Great clean place! We enjoyed every bit while we stayed here! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had 3 brothers with wives and adult children. It was a great location with plenty of room. We enjoyed the 'extras' including garage ping pong, and the bedroom fans were much appreciated. Wonderful stay and responsive hosts.

There were 17 of us ranging from 9 to 72! Our first time of having us all under 1 roof for a week. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. Made our celebration and time together perfect!! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed with family after attending a wedding. A couple of things weren’t working. Ice was not available from the refrigerator door, but we could get it from the ice maker. The fireplace would not come on. We contacted management but no one came out. The upstairs bedrooms do get warm. We were thankful for the fan in the closet.overall, a great location and it met our needs.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was great. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with our family and close friends

We booked this for 14 of us across 4 families. The layout was perfect. The kids had the bunk room and loved the basement hangout. Also the location was easy to get to town and the resort.
The property could use a lot of work. Lots of broken or loose items and materials. Heating was also an issue with just one thermostat on the main floor. Upstairs was roasting and downstairs was freezing.
The beds were very worn down. Everyone sunk in on the sides and the middle was a big hump.
Overall we’d stay there again just because the layout was perfect for the families but we definitely will lower our expectations.

My group of friends and I had an amazing time. There was more than enough room for the 16 of us. We had great meals in with more than enough appliances and nice to have a grocery store so close. Getting to the mountain was very easy and only took us ~15 minutes to drive there (with free parking). Everything we needed was very close. We all loved the hot tub and games that were around the house. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great property. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep for our large group of 16 people. About 100 yards from the city shuttle stop. Super easy check-in and checked-out. Would stay again.

This property was in a perfect location for our group of 18 (8 adults + 10 kids). Easy to get to, super close to the grocery store and an short drive into Winter Park to ski.
There was plenty of room for our group although we could have used another bathroom, but we managed to share just fine ;)
Management was responsive and friendly.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. When we moved couch cushions it was a bit scary and things like light fixtures and decor needed a good dusting/cleaning.
Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it to a larger group of skiers!

This was our first time visiting winter park. We had a group of 16 staying at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us! The location was what we expected about 15 mins from skiing. Easy drive to the slopes. The property manager was very quick to respond to a couple small issues. I always appreciate that when renting!
Only negative thing I will say about that house is the cleanliness. I feel like the whole house needs a deep clean. We lifted up couch cushions to use the pull out bed and it was gross. Probably half a bag of Doritos down there and huge stains on the mattress. We opted not to use it after seeing that. If a cleaning service went in there for half a day with several people and some elbow grease, I’m sure it would look a lot better. There were also several mattresses that could be replaced.

Loved this property! Fairly close to Winter Park lifts and very comfortable and spacious common area for our group of 16.

Very accommodating space for 15 persons. We had concern with coolness of home, but running fireplace constantly and using space heaters in bedrooms solved this issue. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We would gladly visit this home again!

We loved this property. I always worry about people feeling cramped when we book houses for groups, but there was so much space! Loved it and the whole neighborhood :)

Upon checking in we found the kitchen floor to be so sticky with something that we had to completely mop it before we could walk on it. The kitchen countertops were dirty with a variety of food stuff. Many of the the dishes in the cupboards were dirt. The window screens were so filthy we could not enjoy the view. The upstairs bedroom windows were difficult to close with one window crank falling apart. After a big rain on Friday the home was inundated with mice. We had mice running around the house. Jake did come by on Sunday to lay out some traps, but a little late to ease the unease of having rodents sharing your vacation home. There were signs of mice throughout the home with a large nest behind the range.

We loved staying here! We had a group of about 15, and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. All the amenities were as advertised, the check-in could not be easier, and the hosts were very communicative during the check-out process. We would (and may) stay again.

We had twenty people in our group. The house was plenty big enough. We had a couple of issues but it was taken care of quickly. Washer had a drain problem but maintenance came within twenty minutes and had it fixed.
If you rent this house, remember the gas fire place will affect the thermostat that controls the temperature for the rest of the house.

We had a great stay at Elk Court. Our group consisted of 4 families, 15 people total, and their was plenty of space for us all. The house is in a great location and provided everything we needed.
2.5
My only recommendation is the lower level was cold, we could never warm it up, maybe a unit down there, doesn't seem like the vents were not working!! We will be back.... thank you!
2.5
Minor maintenance issue as previously noted, but overall property was great for our family get together. Plenty of room for everyone and every time kitchen item you could asked for or needed. Only draw back was that the Xbox 360 and the WII didn’t work for the kids. The hot tube looked inviting but we were not able to use it this time round no suits. Would difficulty use again if we are in the area.

The layout of the house worked great for our group. We utilized the hot tub and the kitchen extensively. There were a few minor things that we dealt with, but nothing we don't deal with in everyday living at home.

We enjoyed our vacation very much and loved many things about this property. I do think it needs some maintenance however. As stated by others in previous reviews some of the mattresses need to be replaced and the silverware drawer needs to be fixed as well as one of the other kitchen cabinet doors. The towel rack in the full bathroom on the main floor needed to be tightened as it fell off when hanging a towel up. The carpeting and rugs in the lower level, in my opinion, need to be cleaned. A second refridgerator would have been very useful. When you have a house this size, it's hard to get enough food and drinks for all those people in one fridge. The floorplan and the location were perfect for us. There is so much to do in the area so we didn't get to everything on our list. Overall we loved it!

We rented two cabins (#1 and #6). The properties were the perfect amount of space needed for our group of 30 people and right across the street from one another. The property manager was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The location was great and the homes were just as described. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful homes.

Overall, the property is very nice and we had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Check-in process was seamless and easy. We had no issues that required contacting management. There were a few things we'd like to bring to your attention that would make the home more safe, enjoyable, and make it feel as upscale as it looks in the photos. So here's a quick list:1. Hot Tub is in rough shape. Our grown son cut his foot on the broken seat inside. And also the cover is broken and falls off when opened.2. Upon our arrival, contents in dishwasher were dirty and had to be hand washed. Overall though the dishwasher is in poor condition with metal meshing rigged to hold utentsils, etc.3. Master bedroom door - hardware needs replacement. Screws coming out of hardware and door wouldn't close without adjusting the loose screws. Simple to fix and would make the home not feel run down.4. Main level powder bath - door jams and locks people both old and young inside.5. Things like dish soap and bath soap were not included. Maybe a covid thing, but we had to purchase and had expected them to be provided in an upscale rental.Again, we loved the property and had a great time but wanted to pass these things along to help with your reviews going forward. We did make sure to leave the home in as good or better shape than when we arrived, so thanks so much for your allowing us to enjoy it!

The layout of the house was great, it was clean and checkin was a breeze! Just a few things that need to be fixed around the house and it would be perfect! Door lock on the entry way bathroom was broken and wouldn’t shut. Head rests of the hot tub were missing. Maybe just have a maintenance team take 30 minutes to walk thru and find the little things. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

It wasn't as big as the pics made it look ,, and a few of the beds need new matrasses , and as some of the family are clean freaks it wasn't as clean as we would have liked to see but definitely wasn't filthy ,,, those are the cons ,,,,,, now for the pros we enjoyed it immensely and we received immediate service when we called with a need

Fine. Some minor issues but resolved.

We celebrated early because our adult children have "other family" commitments and the price to travel (5 of us from California)is reasonable. We were 9 adults and 3 kids (ages 5, 3 & 3). There was great space. Two bedrooms (king beds) one bath on the top level. One master bedroom (king bed with on suite bath) on the main floor and in the basement one king, separate bath, one king sharing a jack and jill bath with the Kids beds of 4 Queens (2 bunks). And a separate living room with tv for the kids to hang out. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, glasses, and cooking items. Would do again!
