We were very impressed. This was actually better than we thought it would be. Comfortable and well equipped. Hotel-like complimentary items and the location was so peaceful yet close to everything you wanted to do in Chattanooga.

House was very cute and suited our needs for 2 nights. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. We didn’t get to or need to utilize anything in the house since we were doing all the touristy things with my cousin that lives in Chatt during the one full day we were there. Beds were very comfortable, it was close to everything, and had all the essentials. I would recommend a picture and better description of the area in which you park. It’s an unpaved, open grassy, uneven sloped hill at the bottom of the property. You can squeeze two cars in it, but you do need to hike your luggage up some big concrete stairs to the house. Luckily my husband was there to haul the luggage because I have a shoulder injury and wouldn’t have been able to get our big luggage up there. Anyone with mobility issues wouldN’t fare so well. Also, there is a very large deposit they charge $1,500 up front and you don’t get it back for 2 weeks after you check out. I’ve stayed in multimillion dollar homes in many states and other countries and it seemed a little much for a small home, but that’s the owners call, so just keep that in mind. The kids loved the bunk beds. They are full size mattresses not twins, which is a bonus since our girls fight over who gets the top one. This way they both could sleep on the top bunk. The front porch is nice with tons of green lush landscape. We’d definitely stay here again.

This property is cozy and inviting from the moment you pull up to it. Plenty of room for me and my 11yr old daughter for her spring break. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and Guild Trail. While only being 10-15 minutes from the aquarium and Coolidge Park. We will definitely rebook this lovely home anytime we are in the area!

This cabin was perfect for my daughter and me to have a fun Christmas weekend in St. Elmo. It’s close to the Guild trail which we utilized for walking and running. We attended the St. Elmo Christmas luminary walk and festival which was so fun. The cabin was very comfortable and clean!

This property was perfectly located close to the people I was visiting. It was so nice to sit on the porch with my coffee and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels.
I would recommend you have good mobility to climb the steps to the front door. And if you enjoy a hard mattress then you will sleep good. It had many nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. Cute home.

We were looking for a quiet spot to stay while in town for the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon. The location was great. The street was quiet, tucked a couple of blocks back off the Main Street through St. Elmo. The house was comfortable, clean as can be, and convenient to both the marathon and to downtown Chattanooga. The house was well equipped with kitchen items, towels and toiletries. The beds slept great! We would definitely book here again next time we are in the area.

This house is small but functional. The two bathrooms are convenient. The tub diverter is hidden under the spout. Should probably get a different spout with a more obvious diverter knob. The address is well marked on the mailbox and the parking is actually convenient, but it is easy to miss and the roads are a little intimidating. Convenient to Ruby Falls and downtown.

After a bad storm came through and damaged the power lines to the house, Mike handled the situation perfectly and went above and beyond. He immediately took action to resolve the problem and was apologetic even though it was in no way his fault. The property it self exceeded our expectations and Mike went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
I would not hesitate to trust our vacation plans with Mike in the future, he was kind, empathetic, and made sure my family and I were safe while the power lines were down.
I am truly thankful for his quick action, it saved our trip and my son had a great birthday. I 1000% recommend this property and Mike as a host.

We had an amazing stay! The property was so clean and wonderful! I would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Chattanooga. It was close to everything we did while visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. A very homey place. My next trip, I will try booking this house again if it's available.

This property is just as described. Beautiful well kept lot in quiet neighborhood with very little neighbors or traffic and just up Lookout Mountain. Close to activities/restaurants and a straight shot to downtown. Affordable, very clean, well kept house with adequate supplies and dishes/utensils/pots-pans. Plenty of room for our adult family of four. Enjoyed the private porch through a screen door off the master everyday for morning coffee. Only downfall was the steps going up to the house. But then again, it is on side of a mountain; and, the guest bedroom could get a little stuffy during the night without a fan for circulation. Overall a good stay and will definitely book this house again when we return to the area and will refer friends/family to this rental.

We were traveling with two kids (4 & 1). This property is right on the side of Lookout Mtn. and convenient to Downtown Chattanooga so we could easily come back from morning activities for a nap and get back out in the afternoon, plus there weren't any city noises to interrupt early bedtime! The property was very clean and checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here. The access to the trails was amazing. The house was super clean. My only critique is that there was only one couch in the living room. The pictures show two. There weren't enough spots for our group to sit in the living room. Not a huge deal but another couch would be great. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was quick and kind in responding. The location was perfect...minutes away from everything, but pushed back enough to have privacy and quiet. We enjoyed both the front and side porch. The house included every amenity possible, including a washer and dryer. It was so nice to get home and not have to do laundry. If we are ever in the area we would definitely look to stay here again.

This VRBO was a great place for our family of 6 to stay while in Chattanooga! I couldn't believe how close we were to all the attractions; each only 5-10 minutes away, and we could've walked to Ruby Falls! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped well for eating in every night. Appreciated the two baths with our crowd. Place is clean and in safe neighborhood.

This adorable home was perfect for our stay while visiting Rock City and Ruby Falls. It's close to the incline tram too. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to visit these sites. It was just a short drive to Chattanooga too. The home is very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Much better then a hotel stay downtown!!!

This house is exactly like the pictures depict. Cute little neighborhood very close to so many things in the Chattanooga area, while still being in a nice, quiet area. The house was spotless, and we were delighted to find a few things like a Keurig and pods as well as a coffee maker with a few coffee filters and coffee. Much appreciated! Towels, shampoo, soap, all provided. The main bedroom bed is fabulously comfortable if you like firm (which I do!). The pillows on the beds are extremely flat, so we just stacked 2 on top of each other and they worked out fine. I knew there were steps leading up to the house....the only parking is at the base of the stairs, not up by the house, and there are quite a few more than I was expecting and it is quite steep. I use a cane so it was a little challenging, just something to be aware of if you have anyone with mobility issues in your group. It was too chilly in the mornings or evenings to sit out, but there is a delightful little porch off the main bedroom, and another across the front of the house, both with chairs for enjoying the outdoors. If I was ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay it. It is small, but really seems much roomier than it really is.

We were there for Ironman weekend and could not have been happier. Ideal for getting downtown quickly and also close to hiking (Guild Trail is meters away) and other Lookout Mountain trails and sights. The house had everything we needed and more. Definitely would stay again if we return!
