About this apartment rental

Ocean front condo with unobstructed ocean views. Fully remodeled in 2017. The condo includes a full kichen, washer/dryer, living, dining, separate bedroom and a deck overlooking the ocean. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit for added privacy.

The bedroom has a king bed and in the living room there is a queen pull out bed. It is a very high end couch and the bed is extremely comfortable (not like a typical pull out bed).

One flight of staris is required to reach the condo. I am sorry but an elevator is not available.

Condo does not allow pets. Smoking is only permitted in designate areas. Must be 25 years or older.

There are two beach access points near the condo. One to the North and the other to the South. Both are approximately one block from the condo. The South access provides easier access to the beach (less stairs than the North access). It also has a ramp where you can drive your car onto the beach. This a great solution if you have a lot of supplies or prefer not to walk.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo is true to pictures, with beautiful ocean view, just a block away from the beach entrance, close to many shops, restaurants, and other advetures along the coast. It was a perfect escape for the 2 of us. Thank you Kellie and Gina for making this a great vacation for us, we would stay again.

First, the location is perfect for Highway 101 exploring. The condo itself is absolutely as advertised! Bed was comfortable, furnishings were in good condition and the overall condition of the condo was very good. In fact, one of the best vacation rentals yet! The entire place has been updated and has everything needed for a great stay. Saving the best for last... THAT VIEW! Like having a balcony room on a cruise ship! Book your stay on the Oregon coast here. You will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It's nicely updated. We liked the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, lighting, living room, balcony, view, location, etc. The bed was a little firm for our liking but I'm certain it is perfect for others. We think someone put a lot of consideration when updating this room. Thank you!

The property was lovely. The site stated the availability of a hot tub, but none was found. The WIFI was inconsistent, but vacations are not supposed to be a time to stay connected, anyway.

We just had a couple of days to run over to Lincoln City. It was a great little apartment. Very comfortable and a great view of the ocean. We got to see some snow flakes! Overall perfect!

This condo is delightful. We felt safe and comfortable. There was so much attention to detail, including updated appliances, clean bedding and ease in keeping clean with a washer and dryer and detergent supplies if we needed it. The kitchen supplies are more than adequate and there’s even a whole bank of herbs and spices for cooking. We had no problems whatsoever and really enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I visited Oregon for the first time and stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect! Adorable condo overlooking the beach. We walked to dinner each night we were there. Decorated so cute, just like you see in the pics!

We loved our cozy little condo unit on the ocean. Great updated 1 bedroom condo. The bed was comfy and the shower was updated. All the necessary amenities. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach snd watching the sunset and waves. It was easy checking and check out process and the owner responds very quickly if needed. Easy parking snd centrally located to food and beach access points.

This was a beautiful little condo, just right for the two of us. It would work for a family with younger children by using the pull out couch in the living area but would be tight for four adults. Great ocean view and all amenities we expected.

This is an attractively decorated and clean 1-bedroom condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. The location is centrally located in Lincoln City, with other well-kept properties nearby. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Thanks for letting us stay at your place. We loved being able to sit and watch the waves come in (when the fog would allow us to). Everything was as advertised and the unit was great. You've done a nice job updating it. Lincoln City is a nice area to explore with plenty of options for activities.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kellie's condo! The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to a few shops & restaurants, but far enough away from any street noise - and the condo comes stocked with everything you could possibly need. But the best part is by far the oceanfront views!! I left the patio doors open almost 24/7 during my stay. There's nothing quite like the sound of crashing waves on the beach...

The property overlooks the ocean and the beach. Fully equipped and comfortable. Parking is tight if you have a big SUV or truck. Convenient to sights and restaurants. The shower is especially nice. Newer washer and dryer. I didn’t need to contact the property management.
