The atrium looked very nice. Room AC did not work although it ran all night. Did not report because we arrived late after dinner and a show. Prior experience with this situation it rarely gets fixed that evening. Reported at check out.
Terrible AC. Breakfast on weekend was concluded at 0930, pretty early when its a weekend.

The location is very central, the suite rooms are ideal for Aike, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious and the menu is healthy and satisfying, the patk place is sufficient.
On weekends, the noise level in the hotel increases with crowded families and organizations. In the evenings, when the dining hall is closed for use around 22:00-22:30 due to noise, there is no quiet place to sit in the hotel. If a family has 2 cars, the parking fee is approaching 70 USD and this fee is expensice, It's too much for long stays. The fee calculated on the hotel's Booking.com website increases considerably when taxes and parking are added.

Misinformation between booking.com and Embassy Suites costs. Parking is $37 a night, not the advertised $33. The hotel will try to charge you more for your room and things as well if you aren’t paying attention. The bed pillows are terrible and the sofa bed is really really bad. Really difficult to get ahold of extras like sheets/blankets. Happy hour isn’t so happy when the bartenders are inconsistent in more ways than one… pool facilities were closed when we tried to use them. The elevators need a good deep cleaning and then more consistent wipe down at least several times a day - then the facilities would feel a lot cleaner. Didn’t enjoy interacting with the staff and mostly tried not to after a few poor interactions…. After this stay, we won’t be staying at Embassy Suites again.

Die Kellner am Abend. Die waren freundlich und haben den Kunden als solchen behandelt.
Abgenutzte Möbel überall. Dreckige Teppiche überall und Kakerlaken in der Laundry

I liked the breakfast the most and the cleanliness of the hotel.
I didn’t like how they made offers for free drinks and then when you order your drink, you find out it is only specific drinks that were free during certain hours of the day. It was only available from 5-6:30. The times when most people are out eating dinner. Also, I was so disappointed with the front desk lady with black wavy hair and glasses. She wasn’t the friendliest. I got to the hotel at 7:30pm and received a free drink card to then find out I couldn’t use it because the time had passed. She said I could go the next day and get a drink at 5pm - 6:30. So then don’t offer it on the day I arrived there. You knew what time I got in which was clearly past 6:30. SMH!
I also didn’t care to pay a daily fee for parking. $33 a day was ridiculous. Especially since there was construction going on and no easy way of getting our luggage to the hotel rooms.

The only negative thing for me to say is, there was no fan or some kind of circulation in the bathroom. So for that reason it made it very uncomfortable in there after a shower. And for whatever reason, my daughter had gotten a severe allergic episode, when she normally doesn’t have allergies that bad.

The location & cleanliness were as expected.
The benefits to cost ratio were not acceptable & we likely will not be staying in another Embassy Suites any time soon, if at all.

Breakfast is good, but you need to have time to wait in line for the cook to order breakfast. If you don't wait, it is just a classical breakfast.
We liked the drinks after 5pm.
There was a terrible noise in our room, like an engine starting and stopping all the time.

I booked through Booking.com and there was an issue with our reservation not going through and showing up I’m the hotel’s system. It took a little time but the hotel figured it out and rebooked me for the same rate - all the while being nice/friendly which was a plus after us being tired from driving for 8+ hours to get there!
The pool was closed the entire time we were there. Also, my toddler spilled some cereal on the ground and we asked room service to bring us some new towels and also vacuum the carpet. The towels were brought but the carpet was not vacummed.

Loved the lobby and breakfast. Happy hour and snacks were great too. The bedroom was comfy.
Wished there was a hot tub, but mostly we were not happy to find out that parking was $33 a day. Our bill ended up being an extra $66
