About this house rental
Great location for recreation, dining, and getting around the island! The home is perfectly situated in an upscale residential area of single-family homes on a quiet cul-de-sac (where the ice cream truck sometimes visits). It is ideal for children, for leisurely walks and bike rides. It’s ideal for families wanting a quiet waterfront location and that offers many things to do – as well as near-by activities. We are just a short walk to the (very convenient!) Friendly Mart, and the one-and-only “Trailer Bar”. 3.5 blocks to the beach and children’s park/play-ground and adult fitness area (work out while the kids play!) which is just across the street to the public beach access with bathrooms and showers. This Topsail Island home is canal front with access to the intracoastal waterway and only a short walk to the beach. Screened in decks, outdoor sitting, and large dock on the canal are perfect for socializing, fishing, crabbing and swimming! We have 3 kayaks for your use, an extra-large swim pad for the kids (and adults! - so the fun really starts at home!) and lots of floaties, and boogie boards. Linens, bedding, bath towels, and hand towels are included. Ramp is tidal dependent - Topsail has 2 public ramps for larger boats and low tides.
This is a newly updated home. Our home has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and1 king. There are two bedrooms with screened-in outside sitting areas! An inviting kitchen welcomes you with an open floor plan for that perfect gathering spot. There are 3 flat screen TVs (55 in in living room, and 45 inch in master bedroom, and one upstairs in the large bedroom) Every room has a view of the water! We have our own private boat launch and a very large dock. Screened-in and outside sitting areas on the main deck allow you to sit outside rain or shine! We even have a picnic table in the screened deck area for outdoor dining.
The home also has parking for up to 6 cars.
