About this house rental
This two-story, 3,000 square foot waterfront home, with rear exposure to the south, isn’t just fit for a king. It’s fit for two kings, and queens and all their princes and princesses. It sleeps ten, with two king beds (master suites), one queen, two twins, one murphy bed and three bathrooms, making it the ideal place for a family gathering or group of friends. It also comes with a two-car garage.
When you first step inside, you’ll think to yourself, “This isn’t a beach house. More like a beach palace.”
One of the master suites, located on the second floor, opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the canal and gives you a view of Marco Island. The living room, bordered by two full-sized sofas, is too spacious to fit in a single photo. You’ll lose count of all the glass tables beneath overhead fans, the potted plants and paintings and berber carpets.
An ornate dining room table beside an arched window gives you a view of the garden. A breakfast table beside a wall-to-ceiling window overlooks the pool. A fully appointed kitchen contains all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare anything from a formal dinner to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the lanai.
The beach palace spaciousness continues on the lanai, where you’ll find your own private heated pool and hot tub, along with a family-sized table, all overlooking the palm tree-fringed canal.

Wish the weather had been a bit warmer but grateful for a south exposure for pool time. Nice home with good beds. Sectional sofa should be replaced and carpets could use a cleaning.

This is a nice, large home on a canal, with a south-facing pool and spa. Our 3 generations (grandparents, kids and grandkids) have found it to be a very nice house, with room to spread out. There is an office room in the house, which is convenient for anyone working remotely. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a suite upstairs with its own balcony. There is one bathroom upstairs and two on the main floor, one of which opens onto the pool area. I would recommend this place to families!

Overall, the size and layout of the house were perfect for our needs. We spent much time relaxing and dining on the lanai. We greatly appreciated the replacement of the living room TV to a newer, smart TV (and compatible cable box) and enjoyed several evenings watching it together. The house is in a good location for walking or biking to nearby parks or the YMCA. The hot tub and pool were religiously maintained every Tuesday by the friendly service man. The entire house needs a thorough deep cleaning and attention to/replacement of items that are showing age/wear and tear.

Advertised as 10-12 persons? Rooms and baths ... yes, cooking and eating ... no! Sadly lacking in kitchen utensils and dishes! Sadly, we discovered a palm rat in residence in the garage, with entry/exit through an access hole chewed into frame of side door. Although your service were anxious to quickly address several problems discovered upon possession, they did not address the rat problem?? Also, the pool deck was in desperate need of painting and much of the furniture was fatigued. It's probably time for some upgrading!

This home was super nice and cozy and met all of our vacation needs. Since we’re in summer the heated pool’s temperature was too warm but the management team quickly corrected that issue and we were able to enjoy the pool the rest of our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Marco Island.

June 2022 Stay
We are 6 friends who travel together every year, and always stay in houses. Your house exceeded all of our expectations. Communication between Alex, the property manager, and us was excellent. They reminded us when trash day was and what to do when checking out. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. It is bigger than what the pictures show. The hot tub and pool were both excellent. We had one issue with the temperature of the pool and it was fixed right away.The house is centrally located and everything was only minutes away. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Perfect for our needs
This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs. The air conditioner malfunctioned but they fixed it the very next morning. Immediate service was appreciated! We honestly spent all of our time on the patio after a very long winter in the north. It was lovely!

Carpet was very old/worn and just dirty. Finally, found a frog in the house on the second floor on third day and we didn't bring it in.

December 2021 Stay
An absolute joy for Christmas week! Everyone had a comfy spot to rest, read, walk, beach, pool, spa, do puzzles, play games, and have family meals. Everything we needed was here or a short 0.6 miles to Publix.

Excellent Porperty
We took our family vacation here this year and absolutely loved it! The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We spent many hours in both. The only thing I would caution is for little kids the pool goes from 3-5 feet. The sides are three and as you go towards the middle it gets deeper. Great house and location we will be back again soon!

Great time in Marco
The house is deceptively big! Plenty of room for all of us either inside or outside! The house could use a few repairs. Some of the ceiling fans could be replaced, some lights don’t work and it could use a deep cleaning as some areas (like under the couches) have not been cleaned in a while.

Spacious home - great value for the cost.
This home has a beautiful floorplan, with plenty of space for two families. The office even has a Murphy bed (which I don't believe was in the listing, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it). The kids had a wonderful time in the pool/hot tub. Some of the decor was a bit dated (the dried floral arrangements from the 1990s have to go) but overall this was a great place to stay. The management company was very helpful sending reminders about the trash/recycling pickup and arranged for balloons to be delivered for a 50th birthday. Terrific value for the cost.

I came and check then I told them its all porgy(no size limit, 100lb/day) and they threaten to call the police, I told them go ahead, after half hour, they came again ask if we have fishing license(of course we bought 7 days in FL on the day we arrive) despite they're not authorized to ask the Qs only police do... I told them to stop threaten us as we know the rules and we did nothing wrong, if they continue, I will call the police. then they back off...I noticed previous guest also reported such incidents, so if sth could be done on it then I will make this home 5 star.

September 2020 Marco Island Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was spacious and had plenty of space for our family of 10! The kids loved the pool. This home was a great place to rest up and relax in between our times on Marco Island of swimming at the beach, shelling, boat tours, and even putt-putt. The location of the home is close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was a great stay!

The location was perfect for us. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. There was 2-3 breaks in the screen around the pool which should be repaired. We loved the size of the house and all the appliances were working and efficient. May need updating - sliding door to pool from sitting area was stiff and very difficult to open, cushions on outdoor furniture should be replaced. Otherwise we loved the house, location and amenities. Marco Island Properties were excellent, they were so diligent to our needs and replied immediately to all our questions and concerns.

The house was beautiful.
This is a beautiful house to say in. The kids loved to pool and hot tub . Boat dock was perfect we rented a boat and was able to explore . We rented through gator boat rental. We got married in this house Sunday it was perfect! Marco island vacation they were really good at staying in touch with us.

Overall the house was in good condition, but could really use a deep cleaning. General cleanliness was good but lamps and other fixtures are really dirty. Need better instructions for the pool or someone to check to be sure controls are set properly prior to check in. Our pool was cold until the pool guy came on Wednesday.

We rented this house for a wedding/vacation over the 4th of July weekend. It was a great home for all of my family and the accommodations worked perfectly for us. The home was well equipped with enough bath towels and kitchen items to take care of our needs. We had a wonderful time and can recommend this home to others.

I feel that we should make you aware of our feelings and concerns about our recent stat at 1611 Almeria Court. We are experienced enough to know that the ants and cockroaches that we found are are fact of life in Florida but you may care to have a pest control visit to be rid of them. The property is very tired and in need of some care and attention. The fitted carpet in the master bedroom is incredibly filthy and need cleaning. The net curtains are dirty and stained some of the patio cushions are dirty and stained. curtains in the back bedroom having off the rails and the lamp table cover is stained. The linen sheets are thin faded and have bleach stains. The garage side door is rotten through and forces dependence upon the internal lock from the laundry room which is not the best security. Some of the patio furniture is broken and dangerous and is in the garage. Some of the dinning chairs are insecure and do not feel safe. One of the twin beds is wobbly. Rust on the bottom of the bedroom door and the fridge. The bathroom blind is broken. No toilet roll holder in the on-suite is an indication of just how little care and maintenance is carried out at the property. I note that many previous renters have commented on the broken and damaged condition but little has been done to rectify this. The service received from the rental office was fist class but the property lets them down. We would not want to stay at 1611 Almeria Court again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.

The house was awesome and had a great floor plan. The entire back of the house was sliding glass doors to the pool/lanai so you could enter from anywhere, if you so choose. The house was clean and well furnished. There were an abnormally large amount of light switches, some of which their function was not readily apparent. The pool/hot tub was fantastic. The pool being long enabled you to swim for a short length. The kitchen seemed nice, but we ate at a wide variety of local establishments, so we didn't use it(who cooks on vacation?). The location was great. It was quiet and near Walgreens and Publix grocery. We had no problems or questions, so the only contact we had with the staff was when we checked in and they seemed fine. I guess our biggest regret was not spending enough time at the house as we were out with other activities. I would certainly be open to the idea of coming back and just chilling in the house for a week, but not cooking, as there are a lot of great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay, very clean and efficient. The only things that need addressed are: 1. There were multiple light bulbs out. 2. The walk in door in the garage is broken and will not lock or shut properly. 3. The pool pump has a leak at the pump. 4. The master bathroom is missing the toilet paper spring rod. 5. The refrigerator is starting to rust just below the ice maker. 6. The walk out door in the guest bathroom 1st floor is starting to rust at the bottom. Otherwise the place was great and we would definitely stay again. I know these are petty items but I, as a lake home owner myself, would like objective input to also keep my place in tip top shape. The description of this property is right on target. It is conveniently located but also on a quiet street. The property was clean and had great amenities though lacked a few items we would have used such as a tea kettle (but a pot sufficed). The folks at Marco Island Properties were responsive though we were without internet for two days so that was our one real complaint. While the décor is a bit old and maybe a tiny bit tired, the place was comfortable and we would come back.
