Come build your Perfect Vacation in Traverse City, Michigan in this premium, spacious private corner condo with a great view of the Grand Traverse Bay. Newly updated and featuring brand new queen beds, new dining set, new refrigerator and new super fast WiFi with over 200+ mb/sec.

Our downtown condo is a short walk from the shops and gourmet restaurants of Downtown Traverse City, a stone's throw from the Tart Trail that takes you to the nearby marina and all the nature trails. This premier unit has a gorgeous unrestricted lake view of the Grand Traverse Bay. Hang out on our two balconies and take in the view. A pleasant drive outside the city takes you to the breathtaking golf courses the Summer Golf Capital of America has to offer. (Check out the TCgolfguide for the incredible golfing Traverse City has to offer.) Walk across the street to the beach and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. Or relax with the kids on the adjacent park and play ground. The spectacular color tour of the autumn canopy draws visitors in the Fall while the 35 plus wineries and eight plus breweries within a 30-minute drive are open year round. Vacationers return with the snow to ski and snowboard at some of the Midwest's best ski resorts.

When your day is done, rest in the 2 story condo, comfortably furnished with a 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, another queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, all located in the upper level, along with a full bath, plus your own washer and dryer. Comfortable living and dining areas are on the 1st level with a fully-equipped kitchen. Our first level also features a second full bath, the only 3-bedroom unit in the complex so equipped.

3 flat screen TVs located throughout with plenty of movies and kids channels. Enjoy our 43" Samsung Smart TV to stream your own media or enjoy or ample in house channels. No cable but we have 40+ streaming and aerial HDTV channels. Includes ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, Commet, PBS, PBS Kids, Create, MeTV, The CW, Cheddar, Outside TV, Insight TV, Eleven Sports, Surf, World Poker Tour, Pluto Sports, Big Sky Conference, Xive TV, Science TV, Anime All Day, Geek & Sundry, CONtv, MinecraftTV, FailArmy, Pet Collective, RiffTrax, Danger TV, New Detectives, WipeOut, Classic TV, Dove Channel, People TV, POPSUGAR, Her, PowerNation, Chassy, Cars, TYT Network and more.... Channels sometimes are swapped out due to broadcasting changes or limitations.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The location was ideal for shopping & dining in downtown as well as access to the beach. The condo was clean and as described.

Very good property, very clean. Good instructions for parking and to enter the property. Couldn’t find instructions to know if bed linens needed to be washed. Washed towels though

Great, walkable location to downtown. Close to lake with some views. Overall, it fit what we needed for a weekend. Some improvements could be made to the quality and items stocked in the kitchen. The furniture was uncomfortable from the couches to the beds and beddng.

It was in a great location close to the lake. The views are beautiful. The condo was clean and felt like home. It was perfect for kids with the bedrooms upstairs. Everything we did was within 30 min from the condo.

This property is perfectly located for going into downtown Traverse, up to Elk Rapids or old Mission Peninsula, or Leelanau peninsula. Great location to downtown Traverse City for dinner. A couple items of note. The exterior door and condo door are super heavy and difficult to open. There are steps from the parking lot up to the condo and then a flight of stairs inside the condo. Clean. Owner is easy to contact and quick to respond

The condo is in a wonderful location, a couple blocks from downtown. Check in is at 5p & I wished it was earlier. The condo was spacious, clean, all kitchen supplies were available to use. The only two upgrades our group find are necessary is the 1 ply toilet paper (upgrade to 2ply) and the beds could use a mattress topper; we all thought they were too hard. But even with that being said, we would definitely recommend and come back to this VRBO. Again, it was so clean, the owner responded to us quickly during the booking thru check in process, perfect location.

The owner, Roy Morscher, was very responsive to our requests and needs. For example, because we were traveling with my 13-month-old grandson, I asked Roy where I might rent a pack n' play. He immediately responded and said he found one and put it in our condo to use at no extra charge -- he even included sheets! The condo has everything you might need and the location is terrific - quick walk to West Bay, downtown, and neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay at Roy's VRBO condo!

I notice the mirrors still had water spots all over them and the shower walls still had soap scum and a dirty ring on tub. So whoever is cleaning for you is not cleaning the bathrooms very well. I hope the sheets and pillow cases were washed they were pretty wrinkled. The location was great. someone parked in our parking spot the last night good thing there was two extra spot to park in. Everything else was nice. would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels and paper goods. It has a good view of the bay. We have stayed in this complex before and liked it very much. It’s within walking distance to the downtown shopping district. It’s only about 7 minutes walk to the Little Fleet food truck and craft beer complex which we enjoyed. We would would recommend this condo without hesitation. Traverse City is our #1 Michigan place to visit and this was a great place to call home for a week!
