Property is well maintained and very comfortable. Would suggest the owner provide a book/binder including information on TV operation, a map indicating parking and posting of checkout time (maybe a tasteful small sign on the refrigerator or other obvious location.). (Master bedroom window would not close completely.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vrbo, it was clean and just the right size for the 5 of us girls. James and Sarah were very nice and even let us hang out a little past our check out time. We would definately stay there again

Very good experience, some minor details on the property did not allow me to rate it to 5 stars. Pros: Great place, great location, very clean and responsive host. Cons: Property is Aging and some items need to be Adjusted/Replaced. Pocket doors are rubbing against their frame, Main mattress needs to be replaced and there is a broken board in the deck.

Honestly, this was the (unexpected) best stay on our trip. My kids loved to play on the patio, my wife and I loved the barbecue and the breakfast table on the front side. Clean, quiet, good comm. with the host. If we ever come back, we’ll book here. Cheers!

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was in perfect order. The place was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were just as described. The location was a good launching point for our travels around the island. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable house for the 4 of us. Loved waking up early reading on the lanai watching the early morning sky turn to daytime. The house also had beach gear that we were able to use, and so 1 less thing we would need to rent. The washer and dryer was a big plus!!! Highly recommend.

This home was exactly what our family needed for a home base during our stay. Clean, comfortable, great sunset views over dinner! The neighborhood was relatively quiet which was nice for kids bedtimes, yet not too far of a commute from various amenities and beaches that we visited. Fantastic communication from host. We'd certainly stay again!

The house was very nice and clean with spacious living room and the dining area. The patios both front and back of the house added to the touch. The bathrooms were little small but was nice and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this Kona Paradise.

We came for a basketball tournament & the location was perfect. Just 2 mins away. The house was immaculate & the views was just gorgeous. Especially the sunset. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sarah

The home was just perfect for us. They even had a pack and play so we didn’t have to worry. The home is beautiful, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVED the two lanais! The host was very responsive and helpful.

This home is more beautiful than the pictures. Great location, about 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping downtown. House is open and airy. Very clean with comfy beds. There were snorkels, masks and fins we used at local beaches to see turtles and beautiful fish. Fresh lime from the tree for a cocktail. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting with distant sea views. Better in person even than the pictures. The master bedroom was bright and airy and so comfortable. Loved the outdoor spaces. We wish we could have stayed longer!

LOVED this house. Such a great location, and had everything you might need. Host was very easy to get a hold of and had several local tips for us to check out. The covered Lanai with the ocean view was the best for breakfast and dinner.

This was a lovely home to stay in. We were only there for one night but the home had a beautiful view of the sunset and a large deck. It accommodated our family of five adults well. We would definitely stay again if we were on the island.

We loved the open lanai with large table where we enjoyed the breezes. We drove over from Hilo to meet family who were on a cruise. This was a perfect place to visit with them. They just wanted a place to relax and talk, no touristy stuff. We had a great afternoon after meeting for breakfast. This place is minutes from Ali’i drive, but is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This house has excellent comfort and convenience. The layout is spacious, open, airy and uncluttered. The two decks provide wonderful opportunities for eating from breakfast to dinner with sunsets! The beds are incredibly comfortable and air conditioning in both bedrooms made sleeping a dream. We are big cooks so a kitchen is always important when we travel. The kitchen is spacious and complete. We had hoped to have a few more prep and cooking essentials to allow us to make larger meals for when our friends planned to visit from Kamuela. The neighborhood was ideal for us. Minutes to everything in central Kailua but far enough away for quiet evenings. Our hosts were the best. Incredibly responsive to and gracious about all of our questions.

My family and I stayed here recently for a night. We enjoyed the location and layout of the house. The upstairs unit has modern finishes and central ac! In the future, I would love to rent the upstairs and downstairs unit and bring more family members.

The house was immaculate and the breeze through the front door to the back door was free air conditioning. The location provided great views of the ocean. The property owner was responsive and gave great suggestions for food and fun and provided beach chairs and all the fun stuff you need for a day at the beach.
