About this apartment rental

Our recently remodeled health club is one of the finest in Breckenridge with a fantastic new heated indoor/outdoor pool with children’s play area, hot tubs with waterfall features, steam room, sauna, locker rooms with bathing suit dryers, workout area with new equipment, and a family gathering area with a fireplace, tv, pool table, shuffleboard, and video games. There is also a movie room that can accommodate 10-15 people and an Xbox gaming room, both of which can be reserved ahead of time.

1. Located in the best spot in Breckenridge: at the base of Peak 9 and one block to historic Main Street; walk to nearly everything in town
2. Mountain elegance with nods to Breckenridge's mining heritage: high-quality leather furniture, gas stone fireplace, granite countertops with copper gold pan sinks, ceiling fans, and Colorado artwork
3. Hotel-quality mattresses, comforters, pillows, and linens. We wash and sanitize ALL linens after each stay, including the duvet covers.
4. Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed to make a gourmet meal for six
5. Super-nice electronics including giant 70 inch TV, Xfinity cable, most major streaming services, BluRay disc players; free wireless internet
6. Private deck with electric grill; private balcony off second bedroom
7. Amazing amenities located on-site: health club with year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, weight/aerobic equipment, games, and family gathering area (closed the first or second week of May for cleaning). Also on-site: restaurant, bar, gas grills, and heated parking garage. There is a brand new washer and dryer located on our floor about 20 yards down the hallway from our front door, payable via PayRange smartphone app.
8. Walk less than 200 meters to National Forest and QuickSilver chairlift...accesses the entire mountain, but particularly good for beginner skiers. (The QuickSilver chairlift is typically open from Thanksgiving week to mid-April.)
9. Kid-friendly: Ski and Ride School and equipment rental on-site; Pack 'N Play available; now partnering with BabyQuip! to provide no-hassle delivery of additional clean, safe, and sanitized baby gear

My family and I enjoyed The Village’s pools and game room. We also enjoyed going on hikes and capping off the hike with some ice cream from one of the local ice cream shops.

Location was perfect… walking distance to everything and with tons of amenities. The unit was spacious and had a fantastic view. We enjoyed people watching and enjoying the beautiful vistas from the balcony. Communication with the owner was excellent. Definitely recommend!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and was nice and clean. The only negative was that the previous renters had not properly cleaned the cookware or dishes. Also it would be nice to have extra blankets available. Other than that everything was great-well equipped and comfortable. Perfect location!!

Excellent condo with amazing proximity to the quicksilver lift and Main Street. Location cannot beat! Host was super accommodating. Didn’t hear a peep from surrounding condos even during busy spring break vacation.

Loved this condo it’s so spacious, perfect location to everything. Had an unfortunate hospital stay overnight, but was able to head back and recover and relax at condo. Would definitely recommend renting you will not regret it!

We had a wonderful long Presidents Weekend at Joe and Kari's home in Breck! They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. The condo was perfect for our family of experienced Skiers. The location cannot be beat! We would definitely recommend their home and hope to return sometime very soon!

We just got back from the perfect stay in Breckenridge. The condo was clean, the views were endless, and the convenience was unheard of. The location is perfect- within walking distance of the Quicksilver lift, walking distance to Main St (endless shopping, bars, restaurants), and views if you just want to stay in. We skied two days and had three 'rest days'. Wish we booked an extra few days because we didn't want to leave. Joe and Kari were wonderful with communicating throughout the entire process. Would 10000% recommend and cannot wait to come back!

If you’re going with kids, go here. No need to get on a bus or drive anywhere. Walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The best beginner and intermediate slopes in town are right there! Great pool and multiple hot tubs. The kids loved the game room (where the games are free!). Hosts are very responsive to anything you may need.

We had a family Christmas here, the location is amazing, so close to ski lifts and Main Street. The host is always keen to help and super great facilities in the apartment, we really loved the large beds, linens, and also the stocked kitchen with spices and the nice touch of Christmas Tree. We highly recommend this.

Our stay in this condo was an enjoyable experience. It was cozy, family friendly and had beautiful views of surrounding mountains. The property manager was great to work with, attentive and prompt. We enjoyed the style and upgraded features of the unit. The location and amenities of The Village at Breckenridge was great! You can walk everywhere…to the slopes, trails, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this location and this particular condo for someone wanting to visit Breckenridge!

This condo was exactly as the pictures showed! The views from the balcony were spectacular! We came to see the Aspen trees in full color and it did not disappoint! The location was the best… within walking distance of downtown. We’ve always stayed up at Peak 7 and had to drive down, but this was much more convenient. Highly recommend! Joe was a great host.

This condo is amazing. Beautiful scenery off the 7th floor balcony. I truly do not believe there is a better view of the mountains than from this condo. Joe and his wife are so wonderful to work with and were very helpful with the new electronic key system. This is our second year and will not be our last at this condo. Comfy furniture, beautiful deco and pictures, plenty of dishes and pans. I just can't recommend this condo enough. Easy walk to town and all the activities the town offers. I recommend the heated parling lot. So convenient when staying here. The unit was very clean, and you just can't go wrong with this unit. Best in Breck.

Great place! Beautifully decorated with great view. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Our family also enjoyed the game room downstairs in the afternoons when it rained. Take warm clothing as it was around 41 every morning the first week of August and it rained every afternoon except one day.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location with easy access to many hiking/biking trails, restaurants, and pool area with multiple hot tubs. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the evenings with all the windows open and listening to the Blue River below.

Everything about this Condo was amazing. Joe's communication with the check-in procedure made it seamless on our day of arrival. You will not find a better location in Brek, the views from the balcony are immaculate. We parked our car on arrival and did not need it again until the day we left. We swam every afternoon, hiked the Burro and Warriors Mark trails, went horseback riding with at Breckenridge Stables, took the Brek connect gondola to Peak 8 activities and all shopping and restaurants are within a short walk. We cant wait to go back. Thank you Joe for sharing your home with our Family

We loved our stay at the condo! Location is perfect with beautiful views from every window and easy walking distance to all the downtown restaurants (which were delicious!). We made some nice hikes nearby. The condo had every thing we needed: super comfy beds, all the kitchen items we needed, plenty of room, a nice balcony, it had it all. We enjoyed it so much, we already booked again for next year! Thank you, Joe, for being so accommodating!
