Quaint, cool, and totally enjoyable for young and old. Also, there is no Cable TV! We find that superb:0

We chose this property because of it's location on the water. It's also super helpful that the tide goes out so far each day so the kids didn't spend every waking moment in the water which would require Nana and Papa's constantly being in the water with them. We did use the BBQ once and it ran out of propane. Other then that everything was exactly what we expected.

The home was very cozy and quaint. We didn’t expect an 8 page guideline that we received the day prior to our stay. We felt if there were such rules as chemical free these should be posted in the listing but they weren’t hard to follow. We received keys but only one worked and we couldn’t find the shed to unlock, perhaps this was on the back porch but it had a padlock so no luck there. There also is a massive wasp infestation on the back of the house that needs to be addressed. I took pictures if you’d like to see. My husband is highly allergic and this caused concern during our visit. Otherwise everything was nice.

Photos didn't do the property justice; very clean and thoughtful touches; easy communication with host; overall a great time and would highly recommend.

We had a quick 2-night getaway and the cabin was perfect for myself and two young kids. Beautiful views and clean, comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed to relax. We hope to be back next summer!

This was our second time staying at the beach cabin. We love it!!! It’s private and yet close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Lovely waterfront spot. Could use a few upgrades (bunk beds are super squeaky) but has all the necessities and was very relaxing

We enjoyed the quiteness and coziness of this 2-bedroom cabin on a bay in Puget Sound and Camano Island. Good to walk during low tide.

Loved this cabin for our family. Large bedrooms and the most well stocked kitchen, came with everything we needed. The deck is gorgeous for bbqs and just a quick walk to the water for the kids to explore. Will be staying again!

The host is very kind and respond fast with questions. This cabin is very cozy and great for our family of five. Location is very convenient to town for restaurants and coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly appointed and comfortable cabin on the water. Low tide was surprisingly fun to go for a mud walk to the water. High tide made for wonderful paddle boarding and kayaking! Lots of time for card games and late night Netflix with the teens! Discovered local axe throwing as well, so fun! Minutes to State parks for more beach exploration and trails. Wonderful family time!

We loved the view and all the birds who put on a show for us each evening. The Cabin was as advertised, comfortable and well stocked. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to either the Camano shopping center or the Stanwood shopping. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is our new go-to rental for family vacations. The owners are courteous, communicative, and truly hospitable. It’s like renting a guest home from family. The location and cabin is great!

Short get away
We wanted to find someplace not too far from home to take our two oldest grandkids for a couple days. We love anything beach related so when I saw this house it looked perfect for our needs. We had a great time! I was a little disappointed because the tide was quite low during the day when the kids could play in the water, but that didn’t stop them from dragging my husband all the way out through the mucky tide flats to the water, at which point they happily played in the water. They were an absolute mess when they got back, but all smiles and we just hosed them down and tossed them in the tub. So many memories were made that we won’t soon forget! Will definitely consider going back one day!

Nice price point well stocked
We stay at a lot of VRBOs and try to treat each place as we would our own home, realizing the property owner deserves that and then some. A day or two before our stay we were emailed a welcome pack with a lot of requests and rules -more than we’ve ever experienced with a VRBO. It also contained some helpful advice. We did our best to not have any fragrances in the home, to get the garbage to the curb, to not to leave food/dishes out in the kitchen, etc. With 4 siblings meeting for a fourth of July reunion/BBQ, I found I was on high alert trying to ensure all rules were followed. This might not be an issue for your crew.
The cabin has a nice big deck area- the tide will determine whether you’ll see water in the day- boots highly recommended if you wanted to walk on mudflats. Like Grandma’s cabin - cozy with a nice view of Mt. Rainier.
The owner communicates well. It is in a quiet neighborhood area which neighbors want to be sure stays that way (even on the 4th of July when retiring before the Island County firework ordinance end time). I totally understand people’s desire for quiet, and wish I had known, as we got an email that a neighbor thought there was too much noise maybe from the VRBO and we felt terrible about that (though houses closely adjacent did also light fireworks). I’m just wanting to communicate things that help you to determine if this VRBO is appropriate for your plans.

Overall it was ok. Beach was not accessible because of logs, but we found access along the road.

House was comfortable and well stocked. Very relaxing and we enjoyed the beach access.

Interesting stay
We were surprised that the house was in a neighborhood of other houses but privacy was fine. Very windy on the back deck and no ocean to be seen (tide was out all day both days we stayed). Mucky sinking sand to walk in (need boots). Carpeted house with many items that can’t be washed between visitors - many couch pillows, blankets in closet etc. The 8 page email we received made us nervous to do something wrong! The owners are particular about many things - scented items especially (not allowed). You have to use their shampoo etc. Overall it was an okay visit but not up to our regular standards.

Relaxing, beautiful, fulfilling
Absolutely beautiful location, beachfront, quiet, peaceful. Mt Rainier showed up for us twice. The bright moon was beautiful over the water. Watching the herons, seagulls and other birds was a bonus. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and making our stay comfortable. It was a wonderful weekend for 4 cousing and our 99 year old auntie!

Beautiful Views & Quiet Location Close to Seattle
This was a beautiful spot to relax. Our timing on the low tide didn't give us a ton of in-water time, but still great outdoor space. Hosts were responsive for all our questions.

Cabin was a cozy place to get away! The kids enjoyed exploring the bay, and we enjoyed watching the tide go in and out.

Charming little house
My husband, mother-in law, and my daughters (5yrs and 7mo.) had a wonderful time. It’s a charming little house with Camano island memorabilia and beach decor. It feels like a special, well loved, and very clean home. Being on the water was fun for our 5 year old to explore. Seeing the tides slowly come in and go out with all the wildlife on the beach was a treat.

Lovely cabin on the bay
Kids 10-16 and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is cozy and welcoming, the view was incredible and we had a great time playing in the very, very shallow bay (water shoes advised due to the normal muck of low tides etc). We went crabbing with Captain John, ziplining, visited Kayak Point in stanwood for swimming, had ice cream, food and morning coffee/drinks at the nearby businesses (couple minute drive). There was even a farmers market there on Tuesday! Camano has interesting history and state parks. I never knew there is not a true town there, but it made it all the more unique and enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a lovely home and sharing it! Highly recommended.

Great family getaway
We stayed here for four nights in July, with our 3 elementary-school-aged kids. We had a great time, and the host was great. All of the guest instructions were very clear, the photos and description in the listing were accurate, and there were no surprises! The house has a lovely view, and a back patio/deck situation that is perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms are spacious, and the house has lots of light. The house is in a nice neighbourhood (no sidewalks but easy to go for a stroll with kids), with good cell reception and proximity to grocery stores. We made daily trips to the five-star playground about a mile to the west, and did one day-trip to hike in North Cascades National Park.

Amazing view
We loved our stay! The cabin was quiet, comfortable, and cozy, with a terrific view of the bay and surrounds. We enjoyed taking our kayak and provided inflatables out into the water. Also a short drive to groceries, a golf course, and 2 state parks with water access, made our stay a perfect way to launch into summer.
