I recommend this place for comfort and cleanliness. Has many amenities

The hotel is beautiful and fairly clean. Very comfortable. Some of the staff weren’t as warm and friendly as I usually deal with

The front desk did the best they could do under the circumstance they have been given.

Update the rooms, TV’s, bathrooms, and carpet. The lamps did not have a usb plug for a cell phone which is VERY outdated. The soap dispensers didnt even work so if I wanted soap or shampoo I would of been out of luck. Think about things!!!! You can’t stay in the past if you want good ratings.

I would stay here again rate was very good for location and cleanliness of facility

Location and facilities were terrific. Breakfast was nice and room was very clean and comfortable.

OK to good; some easy improvements would push up the score.

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. It was an easy in/off the interstate.

Bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. It may also have leaked around the faucets. Sodas in market area were not cold.

Pet fee too high, stain on carpet and $25 fee for incidentals is irritating.

Left before eating breakfast. Location was good.

There were stains on the floor next to bed when we arrived. Only received an invoice for the pet fee. The clerk said that because we booked through booking.com I would not receive a receipt - did not like that. Also told that I would be charged $25 for incidentals. If I didn't incur incidentals, I would receive a credit on my card in 7-10 days! I think this was a new person working at the desk. Friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable. Will not stay at another Holiday Inn.

Great access to I65, no restaurant, friendly staff, chemical smell in room, good breakfast

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good - definitely above average!

We knew that after a long day of driving, we would want a hotel with a restaurant on site, which was a major consideration when we booked here. No mention was made that the restaurant was closed. If they had posted it on their website, we wouldn’t have been frustrated when we got here. There was a noxious odor in our room. We couldn’t identify the source (carpet?) but it was strong and unpleasant.

Comfortable and accommodating stay at the property.

Excellent staff. Everything went well, but not happy you have to pay for your breakfast. Stayed at another Holiday Inn Express in alabama and they offered free breakfast.

Search the surrounding area for a better option.

It was close to I-65 and Dunkin’/BR31 was within walking distance.

I checked in as a family of 5 and was asked if I would prefer a 1 queen room. The place had a weird smell when I walked in. not sure if it had been recently renovated. Was told my room was ready. The room had 2 towels and no wash cloths. The desk looked like it had been reclaimed from the side of the road. The food was some of the worst hotel food I have ever had the pleasure of paying for.

Overall it as fairly nice

I didn’t eat breakfast there. It seemed pretty clean to me

When I went to check in I stood there far longer than I should have with no one around the desk. Not a good welcome. Also, no blanket or sheet for the pull out couch. Had to go to the desk and we’re not greeted in a friendly manner

We could never connect to WiFi. Went to front desk fist night and still did not get help. There for 2 nights and never got connected so that wasn’t good, not happy about that.

Mostly good with a few concerns with the housekeeping.

Breafast was good, fresh and hot, room fairly quiet.

Were there for 5 days and housekeeping never vacuumed (they did the other usual stuff). There was a big stain on the carpeting also.
