Located on Ali'i Drive our TRUE OCEANFRONT Condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. Whale watch from the private lanai during the day and enjoy the spectacular sunsets at night. Slab granite counter-top in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Tile floors throughout living area with 65" TV w/ upgraded cable package. Master bedroom has an oceanview and the soothing sound of the surf as well as a 32" TV. This beautiful condo is also kid friendly with such Amenities as crib/playpen, booster seat, movies, games, beach toys, and boogie boards. So take in the view on the lanai, watch the big game, relax by the oceanfront pool/spa, and enjoy the Big Island.
The Sea Village complex is well maintained with relaxing oceanfront pool and spa, large courtyard with 4 gas grills and picnic tables, and free parking. Also, onsite is a cafe to get your morning gourmet coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
Downtown Kailua-Kona is less than a mile away where all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, and farmers markets are located and a 5 minute drive to the amazing snorkel beach. Take a day/night trip to the famous Volcano National Park and lava which is 99 miles away.

The family (2 adults, 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Village! To start, the location is superb! The sound of the waves crashing right outside of the family rooms was everything! The condo is filled with everything a family needs for a fun and adventurous vacation on the Big Island. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices, serverwear, utensils, foil/parchment, and plastic zipper bags for simple meals, coffee, and more! Most rental condos only carry basic small appliances, this condo had everything, even a blender for your tropical drinks. The washer/dryer came in super handy during our stay. The host provided plenty of dishwasher pods and detergent for our usage. The closest in the master bedroom is filled with chairs, boogie gourds, and other goodies for a day at the beach. There are also three mini coolers for your convenience. The condo is spacious and comfortable and a perfect place for our family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall for the amount of time we were there it was ok.
The jaccuzi was not working. We did not have a key to the pool. There were some minor hiccups, but the views and location made up for it.

The condo was in a great location for restaurants and shopping and the view from the balcony is wonderful! There’s a split unit in the main living area and in the master bedroom, but there is no air condition unit in the second bedroom. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed although there was not enough room to store your luggage anywhere. We did not use the drawers but needed luggage racks and so it was challenging to make that work for four people with four sets of luggage. I visited with my two adult sisters and sister-in-law and we absolutely loved the sunsets and view from the balcony the most. Pictures were accurate👍

We stayed 6 1/2 short days. It was terrific to see the Big Island. The condo was spacious for the four of us, and two baths were amazing. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was excellent for that. Previous occupants left items that we could use. We left some, too.
The beach going experience was made so easy with the furnished chairs, towels and boogie boards. Oh! And there are three coolers.
The washer/dryer is small but did the job almost daily. It was such an advantage to pack less and wash what we needed.
Finally, the view from the lanai is the best on the island. I think it’s the best in this complex, too. We were out there daily.

Our stay was fabulous and the views were spectacular. The owners took extra care to have the kitchen well stocked and provide us with everything we need -- even beach chairs. We can't say enough about the location and all the amenities. The pictures online were very accurate and matched the apartment. Enjoy!

The views are worth the stay in its self! The condo is in a great location within 10 minutes of anything in Kona. Condo itself is very clean and quiet. The owners provide everything you need for your stay. I would recommend staying here again.

We've been to the Big Island several times, but have never stayed in Kona and never right on the water! Wow. What a spectacular treat! After coming back to the condo daily I felt our beach time continued with the ocean breeze, sound of the waves crashing and the absolute beautiful views! From the lanai we saw whales, dolphins, boats, outriggers and more. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Great communication with the owners- easy check in/out. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely place to call ours while we were visiting. Mahalo

After a snafu when we first arrived, Patrick impressively responded quickly and took care of the issue. The lanai was such a pleasure to hangout on, almost over the water and directly inline with the sunsets, which were spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. It was wonderful to have beach chairs, boogie boards and several sizes of coolers to use during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

From the start communication was quick & easy. The condo is as oceanfront as you can get. This unit had everything from massive shampoo & conditioner to anything you need in the kitchen, & the washer/ dryer was so helpful. But really the star here is the view which is breathtaking! What a blessing to be here and enjoy all of the restaurants & shopping right down the street.

This condo is a true gem of a place to stay. The breath taking views of the water that can be enjoyed on the lani or while preparing your meals from an open concept kitchen. The condo is very well equipped from beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. So nicely located and is only a short walk to the pool. Will be back for sure

We have stayed at the Sea Village many times but never in this unit. The unit is comfortable for 4 people. Our only complaint is the lack of information on how things work in the condo. We wanted to turn the AC off and open the doors but the 4 of us could not figure out how to use the remote control, despite pushing all the buttons. Wè turned the temp up numerous times and the AC still came on. An instruction notebook would have been a great help. That is the reason we gave an overall 4 star. Everything else was perfect and we had a great time at SeaVillage

We stayed here for 10 days for the Ironman World Championship in 2023. It was exactly as stated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the breezes off the ocean were fantastic. We could see the last buoy of the IM swim course right outside the deck. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C works well when needed. The pool is also right around the corner. And we used the Weber grills a number of times. They were clean and operated well. I can't say enough about how enjoyable our stay was.

This is probably one of the best stocked places we've ever stayed in. Plenty of towels, paper products, kitchenware, etc. The view was amazing, we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. Would recommend staying here.

From the photos, we looked forward to overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves crash and it’s exactly what this exceptionally beautiful condominium offers. I can’t say enough about the 5-star experience from the moment we booked until having to leave and return to the mainland. There is nothing that is lacking in this property! Superb!

The condo didn’t disappoint. The views were beautiful !! We had to clean the floor the night we arrived. Under the coffee there were potato chips, and the kitchen had sand, dirty and little pieces of things. No instructions for which remote went for which item. All in all we had a great time! Getting up early in the morning and going to bed late just watching the views from the lanai.

The view from balcony / living room is heavenly. We dined every morning at the nice sized dining table on the ocean front balcony. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are updated and clean. It gets quite warm in the afternoon, and the trick is to open up the shutter windows in both bedrooms and the balcony door in living room to create a cross draft. Then it gets quite comfortable. The house is very well stocked, with ample plates and utensils, even insulated cups and bottles for taking ice water in the car during the day. There are multiple sets of snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella, beach chairs etc which is super convenient. Guest parking is easy to find around the complex. Overall a great property at a great location, we would come back if we visit Kona again.

This condo is beautiful and EXACTLY as pictured! The owner has supplied everything you could need-beach umbrella, coolers, beach chairs, even baby gear if you need it!
And, the location is perfect! It's just south of the main beachfront part of Kona-you could walk into town (about 15 - 20 mins) if you wanted to, or it's a short walk to the trolly. And, if you're lucky to be there during the week, Green Flash coffee is in the condo parking lot. However, the owner has of course supplied a coffee pot, as well as all of the the other necessary appliances and things you need to feel right at home. There's even a washer and dryer in the unit.
If you're choosing between this unit and another, choose this for sure! (Unless it's during a time that we want to go back!) ;)
We can't wait to return-we'd rent this condo over and over again!

The check in was easy. The beds soft and so comfy. The big tv was great to watch a movie. Nothing was missing. We looked for dolphins but we did not see them. I will go back again for more dates.

Great views. The place was upgraded and appliances worked had all the beach amenities we needed. Close to downtown. Just a great stay, nothing negative to say about this property (3214) or the manager/host. Would definitely recommend and will try to book on our next trip to the Bug Island.

Great family vacation
Property was clean and well stocked. A/C was a huge extra surprise, especially for sleeping! Bedrooms and bathrooms are small but comfortable. View is wonderful!

Outstanding family unit
We spent three weeks in this unit with our kids and grandkids cycling through on different weeks. The large unit allowed us to seat everyone for meals, sleeping and even some quiet time. The new air conditioning was great although we only used a couple of times, there was almost always a nice sea breeze. A new queen air bed allowed us to sleep six easily. The view and location are outstanding and the unit comes equipped with all the beach and play equipment you could want. We had only one minor problem with the stove handle and maintenance fixed it right away. Our only suggestion is to make sure the cleaning service is washing the floors. We all experienced having the bottoms of our feet turn black the first day. It took two complete cleanings of the floor with the provided cleaning materials to get it clean. Also the unit did come with supplies for our entire stay, cleaners, soaps, detergents, paper towels and toilet paper, that was a real bonus! Over one of the best family units we have stayed at in our many years of coming to the islands.
