Unit EYE - Located just 10 Minutes from Downtown Chattanooga!
We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.

It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.

Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking. .

We really had a great time! People staying around us were so friendly and a band even played on the 4th. Its location is great and beautiful, being perfectly located just out of town, but close enough to all the conveniences. I would definitely stay again!

My son and I were in town for work and chose this location. Everything was great. We were so close to Chattanooga and to where we worked, but remote enough to just hang out by the river if we wanted. Went into 'Nooga a few times (I recommend the Aquarium and pedestrian bridge over the river), and then worked further north most of the time. It was peaceful and restful when we weren't working. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband's birthday spent in Chattanooga. It was a comfortable place to base out of. We will definitely come back when summer comes because we want to relax by the water next time!

This property was very clean and the owners provided all the basics. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the outdoor amenities but it was still a great view. It’s a short drive to all the Chattanooga attractions. It was a great fit for our small family.

Very nice property. Our kids (9 and 10) enjoyed the play area down by the river and we enjoyed the peaceful setting and views. We were able to fish and kayak and rest in-between activities. It is close proximity to downtown and all Chattanooga events. The Walmart in 5 min away. The house was comfortable and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary getaway. The location was great with access to hiking, the River, and downtown. The room was perfect for us and clean. The property could use a little maintenance, but we greatly enjoyed our stay!

We came this way for our son’s wedding and needed a place close to Chattanooga and Crossroads Tennessee. This just fit the bill for us. It was away from city noise but close enough to drive in for shopping , activities and restaurants! The condo could use a little sprucing up in the porch/ balcony but we still enjoyed sitting out there. There was a smoke smell when we first entered. You could tell the place has been smoked in. The owners have tried to use air purifiers to help. Honestly after we were there for about 12 hours we didn’t smell it at all. The space inside was decorated nicely , clean and furniture and beds very comfortable!! We liked the spacious bedroom with plenty of places to store our things. We had lots of room to get ready for the wedding. Thoughtful touches of local info, coffee, toiletries was great! We walked down to the dock are and enjoyed sitting with our coffee one morning We had too much going on to kayak but maybe next time.

Location and cleanliness of place is superb. Just 8 mins away Food City and Walmart. Britney checked us a few times too. Very happy with our stay. The only thing that we were looking for was a kettle- we normally drink tea at night. Tho, coffee maker was provided. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Overall the stay was great. Being on the water was very enjoyable and the view was great. The pull out couch bed is a little sketchy though. Probably would book again in the future!!

This place was super cute and right on the Tennessee River which was gorgeous! The parking is tight but super convenient to the condo, literally right in front of the door. I feel like the grounds need some up keep but that’s no fault of this owner. Communication was awesome & the condo was easy to find. Perfect for our weekend trip.

We loved staying at this place it was far enough out of town to be on river, but just took 10/15min to get back to Downtown Chattanooga, our lodging was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, I messed up on my dates, but they were very accommodating. Just wish I had booked for a week! Also had canoes and kayak on site to use for free! Enjoyed out stay and would stay again if opportunities come up!

Everything we needed, plus! The interior was perfect for the 2 of us. The outside area was doable for a coupla “seniors.” Steep hill down to the water but lovely social area for BBQs & picnicing. Kayaks available & nice spot on the TN River. ( We stayed the last wk of Dec so water fun was out of the question). Kinda far into the city but that’s what we were looking for. Parking for the apt is quite close Yo the roadWould definitely stay again.
