Pacific Crush sits in in the northern end of Pacific Beach surrounded by the world famous Tourmaline Surf Park with miles and miles of beautiful, sandy beach. Located just a short stroll from the ocean and less than half a mile from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk. Miles of paved paths to ride your bike, rollerblade, walk, or just people watch. Tourmaline Surf park provides one of the best beginning surfing beaches and is very gentle for the little kiddos too. Grab a surfboard from the beach gear and head on down to catch a few waves. View the ocean, check the surf, watch incredible sunsets and the Sea World fireworks from our huge roof top deck, which includes a large outdoor dining table. Bring your meals up there and enjoy the sweet salty air while you take in the beautiful ocean views.

This centrally located modern 3+-bedroom, 3-bath private beach home (approximately 2,300 square feet) was just recently built in 2010. It is a hop, skip and a jump to the chic restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues that populate this popular beach town, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood.

The house features a great large room for entertaining, a fireplace, beautiful bathrooms with a large jacuzzi bath tub, granite kitchen counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining room. There is a beautiful enclosed private yard for entertaining, including a grill for cooking dinner and plenty of toys for the kids to play with.

THE SPACE
This house is fully equipped with all housewares and bedroom linens. It is stylishly decorated in "beach cottage" motif with an oversized comfortable couch.

There is a new king mattress in the master bedroom and queen bed along with twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. The third bedroom includes a full size bunkbed with a trundle pull out bed. There’s also a portable crib for those that have a baby. There's a bonus room/loft that includes a Day Bed with a trundle. The Living Room and Master bedroom also include large flatscreen televisions. A large stackable washer and dryer is located upstairs.

The private yard comes with an 8-person table available for parties, a private propane grill barbecue, a gas firepit, and lots of toys for the kids. Experience privacy while sipping a glass of wine after a long day of activities.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located a couple of blocks from Tourmaline beach, a grocery store, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Pacific Breeze is in an excellent location for those who want to take it easy and relax and walk everywhere.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable in all directions, just a short 5-10-minute walk to amazing beaches, La Jolla, restaurants, bars and shopping. A short Uber ride will take you to the World famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World or the Gaslamp District Downtown. Everything is also accessible by bus.

The house is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the San Diego Airport making Pacific Breeze very convenient and centrally located.

We had an amazing time at this property visiting with far away family! It was a wonderful place to meet with walking access to the beach, and amazing neighborhood with coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The property itself was ideal if you are traveling with kids! With an abundance of toys, a designated play room and the trampoline outside the kids were entertained all day… making the trip much more enjoyable for the adults too! Highly recommend this property if you are traveling with kids. Jacqui was so communicative and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

This place is a gem. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. We loved the layout of the house and the toys provided for kids including a play kitchen, doll house, and whole separate play room. The fenced in turf grass was the perfect play area. There was a wagon provided to make an easy stroll down to the beach with our toddler and towels, etc. The rooms were good sized and mattresses were comfortable! Blackout curtains in every room was a plus. We LOVED the rooftop to watch the sunset. Jacqui was available for whatever we needed. Would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Breeze. Beautiful house in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is fantastic. There was even a playroom filled with princess dresses for my princess abscessed daughter, and music instruments for my music obsessed son. Can't say enough good things about our stay. On top of everything Jacquie was absolute dream host, very helpful and resposive. A+++

Just a perfect place for young kids to explore and enjoy. Spent Christmas 2019 at Jacqui & Matt's with 4 adults, an infant and a 2 year old. Second floor play area was the ideal place for a tree and Santa's arrival; lower living room with fireplace was welcomed when the weather turned chilly. The location is superb with the grocery store, the French bakery and the fish market all within 200 yards. Could not have been better!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jacqui's beautiful beach home! She was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any questions that we had prior to our arrival. There was more than enough room for our family of four plus our friends and their son. They had tons of toys, games, and activities to keep our boys busy while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the enclosed backyard. Then it was a quick walk to Tourmaline beach with communal beach chairs and boogie boards to use in tow. There were also plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping walking distance from the home. We were fortunate enough to utilize one of Jacqui's babysitter recommendations to have a night out. We especially loved riding the Bird and Lime electric scooters down the boardwalk and by the bay. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We look forward to returning for another visit soon!

We had a nice time. Plenty of room in the house. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had a place to sleep. The 2 year old even got a crib! That was nice. The kids loved all the toys and it was nice to enjoy the evenings outside while the kids played in the yard. Very close to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and saw many fireworks from the roof top deck. I have nothing to complain about, everyone had a nice time.

We stayed in the house for two nights with our 1.5 year olds and we had the best time. The check in process was so easy and Jacqui had great recommendations for us. The house was perfect and was close to great restaurants and the beach! I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with young kids.

We came here on a girls trip and had such a relaxing time. The host was super helpful in giving us a bunch of recommendations and leaving us with everything we needed. Mostly we went to beach everyday and cooked great meals at night. They have a cute backyard with a grill too. We had a blast hanging on the roof deck. What a view!!! I’d love to come back and stay here again. I’d definitely recommend this house.

I highly recommend this house, especially if you have kids. It’s perfect to rent for a large family or gathering like ours. It was clean and looks as if it were recently updated. Plenty of space for everyone with a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids had a blast with all of their toys. We enjoyed grilling in the yard while the kids played. Jacqui left us everything we needed for the beach, surf boards, bikes, chairs ect. The location is perfect, super close to stores and beach. And the roof deck was a blast with great views. I’ll definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego.

It was so nice to be a walking distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is definitely quite and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The home is in a great location. We walked to restaurants and the beach. Groceries and shopping were 5 minutes by car. The house was clean. It is really a great family house. We had 5 adults, but there was certainly room for more. If you bring children, there are toys. I caught all my adult children playing with the toys. There were surf boards, bogie boards and bikes, as well. Kitchen was well equipped to handle Thanksgiving dinner prep. Also, a large dining room table that accommodated 10 for dinner. It was a great place to spend our Holiday!!

We recently stayed at Sun&Sea and found it prrfect for our group of 8. There are plenty of beds for separate accomodations, the location is very convenient, and the place was spotless when we arrived. It suited our needs to a tee. Our host, Jacqui, could not have been more accommodating and was always very responsive. All of us in the group highly recommend this property.

We had a great weekend staying at Sun&Sea, and loved every minute. A lot of time spent was on the upstairs patio, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. We were hit with a little rain on Saturday, so the big comfy living room was more than accommodating for our group to relax. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very clean and well stocked upon arrival and the owner was very friendly and easy going throughout the entire process. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars and would definitely stay here again.
