The house itself exceeded our expectations - it was clean, stylish and more elegant than the photos suggested. We appreciated the early check-in. However, the HOA rules were quite strict and the hosts seemed very concerned about potential violations. A sign on where not to park would have avoided confusion and stress during our stay After some initial back and forth, we were able to resolve the issue and enjoy the rest of our vacation. We still hope the lower level of the house is warmer and better beddings.

It was perfect for our extended family of ten. Close enough to activities and hiking but quiet with a rural feel. We ate in, grilled, ate out, played games and watched TV. perfect combo.

We had a wonderful stay at this property to ring in the new year. Large, comfortable and close to the slopes! Highly recommend!

Great location for summer fun
Great location to be able to explore the area . Far enough for quiet but close enough to take advantage of the area.
Just need to be able make the temperature more uniform between two levels of the house

A pleasant place to stay
With COVID hitting us in 2020, we had to postpone trip until 2021. I got push back from property manager when everything started closing down in April, 2021 and I asked to postpone. We struck an agreement.
Rules for check out seem overboard. The house was full of adults and kids so beds, towels and other linens were used. If we left more than 3 loads of laundry, we would have been charged extra. Needless to say, we did lots of laundry starting the night before check out. Then, there were only 2 TIDE pods to use on 6 or 7 loads of laundry. We bought more detergent so we wouldn’t get charged. 3 hours of cleaning is included in the cost but the check out procedures asked us to vacuum…
We were there for a family reunion and rented 3 different houses. This house required us to do a lot more for check out than any other house.
Still, a pleasant place and close to all the fun!

Winter Park family ski vacation
Nice house for a large family. Very clean. Homeowners were great and very concerned that we get there safely wth the snow storm. Very comfortable beds and sofas.

Lovely place
This was a terrific place to spend the holidays--very comfortable and roomy. Very well equipped kitchen. good communication with our host. Only possible drawback is no Wifi and spotty cell phone service--a blessing in disguise, as it just meant we unplugged for a week!

Nice big house in a really good neighborhood
This house had enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate several entire families comfortably. It is clean, equipped with everything needed, and easy to live in. Common areas were very roomy and allowed for several kids to play without interfering with the adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice home theater setup downstairs. We had very minor issues with the size of the dining area which "only" allows about 8 to eat at a time, and the mud room (where shoes are removed before entering the house) which could be a little easier to navigate. The owners were pleasant, available to us by phone as needed, and helpful.

First the good - this property is spacious and the location is good. It's in a neighborhood that is nice to walk around and close enough to skiing to be convenient (although definitely not "on a shuttle line" which we found out). We had a large group and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space for everyone for hanging out and eating. However, be wary of the advertisement of "no additional fees". When you book with Gretchen, she will send you the find print which reads, "this property includes three hours of cleaning and three loads of laundry." So, if you use all the beds and towels for everyone you'll have to get up and use a subpar washer and very, very out of date dryer to try to get some laundry done before you leave without getting charged extra. Same on the cleaning front. We had 6 adults and we all cleaned for about 90 minutes before departing. So, if you want to hit the ski hill or do any activity the day of departure, think twice, you'll pay more. And, if that weren't bad enough, after cleaning and doing 3 loads of laundry before we left, Gretchen called us upon our departure and accused us of stealing a quilt. We told her specifically which bedroom it was in and she continued to insist that one of our kids must have gone home with it. She did wind up finding it (right where we said it was) after THREE angry phone calls to our group. So, you'll save some money, but be prepared for a difficult owner and more work than I've ever done checking out of a VRBO!

Spacious, comfortable home with room for our extended family.
The pictures didn't do this home justice; it's much more spacious than we'd anticipated. It's especially nice to have the family room downstairs. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of extras beyond the normal condiments you'd expect. The bedding and towels were especially nice, and the drier came in handy for wet snow clothes. All was clean and well cared for. We used the snowshoes in RMNP one day, and we found the hiking trail down the road-both very enjoyable. The upstairs got very warm, so we didn't use the fireplace much. It was cool downstairs. This location is a ways behind Fraser, and cell/internet reception was spotty. There is no wifi. One of our families did watch a moose just down the road one afternoon. One of our young teens thought the futon (bottom bunk) was uncomfortable. All-in-all we had a good time and enjoyed the home very much.

Perfect for Family Reunion
4 families from Texas & CT gathered here for a family reunion and Christmas celebration. We loved the space and our only complaint was the differences in temperature between the two floors. It was very cold on the bottom floor when we had the gas fireplace running on the main floor. This normally wouldn't be an issue for adults but we had a one year old and two year old sleeping downstairs. The property is clean, nicely decorated and the owners were easy to work with. We enjoyed our time including skiing at nearby Winter Park.

This property is in pristine condition. The owner is great to work with and very helpful.
We loved this property. We would stay there again. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and the surrounding area. Frasier is a beautiful town and located conveniently between Winter Park and the National Forest.

Perfect Mountian Getaway in this Fraser Home
This beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering. Accommodations were excellent and rooms clean. The common areas were perfect for gathering as a large group or to split up a bit. We definitely plan to come back to this lovely mountain home for another family gathering.

Room for everyone.
I booked this home over Christmas. It was a little hard to come up with the 5 night minimum required over Christmas so we had some coming in late and some leaving early but the price was reasonable and the location gave us options. We appreciated the 5 bedrooms and the number of bathrooms was handy too. It was a little cool in the lower level, especially when you ran the fireplace upstairs, heat rises and all. Plan to put those who like cooler sleeping there. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and basics. We cooked a lot of meals during our stay. We appreciated the laundry room. Our group included some beginning skiers/snowboarders so they opted for Granby Ranch. We also went tubing at Faser (we like the original one).

Great place to stay in Fraser/Winter Park
We had our annual trip to a Colorado mountain town destination, and this year we stayed in this roomy duplex in Fraser. Two families with adult children (12 adults & 1 infant) had plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable. Sleeping accommodations were great along with the amenities in the kitchen. We loved the deck on the front to enjoy breakfast and the morning sun. Fraser and Winter Park offer so many fun activities and it's absolutely beautiful in the valley. The owners were super responsive and a pleasure to talk with. Very accommodating. We would definitely go back again. Thanks!!!!

Another great time in the wonderful Winter Park Mountains
Thank you for letting us use your wonderful homey duplex. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the mountains. We enjoyed the nights by cooking and having dinner together, playing games and drinking lots of hot chocolate. We will definitely call you again the next time we are in the Winter Park area. The only thing that would have made the stay any better was wifi. Thanks again and I hope you were pleased with the way we left your wonderful home.

Great Week In The Mountains!!
Thanks so much! Our family had a fantastic time in the Winter Park area. The duplex is "like new" and so much room for everyone to spread out. How delightful to come back after any activity and always know we would have a guaranteed place to park. Both the road biking and mountain biking in the area were fantastic; as easy or as difficult as one wanted. Everyone enjoyed the Alpine Slide immensely! The list of possible activities in the area seemed endless. Totally loved BBQ'ing on the front deck also. Looking forward to coming back!!!
