We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were attentive to our needs and moved us to a new place when there was a repair that was needed at our original place. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

2 blocks to the river park for walks, food bowl and water dispenser provided, neighborhood very walkable. Sante Fe was very dog friendly.
Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Each room is on a different level. Bathroom is very small with challenging door swings for those with mobility issues.
Great walled garden. Well appointed.
Definitely recommend for most people.

This house was perfect for our trip! It perfectly captured the character of Santa Fe. The house is adorable and clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of patio space to enjoy the weather outside. The parking area for the house is pretty small so consider what vehicle you bring. (I drive a small SUV and it was just right) Parking downtown can be difficult and expensive, so we were able to walk to the restaurants and shops quite easily and quickly. (About 10 min walk) I would definitely stay here again!!

This was the second time we stayed here and we absolutely love the property. Great location near the Plaza, restaurants and museums. The house itself is lovely - well kept, cozy, and clean. The outdoor areas in back and in front are great for hanging out and drinking coffee in the morning, reading and eating dinner in the evening. We love staying there and will look to stay here whenever we’re in town visiting our kids and grandkids. 10/10.

Property is as described. Nice private enclosed outdoor patio, very clean, good shower pressure, excellent kitchen (although we didn’t cook). Nice touch of a Brita water filter container in frig and ice tray in the freezer. Comfortable living room and bedrooms have just what is needed. Queen bed is very firm- which was fine for my husband but a bit rough for me. Parking is tricky as they tell you, especially since the house across the street parks a car on the street in front so be prepared for some maneuvering- but it’s doable. Really appreciated the check-out checklist by the property owners. There is a dog that barks a little during day but is quiet at night- very dark and quiet in the bedroom which we appreciated. I recommend this property!

I thought the property was 'very true' to the pictures. I also loved the proximity to the plaza.
My one concern was all the different levels in the property. My husband hit his head a couple of times going into the bedroom, and my daughter and I both tripped going into the living room.
That's why I only gave 4 stars.
However, I have to say that the communication was great, and we did have a lovely time. Thank you!

The posted photos can't capture the charm of this little place. It's cozy and easy to relax in and had everything we needed: a fully-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable beds, all tastefully decorated. Plus, having a dedicated parking space meant we didn't have to worry about parking downtown.
We used this house as a base for a ski trip and appreciated the location—30 minutes away from the Santa Fe ski area and a quick 10-minute walk to downtown. It's close to shopping, galleries, restaurants and coffee shops.
10/10 would book again.

Loved the house, but not much privacy in bedrooms (see through/hear in twin bedroom) and only one bathroom......would be a great place for for one couple or two singles...... definitely not big enough for two couples!

Home was about 10 minute walk from the heart of Santa Fe. It was beside some run down homes but my friend and I felt safe. There were dogs next door and the owner left them outside when not there which caused a lot of barking during the day. The nights were very quiet. Home is old and floors creaked but we found this charming. Kitchen was well equipped. There were a lot of bugs in bathroom and 2nd bedroom but owner directed us to RAID and they weren’t many the rest of our stay. Evidently it was a problem in Santa Fe all summer. Overall pleasant stay.

This cottage is just what we were looking for when we decided to visit Santa Fe for the first time. The downtown area is 10-15 minutes away just walking, depending on where you want to go, and much easier than driving in since traffic can get busy. Super cozy feel and we loved the couryard with the fireplace and all the little touches of New Mexico design inside. Kitchen is modern and had everything we needed for a little cooking. Be aware that this cottage was built in the 1930s and the walls are actual adobe - handle with care. Unless you are 5'5" and under, you need to definitely duck to get into the bedroom across from the bathroom! The ceiling is also quite low. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We walked to a wine tasting, museums and several restaurants, and there is a Trader Joe's and an Albertsons about 10 minutes away by car. Owner was very reachable via text for any questions. 100% recommend.

Very comfortable and well maintained by responsive hosts. On a cool evening the courtyard seemed to have absorbed some of the day's heat and was unexpectedly pleasant. Only concern would be for physically challenged guests who might have difficulty with the uneven floors.

Quaint old Santa Fe casita with great location but parking is a challenge and not allowed on the street like ad stated. Pillows need to be replaced. Coverlet on twin bed too hot and thick for comfort. Junk next door is health hazard. Enjoyed it otherwise and was clean inside

We stayed here with a close girlfriend during Indian Market, we had a relaxing stay. The location was central to The Plaza we were able to walk everywhere. The casita has evaporative cooling that really kept us comfortable on hot days. The property was also on a very cozy and quiet street, which made us feel very safe. The owner gave great instructions about the property and everything was straightforward.

From the moment we walked it we felt so relaxed, even tho it’s in the the best location close to everything it was so peaceful and inviting. We throughly enjoyed being steps away from all the best rest, museums and galleries. The pups loved not having to miss their dog door at home . Highly recommend and will be back.

This is the type of home that says old Santa Fe. It situated on a quiet dead end street. The decor is eclectic with emphasis on Santa Fe- I liked it. Kitchen is nice with new appliances. We didn’t really cook but if you’d decide to there are 5 cookbooks. Courtyard is nice. My only complaint is there are two steps just inside front door that are hard to see when you come in from bright outside. I feel they should be better marked. Take heed of driveway description as it’s small. The picture also does not show a large trash cart parked at end driveway next to house. Despite my small complaints I heartily recommend this property.

Excellent property. Loved staying there. Our favorite neighborhood!

We have stayed in an other adobe casitas several times before. There are no words to describe the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the property - not to mention the communication with Richard. This property was much different than the other one we have stayed at, but no less amazing. It is a tight property as far as space goes, but it is like stepping back into time and and staying in an actual adobe structure. You can walk to the Plaza, the Rail Yards, and near all the wonderful restaurants and the grocery store. Our family cannot imagine staying at any other management property. Our entire family is looking forward to returning during the holiday season and staying at adobecasitas.

We stayed for 1 week and found the house spacious and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and there were lots of good restaurants, shops, museums, parks and other activities within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would book another stay in the future.

This little casita is on a TINY historic street within walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza, multiple restaurants, museums, galleries, etc. It's close to shopping for food and basics (DeVargas Center), as well as the Railyard District. Pros: it's very cute and cozy, yet has a big dining room and table if you invite others. Cons: as others have noted, parking is a major test of you and your car's abilities. We were able to get our RAV4 in there, but it was SNUG. On-street parking depends a lot on other factors, such as garbage collection and other residents' use of the street.
We enjoyed the fireplace and the small but well-equipped kitchen. The queen bed is a bit bouncy, while the twin is nice and firm. The owner is very flexible and responsive--easy to reach and quick to answer.

This property was absolutely charming. We walked to the Plaza every day for breakfast and sightseeing, and the location made other points of interest really easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook, and the dining room was quite spacious. My only regret is that we didn't make use of the fireplace(s), but we will next time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house has everything you'd want in a Santa Fe stay. A clean adobe home with a kiva fireplace and great kitchen. A wonderful outdoor space with another kiva fireplace. A dead end quiet and secluded street. Plus, walking distance to the Plaza and Railyard areas. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property! The house was great and had everything we needed. More importantly, ITS CLEAN! Everything was as described and communication with Richard was flawless.
Location is great as well. Walking into the Plaza is a short walk and only took us 5-10 minutes.
We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Its a great property!
