had a good experience with our stay. The home was large and accommodated everyone. Solid 5 stars, no issues.

Most everything about this place was close to what was advertised, but what we saw when we got there was that it was a bit more dated than the pictures depicted. There's something about walking up to the front door and seeing a giant rat trap in front of the front steps that's a bit of a turn off. There were just multiple areas in the house that were functional, but needed to be updated. Some loose boards on the back deck, a couple stairs in front that were a little bit dangerous and railings that needed to be sanded down.
This did not take away from the great location, the overall size and the wonderful time we had.

This home worked very well for our large family. The location was perfect for enjoying the Vineyards. Beautiful surroundings! We loved the outdoor spaces and large kitchen and dining area. We hope to visit this property again.

We had a great time and feel the home was very well equipped and welcoming.

This was a team build work trip. We rented two vacation rentals this being one of them. Location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood with wineries near by. A few within walking distance.
Highly recommend.

Great location to stay with multiple families. Our stay was for a time of celebration for a college graduation weekend. Communication was great, they notified us the BBQ was down on the way to our stay and they were able to expedited the fix in time so we could cook our planned BBQ graduation dinner. Very easy to communicate with and quick responses.

We had a large group of family in town for our daughter’s Doctorate of PT graduation from George Fox University, this house fit our needs perfectly. Could not figure out how to work the tv in the master bedroom but everything else worked wonderfully.

My husband and I got married at the Water Oasis and needed a place for all of us (bride, groom, and wedding party) to stay and this was the perfect spot! The property is beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for the 12 of us. Only small notes are that the towel racks were loose so they would fall often, and that there were often stink bugs in the house (but that may just be the area in January). Communication with the owners was great and very fast. Highly recommend!

The property manager was very easy to work with and very helpful pre-arrival. The property is also in a great location. Unfortunately, those are the only good things I can note. When we drove up to the property, we honestly thought the property might be abandoned. There were dead plants and vines, trash in the yard including many cigarette and marijuana butts. The overall exterior appearance was dirty and neglected. Inside was not much better. Furniture was cheap and basic. Upholstery was dirty in living area. Kitchen equipment like pots and pans were cheap and worn — making it difficult to even consider cooking. The bedrooms were furnished like bad college dorm rooms. We found a dead roach in the the bath towels in one bedroom. Rugs throughout the house were filthy. The property was being invaded by yellow jackets — one of our family members even was stung. This was after we asked the property manager to spray. The pest control company that came did not really seem to take our concerns about those seriously. The property description and the photos in the listing are totally misleading. Based on all this, we can not recommend this property.

The house is just about an hour away from our home, but it seems far enough away. It's large, clean, and well appointed. Check in is a breeze. There are several wineries in walking distance. The kids had a blast playing outside on the property.

I rented this property to celebrate my birthday with friends...everyone was beyond happy with the property! I would absolutely rent again! The property was in a fantastic location, it was clean and the comfortable for everyone, no matter what room they were in. The balcony and living/dining room space provided a great space for everyone in the group to hang out. Thank you!

location and house is literally amazing
When you pull up, it is modest. Don't let that fool you. There are legitimately 5 bedrooms, the interior of the house is amazing, the deck facing vineyards is incredible and the location is literally in the middle of some of the most amazing wineries. If you are coming to Oregon to wine taste, this is the best place to stay as we walked to 5 different tasting rooms. (and when I say walk, I mean 500 feet... not exactly taxing).

Wonderful house. Amazing deck with view overlooking sunsets and a vineyard. But if you are wine tasting, this location is within 500 or 1000 feet of 6 amazing tasting rooms. No driving!!!

Great home
We very much enjoyed our stay at Pinot Vista. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. There were 5 of us staying and we each had plenty of room to relax and unwind - yet the common spaces we’re perfect for us to gather and enjoy plenty of much needed catch up time with friends. The house was centrally located for us to visit wineries and explore the Valley. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Great getaway in wine country
We were in the valley to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of the group. The house was perfectly situated around so many wineries. It was great to be able to walk to a few when we didn’t want to worry about driving. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to accommodate our group. The views of Mt. Hood from the deck were a pleasant surprise too!! The house really did have everything we needed for a great weekend away. We all agreed we would rent the house again should we make another visit to the area!

The property was clean, and airy with many windows. You can walk to multiple vineyards. You can also enjoy wine on the back deck, taking in the views. Great space for friends to gather.

So much wrong!
Our family has used VRBO numerous times, for many years. This is going to be an honest review of how our stay really went. We booked this place for Christmas. We are all spread out now as a family and there are little ones so we try to meet in a location that will be central for travel. Our Son, his wife and infant son had flown in to Portland, my husband and I drove 4.5 hrs to get to this rental, our daughter and family drove that far as well. Other family came from salem and Eugene. So needless to say we all traveled and wanted a comfortable, clean. Warm home to stay for three nights.
Well we stayed only two nights due to multiple conditions. Mainly the cold home! The thermostat would click over to air conditioning in the middle of the night, both nights! The house was freezing cold! It was cold outside and our thought was the heating system was overheating itself and clicked over to AC?? We don’t know?? It’s the same thermostat we have in our home so it was familiar to us. Still could not get it to stay warm.
2. The place was crawling with bugs! I had read in another review about the bugs and the response from property management was it was grape harvest and the flying nats come from that. Well these were flying bugs like nats and cockroaches, tons of cockroaches on walls and ceiling’s. If you turn on the light in a dark room they scatter.
3. Missing burner on the stove, it’s gone. So while trying to cook a nice meal you’re a burner down.
4. Downstairs bedroom has a sliding glass door that will not close properly. Could not get it to lock. They used a stick in the door. Horrible draft coming in due to door not closing properly. A huge safety concern.
5. Filthy vents! All over the home. Dirt and dust into the air with use of heating system (when that worked)
6. Fly paper hanging in kitchen over work space FULL of dead bugs. and two bug traps that
Were full. Looked like they hadn’t been changed in ??? How long.
7. Dusty decor in the home. A clock on the mantle was so dusty. The time had not been changed since daylight savings time, I want to make it the correct time. I would guess it had not been dusted for a long time.
We all left a day early, I asked for one night and cleaning deposit refund. Haven’t heard back. I submitted videos, and pictures of all issues. The video and pics don’t lie. It’s been 25days. Have a dispute started with our visa.

Thanksgiving family retreat
A comfortable stay for our family of 10 over the Thanksgiving holiday. Pinot Vista is in an excellent location and we enjoyed hanging out at the house and walking to several wineries. The views from the property are beautiful! While some elements of the house were dated, it was fully functional and we enjoyed meals together at the large dining table. Hosts were responsive and accomodating!

Great location... infested by fruit flies
Had a wonderful time in OR, however, this place was infested by fruit flies. While we were told (and saw) that it's normal for wine country, the number of flies at this location was significantly more than any other property we had visited. We kept in touch with management and informed them of everything. They put in fly traps, however, the problem continued, to a point where we couldn't use the trash can. Debatable if we would stay at this location again given the number of flies.

We love the property but it needs updating
The grounds of the house are beautiful but the pictures are deceiving. The house is old and needs major updating. The back door that leads to the back of the property/patio had a very serious leak due to the rain and is for sure a major mold hazard. It took several texts and emails for the property manager to resolve the problem. Even then it was a temporary solution and it didn’t appear that they were taking the leak/water flow seriously. It was very disappointing to see their solution to the problem that was going to become a health problem long term. The leak of water spread all the way into the dining area of the house which exposed a very hazardous walk area that prevented us from enjoying the use of the dining table. It was clear that the leak was not a new problem and that was disturbing. The shower heads in the bathrooms were very outdated and covered with sediment. The bathrooms were very small compared to the number of people that the house sleeps and so for a large group of people the bathrooms are not particularly adequate for a large group. I typically do not like posting negative things about a property or business but sometimes it has be done for things to improve. I think if the owner and property manager will spend some money and time updating a few things, this property could really be worth the rental. There are some positives - It is a great location, beautiful grounds and centrally located to everything. Hopefully with this review, they will make the necessary changes to improve the stay of future tenants.

Great for Large Group
We stayed here with a group of 10 that fit us (mostly) comfortably - best part is being right on a vineyard and walkable to many beautiful wineries! Would recommend and stay again overall.
Pros:
-location
-size
-view
-game room/garage
Cons
-slightly outdated property
-beds not very comfortable
-could use another bathroom if all bedrooms occupied

Perfect location
In all things that truly mattered (location, size and openness of common areas and great deck with beautiful views) this was a fabulous rental. It is an older property and some of the fixtures reflect that.

Willamette Wanderers
A group of 12 of us traveled to the Willamette valley for 3 days of wine tasting. 6 of us stayed at the Pinot Vista home. The house was perfect for our group. We also had 2 dogs with us as well and they loved being able to roam the large space around the outside of the home searching for critters.. The size of the home felt spacious. We had room to spread out and never felt cramped. We also invited the other 6 people of our group to dinner each night. Again the house held our group of 12 at the dinner table very comfortably, and we still had plenty of room for all 12 to hang and visit in the living room and outside on the deck areas which have absolutely beautiful views! The kitchen is very nice and large and stocked with everything you need to cook and serve for 14! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and nice as well. The air conditioner was a welcome feature as it was very hot during our stay. We highly recommend this home. When we wander again we will be sure use iTrip and Corey and team to make future reservations. The team was very responsive, nice to work with and very accommodating

Wonderful time!
We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. We only had 4 adults and 2 infants and this was more than enough space for us. We weren’t in the home a lot because we were out wine tasting for the weekend, but we really enjoyed our stay and loved that it was so close to wineries (a few just across the street). The beds are comfortable and the home was clean. It would be a great place to stay for more people as the downstairs is pretty private and we couldn’t hear the other couple. The only thing that I would request is to provide sandwich bags and foil.

Great location with amazing views
We were originally planning a stay in Portland but with the trouble they were having we opted to look south. We found this house after a quick search and had immediate response from the owner.
When we arrived we were stunned at the beauty of the area...rolling hills filled with small farms and vineyards...quite picturesque! The house is on several acres so privacy and quietness abounds.
The home itself is a bit old, but the furniture is comfortable, clean and modern, the kitchen is well stocked with new appliances, and the house overall is large and spacious. We had everything we needed and were quiet comfortable during our entire stay.
The location is great...steps to some great wineries, a few minutes to several more, close to other cute neighboring cities, and 30 mins or so into Portland.
We had a great time and this house is perfect for families, groups, or just couples looking to get away for some down time.
