What an amazing property! Mark is very friendly and they had everything you could possibly need there. The table was fantastic for everyone to sit around and enjoy! Topped it off with a hot tub with the view of the mountains. Would highly recommend

Check in process was flawless. Property was as described, clean, and perfect for what we were after.
Hosts were beyond accommodating. They also provided very helpful information ahead of time re: the surrounding area.
I would recommend this property, and these property owners, to anyone looking to plan a trip in this area.

LOVED OUR STAY! Enjoyed the lodge, slip n’ slide, and the walk to the waterfall. Will be planning on staying longer next time so we can do the disc golf course as well.

We had an amazing weekend, we stayed in the whole time and hung out, we had everything we needed and more. We had 6 ladies all had our own room, really well set up for sitting around as a group both for dinning, chilling and outdoors. Would love to take my husband back and our fur baby but obviously a little costly for 2 people, but for the group very affordable. We all have dogs and miss they so it was also a treat to have Nelly the Bernese swing by now and again for cuddles. Wish we could have stayed longer, its beautiful, clean, quite and has everything you would need from walking, fun stuff with the slide down the hill and just to hang out and switch off.

The property was gorgeous and the disc golf course was beautiful. Mark was kind enough to drop by with some olive oil when we forgot to pick some up in town. Overall amazing stay!

Will definitely come back. Great hosts, beautiful place and our entire stay was comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy and everything listed on the property was 100% and much more. Can’t wait to experience the location in the summer.

This huge house is a great place to gather with friends and family. The house is very well equipped, has several large sitting areas, a spacious kithen and dinning room. The game room and maps room add a special "adventure in the wild" atmosphere.
The main Rockies attractions (lake Louise, Banff) are a bit far.
Mary is a great host and made an effort to help us to enjoy the place. We were there in August - not the best time to visit due to the heat and mosquitos. I guess that the house is perfect at a cooler season

We very much enjoyed are stay at this property. It is well kitted-out with everything you could possibly need and somethings you didn't know you needed like the friendliest dog ever who sometimes comes to visit the backyard. The space looks exactly as pictured and there was room for our group of 6 to spread out and enjoy. The beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable which is not always the case with rentals. We loved it!

This property has it all and it’s one of the best lodges we’ve stayed in ever! The beds are very comfy, there’s plenty of common spaces to enjoy in the cabin, it’s well equipped, and there’s so much to do on the property you’ll never want to leave. Mark is a very responsive host as well. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing
The place is very beautiful located in a nice area with gorgeus views. The lodge is very clean and well equipped with kitchenware. Unfortunately I did not meet the host as they were busy with the wildfire however our stay was very hospitable as they have made sure that we are taken care of. I would love to stay again and hopefully get to meet the host next time. Thank you again and we appreciate the hospitality till next time.

Great for families!
Loved staying in this giant cabin with enough room, space, and things to do indoors and outdoors. Quickly accessible to town and amenities but far away enough that the cabin is a definite getaway. Our fave was the giant dining table that fit everyone and fully stocked equipment in the kitchen when we cooked.
The only “drawbacks” is spotty WiFi (though admittedly we all should be enjoying the outdoors here) and no air conditioning if you enjoy during the summer. That meant when we were inside the cabin we stayed downstairs as the upstairs wasn’t as comfortable during a heatwave during the day. Downstairs was very roomy and comfortable though, and at night with windows open and fans provided it was quite cool upstairs.

Great get away!
We had such a great time. Perfect place for our family which included 6 adults and 6 kids to get together after a long time of not being able to. Private and spacious. Great staff. Long water slide down the side of a hill into a pond which also had a rope swing was such a hit. They also had river rides, paddle boards etc available and we did all that too. Thanks again.

Great spring break
This is a lovely property in a great setting. There is so much more here than just the house. The owners have created an experience that is fantastic for all ages. The teepees and beautiful waterfall were just the start. There is a barn for parties and weddings, a secret tiny fairy village, rope swing and water slide as well as an amazing wetland experience over the road. The main house is big enough to house 14 easily and the hot tub and large yard complete it. The owners and extended family were fantastic and I would love to go back in summer. If you are a family of 3 generations this really would be the perfect break as there is something for everyone. We all especially loved the visits from Nellie the Bernese Mountain dog who come to play with our dogs.

A fantastic place for a family get together
We had a great time at this property with our family - two seniors, three adult couples and several young children. The host was gracious, the lodge was spacious and clean with great amenities, and there is a ton to do right on the property and all around the area with no need for long trips anywhere. We would absolutely stay here again!

My group of friends and I had a great stay at Mark & Marie's property. We were pleasantly surprised to be introduced to a 400ft slip n' slide which we made great use of. There is so much to do on this property and would highly recommend to a group.Be sure to ask about all activities and associated costs, as there are some activities that require payment/waivers to be signed.

Fantastic Lodging for a Long Weekend with Friends
My group of 14 friends and I had a fantastic long weekend at the Columbia Outpost Lodge! Mark and his team were great to work with and arranged the beds to our groups needs beforehand. The property itself is gorgeous and the lodge has plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was easy to operate, and the ski boot dryer was a nice plus! Looking forward to visiting again soon!
