Lovely smaller hotel, perfect size & location with very happy staff, I will stay here again.

I really loved the live music in the lobby, it provided a great atmosphere and as a single female traveller, I felt the lobby was intimate and I was happy to sit there by myself and enjoy a drink and the music. The staff were all very happy and provided friendly and efficient service. I also really loved the self service snack area - what a great idea :)

Both computers in the business centre were not working and I needed to print a document, luckily the reception desk was able to help.

Disappointing

Under construction, pool closed, very very small fragrance smell everywhere in the hotel. Hallways were nearly pitch black during the day. Small room. Not worth the value in my opinion. 20 min drive to nashville.

The only complaint is the sliding door between vanity area and shower, It too heavy to slide and doesn't completely close,

Absolutely never using Booking or Aloft again

I would like a refund because I wasn't even able to stay at this location. The toilet didn't flush and had someone else's poop in it. The whole hotel smelled sour. It looked nothing like the pictures. There was construction going on. It wasn't in a good location. And they cancelled my reservation. I didn't even get to stay the night in this hotel

the bed was comfortable and the shower roomy!

no ice machines or a breakfast included in price elevators were covered in clothes and cardboard and not sure why. The hotel didn’t look like it was under construction

all was good. I will say the carpet in the room was a little “sticky” feeling but I am sensitive to feels of all kind so maybe it was just me…. 😂

Great stay!

Great location! The hotel was also very clean! I enjoyed the fact that there was so much nearby! Lots of stores, restaurants and gas stations.

Coffee in lobby, music also at night. Great breakfast to order sandwiches. Clean.

Sound of interstate 65 audible. Day and night. Some ignorant man decided to partake of a Marijuana smoke on elevator before I got on. Hard for you to control. Some other guests parked their trucks and trailers [2 of them] which occupied a total of 8 spots.

Clean stay

I like that the check in was smooth and the place is modern and clean. It didn’t feel dated in any aspect. Decorations were pretty cool and the lobby didn’t make you feel like you were in a hotel lobby. More like an upscale lounge with a pool table and bar.

At check in I was told a free complimentary breakfast would be offered but you had to pay and the choices on the menu were not a broad one especially for kids. Menu is not kid friendly but the stay was good. Also the I had to flush the toilet twice when using it.

Dark visit

Location

Very dark in room, not very clean. The shower gel, shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower were out of product so I had to leave shower wet to find products I has in my bag. Not enough towels, had to request more. Lobby was dirty, bar was closed on a Friday night. The desk clerk who checked us in was very nice.

Unhappy…

The young man that check us in was very kind and helpful.

A person visiting the bar only, not even staying at the hotel was allowed to bring his very large dog in who barked at us and others two nights in a row. We left both times and could not continue to enjoy the lobby amenities. The second night we spoke with the front desk person who said “oh the dog should be okay.” as if we weren’t paying guest. we set outside in the cold to enjoy the rest of the night d we home the dog and his owner (who was not a guest staying there) enjoyed the indoors.
