WELCOME TO PARADISE. This 4 bedroom & den, 3 bath air conditioned home is 300 yards from Tiger Tail beach. It has it's own private tennis, pickle ball, bocce, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. The oversized, screened in lanai has a heated pool, Spa & summer kitchen. 12 ft. high hedges provide complete privacy. Additional features include a formal dining room, great room with entertainment center, (large flat screen smart TV) & lanai, and well equipped newly renovated kitchen.
All bedrooms have an overhead light with 3 speed fans, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The den is equipped with a high speed internet connection and the spacious master suite has been completely refurnished.
There is a pool alarm in place for your safety. All sporting equipment (bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, four sets of golf clubs, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard equipment, life preservers and pool toys) are included and the laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
We've tried to think of everything to make this home ideally suited for a perfect family vacation or to share with friends, including access to a local property manager to address any problems that may arise.

We enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable and had everything you need, but the true star was the outdoors. The pool was a perfect temperature. The tennis court and shuffleboard were a delight! It was like having our own private park.

This is a a great property for a large familiy. Tim and Gerri have truly thought of everything. Also communicating was very easy and all instructions for the home are posted and easy to follow. The location of the home is within easy access to everything on the island.

The Sullivans have gone out of their way to make this a comfortable property for larger family groups. We had 3 generations in our party, from toddlers to grandparents and everyone was comfortable in the space. The lanai and pool area is large and well furnished and makes for a nice outdoor space for gathering, grilling, swimming and relaxing. The outdoor areas for sports are an unusual and great arrangement. The location is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.
The only issue we had was that there is a house being constructed next door so 3 days of our stay were marred by the noise of power tools and workmen from 8am to noon. The Sullivans clearly have no control over this situation, but it was very noisy. They offered apologies and some compensation for the inconvenience, but we would have preferred to have been apprised of the situation in advance in order to make an informed decision.
Again, the property itself is comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Hopefully, the noisy stages of construction will be completed soon.

Staying here was a dream. So much room. Pool to ourselves. Beach supplies at the ready. Location near the best food, beaches and excursions. We never drove more than 45 minutes and most days less than 10.

For the 3rd year in a row my wife, 18 yr old son and I enjoyed another terrific week at this beautiful home. The house is ideal for us with its tennis court, pool and proximity to Tigertail Beach. Gerri and Tim continue to be superb, responsive hosts. It was nice to see improvements such as a tv and beautiful new furniture on the lanai…where we spend so much of our time. We hope to stay again in ‘23.

Marco Island Retreat - has everything you want and need for your island get-away!
We just loved staying at this well equipped and so well thought out home that feels like a resort! The bedrooms are spacious and spread out to allow for privacy, and the kitchen and family room is just right! But of course the real gem is the backyard with covered patio and screened-in pool that overlooks the sports courts and more! The pool is well maintained and we just lived out there all week. We love playing tennis and this court is excellent. The shrubs that surround the court tend to gobble up your balls but that just encourages one to play better:) They have plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and everything to make your beach vacation nice and convenient! All in all everyone in our family just loved it and we would like to come again. Also, there was a little issue with the AC and the owners had someone out there the same day that we called to fix it, and they kept following up to make sure everything was perfect! (the owners are great with communication) So please book confidently and enjoy your stay at this gorgeous home on Marco Island!

This property was perfect for our family. We spent much of our time in the lanai swimming and watching movies. We were a short walk to Tigertail beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and grocery stores.

Most relaxing vacation ever
We were so comfortable in this house, able to relax with all our needs right here like the comfort of our own home. Our kids lived in that pool, loved the bikes and will have to come back to take advantage of the fishing. Great Family Getaway
Our family of 10 spent Christmas week on Marco Island with great accommodations. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool, bocce ball, shuffleboard and basketball courts in our back yard. The seating outside by the pool was a great place to relax. There were 5 tv's in the house that were never used because we were outside most of the day, but enjoyed the big screen tv on the outdoors patio!!

What a wonderful home and property! Tim and Gerri are such great people! We had such a blast here…we didn’t need to leave the property! We are avid tennis and pickleball players and having a court in the back yard was THE best! When we were done playing…we’d hop in the pool! The bocce and shuffleboard courts were a bonus! Another great week!
My wife, 17 yr old son and I just enjoyed another fantastic week at this beautiful home. Gerri and Tim continue to provide everything you could possibly need for a fun and relaxing vacation and are extremely responsive whenever questions pop up. We love the convenient location to both the beach as well as the numerous restaurants and stores. That being said it’s hard to leave the house with its beautiful pool and tennis court…which we used daily. We hope to be back again next year.

One of our best family vacations
Wonderful house! We had a great time on our vacation. Had some beach days but on the other days it was so nice just hanging out by the pool relaxing. The kids loved the basketball court! This was our first visit to Marco Island but we will definitely be back. Had multiple great dinners but our dinner at Davide was one of the best! Highly recommend the airboat tour of the everglades with Captain Jack!

Fun family vacation spot
Wonderful location, so much to do. We had a week long family vacation (ages 22-87!) and everyone had a fantastic time. Gerri and Tim are great communicators and easy to work with. We all loved the pool, basketball court, tennis court, etc and it was so nice to just sit out by the pool and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close easy walk/bike ride to the beach. We would love to come back and stay again someday!!

Communication with owner at the start was great. We ended up having an issue with the pool and the owner had someone come out right away. We also had a bigger issue with ants, and that too was communicated to the owner and an exterminator came out.
Pool/spa area is nice, and the tennis/pickleball court was awesome for the kiddos and adults. There was an ample amount of sporting goods conveniently located to courts.
Couple downfalls for families: a lot of cleaning supplies in many locations that are easily accessible to little kids. Recommendations made to move them to one location, preferably cabinets in the laundry room, for children’s safety and easy access for adults.
Although the exterminator came out to get rid of the ants, there might be a bigger issue than what a few drops of poison could remedy. Maybe a good spraying inside and out and/or looking into another exterminator.
Overall, with some TLC, this could be a great property for families! Needs an overhaul on supplies and cleaning cupboards and drawers.
