Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 2F) is all about its exceptional location in the heart of downtown Durango. It is located immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest and most acclaimed dining establishments, and only one block from the famous Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater.
In addition to it's exceptional location, the amenities this condo features are unmatched! This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Overall this was an excellent property for our family vacation. The amenities of the property were great. The family loved all the games and a highlight of this leg of the trip was hanging out with the family and playing games. The location was perfect and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The property management was very responsive however the automated text messages got a bit overwhelming. The only downside to the property is one of the listed bedrooms is a small office right off the master bedroom. This cut into the privacy of the master.

We loved our stay in 2F. Plenty to do for all ages in our group from 15 to 50! We played a ton of pool. Got nostalgic with the 80’s arcade games, and had a blast at pinball and darts! The condo was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The location was perfect for morning walks down the Animas, afternoon shopping down Main and evening dining at fantastic restaurants. Such a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable and bonding vacation for our family. Highly recommend!!

The house overall what perfect for our stay. We did a trip for a family wedding. It was nice to be able to relax in between events and enjoy the space. The location was amazing! I loved walking over to the local coffee shop and enjoyed shopping downtown and enjoyed local shopping. The room with the bunk bed was very cold, we were happy there were extra blankets to snuggle with. The security to get in and out of the building was a little stressful, but we felt safe once we found our place. Be prepared to park and walk unless you can utilize the parking garage in the basement. The night life was nice to partake in and in walking distance. Be prepared to hearing people walking outside after sundown. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the stay!

This condo is SO FUN! It is a bit of a puzzle to get into the building, but once you figure it out, it's great. The games were awesome and the location to everything in town was unbeatable. The beds were comfy too! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking out on the grill or inside. We had such a fun time! I will definitely book here again!

Thanksgiving weekend ...TVs not user friendly. Too many TVs.Took too much time to get any type of live TV.4 televisions all together is too much and all couldn’t be controlled easily. Managing team even had difficulty. No cable in main living space.Kitchen not for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. No real oven :/We had to deconstruct a turkey to make our dinner.Beds comfortable. Games entertaining.Good location.

Location was ideal. Very walkable. Beds comfortable. While we didn't cook there, it appeared kitchen would be good and conviviale for a casual family meal. No dining room table. Beautiful large island. Unfortunately AC wasn't functioning when we arrive. A very hot and stuffy first night. Very loud in bedrooms due to street noise even with windows shut ( motocycle weekend). Microwave also didn't work. They send someone to fix all but that was a bummer for us during a busy wedding weekend. Responponsive host, but had to reach out several time.

Overall this was an excellent rental and we had a great stay. Access, parking, location and condition were all top notch. One thing to consider is that the property has a lot of loud amenities and hard surfaces (pinball, foosball, pool table, etc.). We had kids with us, which means that pretty much any hour of the day there were bongs and beeps and crashes echoing throughout. No fault of the owners or the place, just something to consider! If you don't mind that or can control your spawn, you'll have a fantastic time!

The place was perfect as we had other family staying at a nearby hotel and in another unit in the same building during a family reunion so it was so easy to do things in town together. The incredible fun games helped cousins interact while having fun.

We've stayed in many VRBOs, and this property is at the top of our favorites! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station, lots of great restaurants, and shopping (loved Maria's Bookshop). Location was also easy for our day trips to Mesa Verde and rafting. When we weren't out exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the very comfortable living area, playing pool, foosball, and pinball - in fact, I think our teenagers might have liked that the best! The kitchen was perfect size and well stocked for our needs, and the bonus was the ice machine. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and everything was very clean. We were sad to leave and hope we can return in the future!

My wife and I, along with a group of friends had an amazing stay at this downtown Durango condo. The location was perfect as we were steps from coffee, shopping and local bars/restaurants. The condo itself had plenty of space with several bedrooms, and of course we always found ourselves in the kitchen and living area, which had all the amenities you could want for spending time with family and friends. If I find myself in Durango again, whether that is during the summer or winter months, would definitely look at booking this location first.

Such an amazing experience and awesome place for my family and I to stay as we attended my son’s graduation from Fort Lewis College. Excellent location to downtown, extremely comfortable, clean, and fun for entire family. Thank you! We will stay here again in the future. We just got back from a weeks stay at this beautiful condo with our family. We have 18 & 19 year old kids and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our family time with all the gaming! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is IDEAL- walked to everything in downtown Durango and the distance to ski/play at Purgatory was manageable and a scenic drive. We definitely hope to return here one day!

Enjoyed our stay in condo 2F. In the downtown area with easy access to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort base. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the cookware. The handles were loose and worn, but still did the job. Nothing major, and it didn't affect our 5 star rating for the property.

Nice property although we were disappointed that the manager switched units on us after we originally booked. The unit we were switched to was nice enough but lacked the recreational facilities we had booked. We were given a small discount for the inconvenience. Elevators were out of order the morning we had to check out, so we had to make a number of stairway trips to get out.

My husband and my three boys, 9, 8 and 4 loved the pool table, ping pong, and gaming facilities. The 4 tvs made it feel like a sports bar. Great location right downtown Durango. We will be back!

My second time staying in a multi-room rental in this building, my first time in this one. It didn't let me down. Came with 5 people total. We planned on some cooking in the unit and eating out as well. It did not disappoint. The kitchen is plentifully stocked. It is a ground floor unit which made bringing our bikes into the unit much easier than the 3rd floor we had in the past. The balcony is small without much of a view but none in this building have such. The master suite is quite large as is the master bath. I heard no complaints from the 3 others that shared the second bath; though I presumed a 3rd bath would be preferred. The unit is lovely, clean, comfortable and ideally located. You get 2 underground parking spots that while tight are appreciated.
