The location was perfect for us as we like a quiet location but close enough to bars and restaurants and close to the sea.
As this is directly across the road to the sea and also on the edge of Punta Mujeres it was perfect. Add to that the lovely pool.
The views from the house were fantastic.
We had everything we needed to cook, clean and be entertained within the house.
Easy access to the house on arrival and easy exit.
Even though there wasn't any aircon it didn't really bother us. The constant flowing breeze keeps the house cool enough.
It might bother others.
Other than that it was the perfect stay.

Clean, modern and spacious.
The kitchen utensils could do with updating. Sharp knives, oven gloves, more chopping boards would be helpful as a suggestion from a family that like to cook 😊

The house itself was very high spec, architecturally designed, with great light and coastal/sea views. Its access to the sea just across the road, and the coastal walk towards Jameos del Aqua were great. It was very much a Lanzarotean village full of locals and visiting Spanish, rather than a resort. The locals were very friendly and our kids got to join in soccer matches with the local boys. The Boogie boards supplied came in very useful. The contact - Sindo - was extremely helpful with local information and responsive to any questions.
We needed to make a trip up to Arietta to get to a good beach for boogie boarding and for good dining options - but less than 5 minutes by car.

Perfect location, beautiful architecture, spacious and comfortable. Waking up to the view and sound of the see was fantastic. A nice walk to the left by the coast, watching surfers practice their tricks before arriving at the amazing Jameos del Agua a must see. Or turn right into the village for local fish and wine, where we always felt welcome. Overall exceeded expectations, loved it.

The location was idyllic and we loved the peace and tranquility and the sense we were experiencing the true Lanzarote.
More basic kitchen equipment (eg garlic press). Better lighting in kitchen (one overhead light missing).

Location was perfect. Away from the crowds and near interesting places to visit. Nice walk along the coast and a couple of great restaurants nearby.
Poor wifi upstairs, but downstairs OK.

Splendid villa in a lovely location. Beautiful views and accessible to local amenities and restaurants.
The villa has a great pool which we knew was not heated. It should be! Despite 30 degree temperatures during the day it remained like an endurance test getting into it. It may have been easier had there been steps into the pool - there are not. There should be if not for ease for safety. On arrival there was no sun umbrella/awning although a substantial one is featured in the images. The host advised that this had broken and not been replaced but quickly sourced an alternative. This was helpful but not really adequate for the location, something significantly more substantial is required.

Amazing location overlooking the sea with spectacular views from the bedrooms. Punta de Mujeres is a non touristy quiet pretty little village with good amenities including a shop stocking all your basic needs and a couple of local restaurants. The villa is beautifully built and very stylish. Sindo the property manager was exceptionally accommodating sourcing extra sun beds and a barbecue for us. Any local information he was very quick to help with and made us feel very welcome from our arrival onwards. Punta de Mujeres is only a 25 minute drive from the airport and a great location to explore the north of the island also for a day trip to La Graciosa. The swimming pool is refreshing when the sun gets too hot alternatively the sea is a few steps from the villa with steps from the rocks. You can walk around the coast from the villa along a well used path taking in the spectacular views of the sea. We loved the ‘swimming pools’ made by the locals in the sea along the front too. Arreta the small town next door is easy to walk to and has lots of great fish restaurants and a greater selection of shops. It is a perfect location for a peaceful holiday away from other tourists.
There were only 3 sun beds when we arrived but Sindo sourced more which was very kind of him. The gate and balcony railings are rusty which spoils the otherwise elegant look of the villa. The pool doesn’t have any steps for aesthetic reasons we were told but makes it tricky to get out of so maybe some portable ones would be a good addition.

The villa was everything we needed, located at the far end of a tiny village and literally right in front of the water, it was perfect as a work getaway, but also had a couple small bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The seafront is quite rocky so make sure to bring wet shoes - this time of year wasn't the warmest but we still went for a swim each day to refresh. Beware of jellyfish though!
The actual villa itself was perfectly porportioned, clean and had good linens and modern interior.
Option to have it stocked with more water and drinks for additional money would have been nice but really no actual complaints here...it was all done very well and was perfect for working and relaxing.

This house is in a beautiful location, has good furnishings and comfortable beds. The host was helpful, always promptly communicated with us, and accommodated our extra requests.
It would be very useful to add a pool ladder, in the case of elderly guests.

Glorious modern house almost literally on the sea. Villa Sama is comfortable and beautiful: waking up and seeing the sea and being able to swim straight away has been magnificent. Very well equipped and super clean, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Close supermarket and delicious restaurants.
