The Space:
Located on the 5th floor (no shared walls - extra quiet!) of a new luxury mixed-use building, this condo has an expansive view of Park and State Streets from the huge living space windows, with the gorgeous natural landscape in the distance.
Sip your morning drip coffee on the cute private balcony. Relax and catch up with friends in the comfy and light- filled living room. Cook up a meal in the modern kitchen and enjoy it at the marble breakfast bar. Unwind in the spacious guest bedroom, or claim the primary suite with its flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, king bed, and spacious en-suite bathroom.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. Perhaps most importantly, step onto Park Street and take advantage of all Traverse City has to offer!
As a great bonus, this condo has a large in-unit laundry room with some essential supplies to make sure you can keep your clothes fresh!

Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).

This property lived up to expectations. The location was great, the communication with the property management was excellent, and the apartment was spectacular. This place had it all; walking distance to all the great spots downtown, great views, more than enough space for two adult couples. The communication was clear with the host and check in/out instructions were a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and host, we will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Amazing views and excellent beds! The kitchen is fully stocked and the layout is perfect for a family or couples to enjoy easily. The towels are fantastic, I know that might seem like an odd thing to notice but so many rentals have super cheap towels and linens. The beds are both very comfortable and they had plenty of extra linens if needed. You are able to walk the entire downtown easily and get to many restaurants without having to drive anywhere. So it’s a perfect location if you don’t want the hassle of parking or finding and Uber. The host was very responsive and they answered questions quickly even over a holiday. We will be back again soon!

The girls stayed at this lovely apartment while the guys camped at the race site for IceMan weekend. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. The high end finishes, accents, blinds etc really made the place feel upscale. The host Katy was very responsive and helpful when a question arose. I would highly recommend this place and plan to rent here again.

Love the location. Love that you have 2 king size beds!!! Love that you had trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Only quirk of the condo is the living room area… and that’s the builders issue, we moved furniture so it was easier to see the tv. Overall a great place and we will be back! Katy was FAB with communication!

We’ve stayed in this building several times. All the units are the same. Only the decor is different. We stay here solely for the location. It’s walking distance to everything downtown, so it makes it super convenient. The view is the same from any floor so it doesn’t much matter that this is the top floor. The elevator in this building is exceptionally slow, so having to walk five floors because of the slow elevator is somewhat inconvenient. The most inconvenient part of this particular unit is that it’s the top floor and the birds are ridiculously loud. More so than any other level. So much so that they include earplugs on the nightstands Before-warned that the birds will wake you up at 5 AM every morning. Since it is downtown, you are subject to traffic noise and garbage trucks as well. This unit is by far the most expensive unit in the building and the prices in this building have doubled in the last couple years. Overall you’re paying for the location. The units are furnished well and have everything you need for your stay, the living area is rather small. The management company that they use communicates well prior and during the stay. If you’re looking for location and don’t mind the noise of the birds, or wearing earplugs to bed, this is a good choice.

What you see in the pics, is what you get! This place is over the top AMAZING! You feel 100% safe in the heart of downtown Traverse City! It is simply wonderful! My mom, sister and myself stayed here for a girl's weekend and plan to return next year because it was that PERFECT! We LOVED everything about this place! It was clean, safe, close to downtown entertainment, shopping and restaurants! Everything here, is WONDERFUL! Book today, you can't go wrong!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo in downtown TC. We always love our time in northern Michigan and this trip was no exception. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean and had every amenity one looks for in a rental. Communication with the rental agency was superb. We definitely hope to be back soon!

This condo was amazing! It was exactly as listed. Very clean, well stocked, comfy, had everything we needed and host was very quick to respond to questions we had. We spend a lot of time in the condo just relaxing and catching up with our friends from the east side. It was so easy to go out for a couples hours for shopping, drinks or food. Very centrally located. And the bottle of wine that welcomed us was a very nice gesture. Thanks again Katy for a wonderful place to stay. We will be back soon!

We popped up to TC for a long weekend over winter break. The condo was spacious, clean, and convenient to our downtown activities. The amenities were top notch and the communication with the property manager/owner was seamless. Unloading/packing the car was a little tricky with only a couple metered spots in front of the entrance. Once those spaces are occupied, you need to get a little creative. Our family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed the condo thoroughly!

The penthouse was spacious and comfortable for 2 couples. It had everything we needed to enjoy 3 nights. We stay in the area frequently, but it was our first time staying downtown and it was really nice to be able to pop downstairs to grab carry out breakfast, walk to bars and dinner, and just be close to the action. Especially when we didn't want to drive due to a snow storm. We parked in the Hardy garage - if you will be there any length of time, check into a monthly parking pass.

We picked the penthouse property because of its downtown address as we were staying only two nights. The condo was easy to access, clean, and super comfortable. The quality of the decor, linens and kitchen amenities made it feel luxurious...and we really liked that. We ended up parking in the Hardy garage (just around the corner) overnight and that ran about $30/night. Overall, I would highly recommend the penthouse property.

Very happy we chose this spot - the accommodations were what you’d hope every rental would be like. Clean, great lay out, easy to get to and from, splendid location and stocked beautifully. It’s very quiet and the air conditioner works great. Slept great, beds are comfortable and linens are top notch.

Overall, the property lived up to what was portrayed online as a downtown location that is convenient for walking to the downtown area of Traverse City.
As advertised, there was no private parking available and public parking was our only option, which was for the most part reasonably priced. The view, again as advertised, was of buildings, alleys, and streets and if starring down Park Street you could see the bay.
We did have a couple of problems and they were with the refrigerator and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The refrigerator worked, but the cold filtered water and ice maker did not work for whatever reason. The property manager did offer to bring us some ice and to have someone look at the refrigerator, but we ended up not taking her up on the offer because we were on the go all weekend and it would have required us to change our plans and wait around for someone to show up. The weekend is short, and we did not want to waste our valuable time waiting for someone to show up and fix something that should have worked in the first place. In addition, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, although working was non-functional, because the remote that controlled it went missing and the replacement had not shown up yet. The property manager did offer to bring us a fan for use, but there was already one in the unit from the previous occupants I am assuming.
As a result of the non-working chilled water and ice maker in the refrigerator, which I have a video of and the ceiling fan, I requested that we get compensated by offering up some sort of credit on the overall bill. The property manager stated that she would check into it for us and when she finally got back to us, after several reminders the management company declined to do anything for us. The reason given as to why they would not compensate us, was that we declined them an opportunity to fix the issues, and that is true. The problem with the management companies’ response is that I stated that I did not want anyone in the location if we were not there, as we had our computers, other personal electronics, and other belongings out. As stated above the weekend is short and we were not going to change our plans to get the refrigerator looked at, as that would require us to be at the location waiting rather than doing what we wanted. The fix may have been easily remedied, but for the amount of money paid per night for this location, everything should be working properly

Home away from home
We needed a nearby place to stay as our home was having some work done. The Penthouse on Park was as if a friend offered their place to us while out of town. There were so many nice extras we felt right at home! The bedding and linens were top notch, plenty of laundry, soaps and shower products. There were even spices! We very much enjoyed being able to walk to dinner every night with many restaurants to choose from. Communication was excellent and response time very quick when we needed to extend our stay. The penthouse was lovely with lots of room for our family with three teens. Many thanks!
