About this house rental
Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Lake Geneva. (We do MONDAY to MONDAY weekly rentals. )Lake Geneva is part of the Chain of Lakes in the Alexandria Area. The lake is versatile for fishing or recreation. Enjoy feeling like you are right on the water from your own living room, watching the beautiful sunrises. This home features a open concept living room/full kitchen as well as an outdoor patio to enjoy the lake view. The master Bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bath and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two sofa sleepers available in the living room and a flat screen TV with cable. Wi Fi service included. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen with island, dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer. Heat and A/C. Outside patio has a table and a fire pit for burning.(Firewood not included) Charcoal grill is available( charcoal not included.) A dock is on the property that a boat can be tied to . Outdoor amenities consist of fire pit, lake access with 32 foot dock. ( No lift for boat.) Feel free to call me with any questions. 320-766-0535.

Central Lakes biking trail that is 55 miles long- (Osakis to Fergus Falls). Alexandria Aviation can provide Aerial Tours. Thursday nights on the Courthouse lawn there is live music weekly during the summer. Alexandria Shooting park or Long Lake lodge for some trap shooting or pheasant hunting. Downtown Alexandria for some local boutiques and antique shopping.

Alicia, the property owner offered great communication. The place was great, clean and affordable. Easy access to the lake with public landing just half mile down the road. Great accommodations, boating, fishing, swimming, canoe, etc. We used their Weber grill and simply enjoyed being on the lake. Lake Geneva is so clean, quiet and offered good fishing! The property is just across from a RR, trains were loud, and probably about 3 to 4 a day. The property is also located directly off of a busy road....not the best when you have young grandchildren. All in all, it was an enjoyable time and stay! We will more than likely go back again!

We had a wonderful week on Lake Geneva. Such a relaxing place to stay- we especially enjoyed the beach, fishing, the bike path, and being close to town.

We have done Vrbo’s for 4 years and this was by far the best experience. So clean and spacious and could easily tuck everything away. Loved having a 2 car garage for cars as well as ski and fish stuff. Communication and support from the owners went way above and beyond! Little details we really appreciated: freezer in the garage for fish/fish guts, beautifully stocked kitchen- we lacked nothing to prepare our meals, comfortable furniture and Nice size TV, garbage and recycle service, ice/water machine in the fridge, bumpers on the dock for the boat (we used our own soft bumpers too), and being near the walking trail. I very much appreciated the steady dock allowing my parents to walk on it with minimal help (they are in their 80s). Overall a wonderful treasure, thank you!

We loved our week here! The accommodations are excellent and it’s so nice to be close to the lake and have a dock and beach for the kids. We also frequently utilized the biking bath across the road. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 7 adults and 2 children in this 3 bedroom house - a little cozy but we all like each other so it worked out fine. The owners live next door and were responsive to any texts we sent. The house was clean and well maintained, there was a dock for the boat and a fire pit and chairs to hang out by the lake. Nice getaway!

Fun family getaway, secluded but close to so much!
We enjoyed staying at Alicia’s property very much. The house interior is just beautiful as are the views! I was with men that wanted to fish which worked out great, we brought our own boat and the only thing that held us back was wind and passing storms.
Everything you need for a feel right at home stay is there, but you would want to drive to a beach if interested in swimming.

Lakeside Getaway
This is really a nice place for a family vacation! It is a very clean and comfortable 3-bedroom home with everything you need. The lake is clean with a nice, small swimming area with a dock.
We did a lot of paddleboading. The dock would also be great for a boat. The owners are very nice and accommodating to your needs. We are planning to stay here again.

Great Getaway!
This was our 2nd stay at this location. It is better than the pictures show even. The owners are next door and are very helpful if you need anything, but even though they are so close, they give you your privacy. The place is clean and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. We REALLY enjoyed our stay both times!!!!

Wonderful getaway!
We had a wonderful time at the lake! The house was excellent and the host was very accommodating! The kids loved playing in the sand and we all enjoyed water activities. It was convenient to be right next to the bike path and very close to town. The only drawback with small children was the close proximity to the road, but that can’t be helped. We are already looking forward to returning next summer!

Exceeded expectations!
The house is beautiful and comfortable! We chose this place because the property was level with a dock that accommodates two boats, and the house is one level with a walk-in shower. My parents are over 70, so having a place that was easy for them to get around and enjoy was important. We love being outside too, and this rental has a nicely shaded backyard with spots where you could sit in the sun if you wanted. The owners seem very nice, and we felt that if we needed anything, we could count on them!! This place is even nicer than the on-line pictures show!

Relaxing getaway
We have been enjoying Alexandria for many years now. This was our second year staying at this property. It’s a nice property and is in a convenient location. We were able to bring a boat in, our kids enjoyed playing in the sand pile and wading in the water while we sat on shore. We were a little concerned about cleaning during the Covid pandemic, but we all felt comfortable with the extra precautions they took to ensure our safety. The owners live right next door and were accommodating to our requests and checked on us during the week to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure everything was going well.

The house had all the necessities for our stay. Alicia checked in on us to make sure everything was good and always responded quickly with answers to questions before the stay. The only reason for the lower rating on location was due to road and train noise. We had a good week.

Lovely lake views from large windows in the house. Small sandy area for little children. Very pleasant outdoor sitting area in front of the house by the lake and also by the sandy play area.

We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and well appointed. Everything was just as we expected it based on the photos & descriptions. Having the windows on the lake side of the house (dining room/living room area) was fantastic. The only down side at all was the nearness to the train. That said, the owners were wonderful. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Great lake home, location.
We had a great week at the lake home. The location is convenient to town and close to the LeHomme Dieu viaduct for easy access to the other lakes on the chain. Home is very clean and well kept. Would like to suggest that the weeds be cleared away from the dock area for swimming, Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect property for all; the owners are kind and respond immediately. The home is very conducive to family with the open floor plan. The house was spotless, furniture and beds were comfy, and had everything we needed. As a boat owner we truly appreciated the great new dock.

We enjoyed our time at this house. Boat acsess to the lake just down the road. Ample places to park the trailer. The house was very clean. We enjoyed relax on the lake. We would definitely stay again!

Nice vacation spot!
We had a larger group and the space was perfect! The house was nice and we had plenty of room. The location was great - close to town and right in the lake. The owners are right next door and were very accommodating and timely with our requests (needed help with WiFi and a grill brush)

Beautiful Lake Area
This is a well maintained and lovely home, located on one of the five major lakes in the area. The lakeside view is beautiful with fabulous sunrises. The home has been recently renovated and everything was clean and in nice condition. It is nice that the owner lives next door n the event of any problems, of which we had none. Fishing on the lakes is good, with a large variety of fish easily caught within a short distance by boat. We'll be back next year!

Very nice place. Good lake access. No toilet paper included seems crazy for the cost.
You need a coffee table and better lighting by the beds for reading at night. House is very nice with good beds, good kitchen facilities and is very clean.
