静かで清潔なホテルでした。朝食もワッフルが焼けたり、インスタントの味噌汁があり、美味しかったです。バスルームも広く使い勝手が良かったです。

最近のホテル事情は、よくわかりませんが、セーフティボックスがなかった事。ランドリーがなかった事。従業員の皆さんも感じが良い人がほとんどですが、英語が流暢に話せない私に対する態度とネイティブ並みに話せる娘への態度が違っていました。流暢に話せなくても話している内容は、理解しています。

Its a perfect choice when you have to fly out the next morning.

Location was great if you need an airport shuttle; other than that there's not much around. Room was quiet and clean. Bed super comfortable but the comforter was a little lightweight. Lots of TV channels to choose from which was great because there's not much to do around there...other than wait. The gal who took me to the airport was friendly...she didn't make me wait until the time I'd requested because I was all ready to go almost half an hour early. That flexibility was much appreciated and above and beyond the call of duty.

Bathroom had an odd smell at first but either it dissipated or I stopped noticing it. Nothing terrible, just noticeable. There isn't a restaurant nearby...except at the Hilton which seemed too far to walk once I'd landed after a full day of activity.

Nice place for meeting the family

The breakfast was really good. There were a lot of different and really tasty options. The kids loved the waffels. We had a nice evening at the bar. It was an ideal place to meet our family in Irvine.

I would have prefered real plates and cups instead of making a lot of trash. But that‘s a common problem in the US.

ORANGE JUICE WAS GOOD AND COFFEE WAS GOOD. LOCATION WAS GREAT. ROOM WAS TERRIFIC.

BACON WAS EXTRA GREASY AND DIDN'T TASTE LIKE BACON.!! THE OATMEAL WAS SOUPY. TOO MUCH WATER SITTING ON TOP. THAT'S ALL I HAD. $28 FOR PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS! I USED TO FLY 3-5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR MY WORK. STAYED IN DOZENS OF HAMPTON INNS ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN MAJOR METROPOLITAN CITIES AT THE AIRPORT. NONE OF THEM CHARGED FOR PARKING!! THE ONLY HAMPTON INN I AM AWARE OF THAT CHARGES FOR PARKING IS YOUR FACILITY AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT ON DUPONT DRIVE!

Good visit

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location was very close to the airport which was nice. I didnt get to explore the hotel as much but I enjoyed the interior design. My room was clean and spacious. I appreciate the mini market with snacks and refreshments. Expanding that area would be nice.

I didn't like that the pick up from the airport shuttle service didn't have a schedule. I called for a pick up and I sat waiting in the shuttle area for 45 minutes. I end up taking a taxi wasting time and money.

Perfectly good place to stay but breakfast needs help

Very convenient location, lots of good-to-excellent restaurants within walking distance. Overall facilities, room, service, WiFi, price were all fine. No complaints (except breakfast).

Breakfast was truly awful. Everything in the warmers was cold. Eggs looked and tasted like they came out of a lab, coffee was maybe the worst of all -- watery, bitter, smoky aftertaste. Luckily on the second morning we found an excellent cafe right across the street and ate there even though breakfast at the hotel was included.

We enjoyed our stay here and, if we are in the area again, we will choose The Hampton Inn and Suites.

The hotel is decorated beautifully. Everything works in the room and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast is good. The Hampton Inn and Suites are our favorite hotel chain to stay at.

Good stay but, come on, provide good internet for free as promised.

In general, it was a good stay. Clean, good breakfast, good location.

Decent internet is not free. One must go through too many hoops for this simple service. Either join Hilton Honors or pay extra to get internet reasonably fast. I will avoid it in the future only for this reason. Parking is extra and expensive at $24/night.

It was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was better than many of the other hotels we have stayed at.

The breakfast was great! The size of the rooms was surprising and fit us comfortably. There was a large bathroom in the first room and both were handicap accessible. The location was central to every place that we needed to visit. The air conditioning was awesome.

The pool was a postage stamp and very disappointing and there was no jacuzzi. The couch pullout mattress was not even remotely comfortable. We had to pay for parking after having to pay a large amount for 2 rooms.

Booked on short notice due to emergency overnight stay, checkin was super easy and room was very comfortable and clean.

Modern design, very clean rooms. Nicely done and very spacious. Very good service and good breakfast.

Room’s window looked out at a building with large windows. We were so close, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the shades. Location was okay. No recycling bins. Barn style door to bathroom with no lock for the sink area.
