Comfortable stay, friendly staff, nice breakfast

The lobby and the rooms are well decorated. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. Friendly staff and nice breakfast included in the booking. The restaurant staff also help us take the coffee to go, and gave us two bottles of nice water, and it’s a friendly gesture that I won’t take it for granted. Thank you!

The water heating system might need an upgrade. It takes us at least ten minutes to have the shower runnign to get the water heat up. It’s a waste of time, and waste of water. Cleanliness could be better, I say this because I found a strand of hair on the toilet bowl, and also on my bed sheet.

Had a fantastic event to go to but kind of wanted to stay at the hotel...

Room was fantastic! Loved all of the windows, the balcony and views. Breakfast was fantastic as well, great food and service! Very safe and quiet. Had a very exciting event to go to but kind of wanted to stay...lol!!!

Really the only complaint would be the parking, it was difficult as we have a GMC Denali which sits pretty high and had to use alternate parking.

All in all, a very pleasant place to stay!

Our room & the hotel were very nice & clean and very pleasant. Nice towels for the shower (not chinsey). Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Only wish we would’ve had an extra blanket (just to keep us warm as we climbed into bed, but it was ok.) It really was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the pleasant lounge/eating area. Nice live music and all the staff was pleasant & accommodating.

Parking is a bit inconvenient. Wish it was easier as related to walking into the hotel. Parking garage is behind the hotel and you have to walk from around the building to get to the front entrance. Would be nice if there was a door from the parking garage right into the hotel. (Also is a little pricey each day to park.)

it was horrible and i wasnt expecting it to be this bad, im 100% not booking in this hotel again.

there was no parking around the hotel, u have to use their valet services and they charge 50$ a day, also you have to tip the them, which was one of may reason i had to check out.

the imposed valet services, the room wasn't clean, staff were not friendly or helpful at all, extra charges on credit card that weren't explained to me by the staff, which they seem shaddy acting they dont know. house keeping was so bad that we had to clean our own room, pathroom shower were broken and ddint get fixed till the day before we check out

Overall great location near the beach and restaurants

Very nice hotel bell service and front desk were amazing they were all welcoming and nice. Place is dog friendly and I loved traveling with my pup here.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and near the airport.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and good size. The hotel looked well maintained. The body care products were high quality. The room was quiet and I did not hear neighbors or lots of busy noises.

They could have provided a few water bottles. The day fee for parking was unexpectedly high. Other than that i was pretty satisfied.

Good location, clean, pool needs major remodel, paying for parking stinks.

We appreciated the updated room.

We really didn’t like the pool. It was super outdated and murky. Time to revamp it! This is Southern California after all! Also didn’t like that we paid so much money for parking. 25% of our nightly rate went to our car’s parking. Doesn’t feel good when there’s a huge empty structure.

Outstanding hotel!

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was professional but friendly too. Service was exceptional. Quiet & peaceful to relax. Many restaurants & Marina close by… We loved it!

I like that it was really comfortable and clean the facilities where very beautiful and the pool was amazing

That it needs usb plugs a little more of modernity I did not like the front desk agent I saw first hand how classist she was kinda racist w some people I also don’t like that they charge for parking and they avoid responsibility. What would you charge for parking then parking should be free.

Newport Beach Film festival stay

The presentation of the facility is very nice, kind of big but it's a conference center so I guess that's to be expected.

The distance from the parking lot to the lobby. If you're tired, just be aware. My room also had several electrical outlets that weren't working. Also, my room was not the most spacious. But very clean.

The staff is very friendly. The lobby is fantastic and artistic. The beddings are very comfortable. The room is clean.

The wifi is so slow (e.g. loading images), even after the upgrade, and many international websites are blocked, which is significantly affecting my work experience. Other services are great, but I need wifi to work and that is the worst thing.

Disappointing.

Valet employees, housekeeping employees are all very friendly and helpful. The location is nice with coffee between 6am-8am in the mornings, and the lobby is a comfortable place to sit.

The bed sheets on one of the beds in the room had stains which I took a picture of to share with the staff. Underneath the floorboards of the bed immediately by the front door had water coming up from underneath the boards, clearly a leak. I let the front desk staff person know and all she said was "Oh, sorry about that." The customer service of the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time in a row the rooms have been not up to standards and/or dirty, and I was giving the hotel another chance. I just cannot stay here again, the front desk staff seem to not care about their customers experience at all, nor do they represent the hotel's brand.
