There are no steps into 3 BR 3 BA condo from parking lot, no steps into adjacent pool, no steps down to our docks! Bring your special guests for that getaway weekend! As guests you can fish off any one of our four docks during this time. Golf is yet another popular activity available for your pleasure., Visiting doctors and medical professionals book your stay with us as we are only a few minutes away from the Lake Regional Hospital.

NOTE: Due to safety issues we no longer offer an outdoor grill.

Our deck offers a panoramic view of the lake's main channel. Enjoy watching the wide variety and size of boats cruising by. Our waterfront unit has a large screened in deck. Entertain yourself with the Lake"s many water activities such as boating or visiting nearby lakeside bar and grills. Enjoy our outdoor pool. (The pool opening and closing is dependent on the weather.)

A covered 12x32 boat slip with electric can be rented. Please submit request by inquiry with boat type and length before booking for availability.

We also provide WIFI and HD TV. In 2023 we added new powered recliners with adjusting headrests in our large living room.

We are pet friendly. Just let us know the details in n advance. We do not charge a fee for your pet. No need to put your pet in a kennel and add a significant cost to your vacation plans.

Bass and crappie fishing as usual is great! Book now to get in on this great fishing! Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lake. The condo was nice for our family, being close to the pool and having no steps. It was great to be able to bring the dog, but wish the dog would have had a place to swim in the Lake, but we made it work. The only surprise we had was that there was no outdoor grill. We saw one place on the listing that it said it had an outdoor grill. We look forward to grilling nightly and had to make adjustments. Overall, our stay was great!

Location was awesome, no steps into condo or to the pool!! The 3 bedrooms were very roomy, I thought. Closets were a nice to use!! 3 bathrooms, is so nice. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything to cook just about anything. We used the kitchen for 2 meals everyday. My personal best was the ice maker, along with full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Then to keep up with your clothes, you have a washer and dryer. Fireplace was a bonus, did not use it because it was mid July. Condo was decorated nicely made it feel like home. Living room loveseat and sofa, electric recliners!! Making it so nice to relax after a fun day shopping, swimming etc. Lake view from the balcony was fantastic!! Definitely will return

Over all our stay wasn’t a bad stay just some minor issues. Showed up and there was no gas grill like mentioned on the add. There was an issue with the dishwasher that we found out after we should up so had to deal with a maintenance guy randomly showing up. There was no trash bags in the unit, along with no paper towels, and no salt to cook with and no laundry detergent. So had to make another quick store run. The out side deck area was pretty dirty. Overall our stay want terrible, had good views of the lake and very convenient location near the pool.

This was our first time ever dealing with a vrbo. We were a little hesitant at first, but surprisingly everything was super easy. The condo was everything it had said it would be and more. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, plus our little poochon puppy. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being on the ground floor and so close to the pool. The only downfall was not having a grassy area close by for our puppy. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we'd love to come back again!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described. The fact it was ground level was such a plus. Sitting out on the enclosed patio in the morning & evening were phenomenal. The sunset’s were gorgeous. I would definitely stay again.

The property is exactly what we needed. My wife, four kids, mother, and two dogs were able to enjoy our time at the lake. The property is extremely well kept and it had everything we needed to just enjoy our time. We will definitely be staying again.

Condo is perfect. Master bedroom has a very firm mattress. Living room furniture is new. Screened in porch is wonderful. Location is easy to find and very safe. It’s definitely a 10

Don’t make the same mistake as me, read the reviews not just look at the ratings. Multiple comment on the lack of cleanliness and uncomfortable beds. The property is a great location and the set up is nice. However, it was so dusty and we counted 72 cobwebs during our stay. The walls were growing fur because it was so dusty. When I contacted the property manager, within 24 hours of arriving, I was told my expectation were unrealistic and I could deal with it or leave. He did offer a cleaner after I contacted Vrbo because the amount of dust caused my husband breathing issues. I vacuumed the master and filled the vacuum on it first night. The master bed is like sleeping on the floor with a blanket under you. There is a layer of crumbs and dust under all living room furniture, after a cleaner was sent during our stay because we complained and provided pictures to Vrbo. So many things wrong and the host was very rude and defensive when I tried to address the issues with him. He also tried to lie to us and Vrbo multiple times. There is no grill, the pool is seasonal, the washer is old and not xl, and be prepared to clean everything yourself unless you don’t mind dirty plates, floors, walls, etc. The tops of furniture and open hardwood floor seemed clean. Save self the trouble, stay somewhere cheaper and hopefully cleaner. You’ll have a much better experience. Mike is nice until you have any issues then you are a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo was very nice, the views are beautiful and the location was perfect. We rented a wave runner from Surdykes and a boat from Aquatoys and both were less than 10 minutes from the condo!

This condo is right next to the pool on the ground floor. The floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. Not a huge deal as we are farm folk but still… The rest of the condo was clean. Huge screened porch with lots of seating which we used a lot.

The condo offers privacy for 3+ families in a quiet cove that over looks the main channel. The screened in patio extends the living space so you never feel on top of your friends The pool is just steps from the room. For people who have difficulty with steps there is a very short sidewalk around the building to the dock. so everyone can enjoy fishing or boat rides. We can’t wait to reschedule our next trip!!! score 10/10!!!!

Loved the location and screened in deck ( the wagon was a great help loading luggage and groceries!) The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. You can purchase ice at the pool! However the condo could use a deep cleaning. We had to wash most dishes before we used them. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we arrived but had dried egg on them. A green scrubbing pad would have been helpfull in the kitchen. We cleaned the silverware drawer and all silverware and utensils before we could use them. The sheets in the 2 bed bedroom did not appear clean so we washed them and the mattress pad before we slept on them and the pillows were sweat stained so we washed those also. The master mattress had a big brown stain on the mattress, there were no plastic mattress protectors on any of the mattresses. There was dirt and an old spill under the table on the deck. The refrigerator had not been wiped out and we had to clean it before we put our food in it. Obvious cobwebs in living room. I took photos of what we experienced if Mike and Diane would like them sent to them. Hard to pay a cleaning fee with all that we did but would still book again, it worked out well for for our stay with 3 BR and 3 baths with 3 adults and 2 teenagers.

Condo location was perfect. Beautiful view of the lake, and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing any time of day with family. The pool was conveniently located just outside our door. Interior was lovely and each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. However, the master bedroom is advertised as having a king size bed, but it does not. The bed is queen, and that was a major inconvenience. I would also suggest that visitors need to bring liquid dishwashing detergent and detergent if you plan to use the laundry. The recliners in the living room were nice, but the love seat recliners worked only part of the time. My family had a very relaxing time and would probably go again if the master bedroom actually had a king size bed.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Parking was easy and close, there were no stairs to navigate, the pool was right outside the door and remained after Labor Day which was a big priority for us.

The condo was great with the 3 BR, 3 BA. However it would’ve been nice to know how rough the wake is down at the dock. We had to rent a separate slip for our boat as it was rough the entire week we were there. The condo was very dirty. Master BR toilet had a black ring in it, lightbulbs burned out in bathroom, dirty furnace filter, dishwasher was filthy, main floor had a dirty film to it, trash and food under beds/behind furniture. It’s hard to pay cleaning fee when we arrive to a dirty place & have to clean it ourselves.

The condo was perfect! Great floor plan with areas for our teenagers to have their own bathroom and bedroom. We were so grateful to be able to bring our 2 shih tzu dogs along. The kitchen was well equipped and the views were amazing! Loved the gigantic screened in porch! We brought paddle boards and launched from the dock. There was a ladder which made exiting the water a breeze. Very handy location! No stairs and right by the lovely pool! Only con was a huge hill to hike to find grass for the dogs. Don’t hesitate to rent this one! You’ll have a great time renting water toys nearby and many great restaurants and parks are close.
