The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Plan to Barbeque on the Deck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset! The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and you'll find plenty of seating around the table and breakfast bar which is open to the Living Area - great for entertaining and socializing. When it's time to turn in, 3 comfortable Queen Beds provide a great night's sleep! There are TV's in two of the bedrooms to watch while you wind down. A Comfortable, Double-High Queen Sized Air Mattress is also provided for your use.

Boaters: Our 12x30’ Boat Slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! I took my family of 5 (ages 6, 4, 2) for Spring Break 2024. The indoor pool was heated and clean, it was a simple elevator ride downstairs and the kids loved it. We fished off a dock a few nights and the kids caught a few fish. We rented a boat from Dirty Duck which was a 5 minute drive from the condo, hiked a few trails that were only 15 minutes away, and had lunch at the Red Head which was only 10 minutes away. Great location for local attractions. Simple check in process and excellent communication from the renters. I’d recommend this unit to others!

Exceeded expectations. Unit was perfect for us. Great view from deck. Simply decorated not overdone. Pictures don’t do justice for the outdoor pool and hot tub or the huge heated outdoor pool. Will definitely make this our go to spot at the lake.

Super cute condo with plenty of sleeping and seating options. The view from the patio was beautiful. Stocked well in the kitchen. Pools were great and not over crowded. Would happily stay there again.

It was very nice. Very positive and we had a nice time. A nice condo. A few things to let owner know so he can take care of..…top plug by master bed does not work, chairs on deck had something on the bottom that stuck and hard to move, blow up mattress did not hold air very well. These are not criticisms just things to take care of!

Nice, clean, well maintained unit. The Towers is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, ice cream, etc. We didn’t use the pool but it was big and very nice. We rented a boat slip, the dock was very nice and convenient to the unit.

The condo was very clean and updated with a great view of the lake! The location was also great! Near some great restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores were nearby as well. And a boat rental place was less than a 1/2 mile away. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at this complex before but not this condo. Everything was very nice. I was particularly impressed with the Queen air mattress. Better than a bed! We always enjoy our stay at this complex and will be back again.

The only problem with our stay was the refrigerator which was leaking from the top center, so we placed a baking pan on the top shelf to catch the leaks and we emptied it every day. Everything else was fantastic!! We will be back in the future! Thank you! The Oesterreichers

Love the indoor pool as we went in the winter. The condo was clean and as pictured. One elevator was down, but it wasn’t a big deal. Parking was easy for loading and unloading. We would stay here again on our next visit. The host communication was good too.

We enjoyed the beautiful condo with amazing views. The screened in porch was to die for and we used it every minute we could! It was cloee to everything and Justin was amazing to work with! We will definitely book again!

We brought our two kids for spring break. My 6-year-old cried that we had to leave. They loved the building's indoor pool. Great location, spacious and clean. Quiet at night. The only drawbacks were the elevator on our side of the building was out of order and there are zero toiletries provided except hand soap. Like there is a washer and dryer but detergent isn't provided. So bring your own or plan for a trip to the store.

My family and I enjoyed the open floor plan this condo offered particularly with having small children. Communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded promptly to any questions I had prior to arrival and fortunately we had no questions with anything during our stay. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the family particularly great for the young kids which is why I chose this property.

This condo was clean, Stocked with necessities. The floor plan was open, great screened in balcony with a great view of the lake. The communication was excellent with the property manager, clear instructions on check inn and check out. It was a overall wonderful experience, I cant wait to come back with my grandparents.

My friends and I were looking to share a week end in a space large enough for each of us to have our own bed/bath. We accomplished that (minus one bathroom) in this very lovely condo! It definitely had everything we needed for our week end get away....and then some! It's close to shopping and in a very safe neighborhood in what felt like a very safe building. We are all over 60 so didn't need a lot of nightlife; however, there would have been some available close by had we chosen that. It was perfect for what we needed. Our only disappointment was that the fireplace is not available to renters. We made the mistake of assuming that the pictures that included the fireplace implied availability. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the spacious deck with beautiful view (and screen keeping our small children more than safe), separate bedrooms for our children, and close proximity to all the amenities. A little hiking, caving, eating out, and indoor swimming made for a wonderful fall break!

We have stayed in the Towers several times now and we love it! Great location, very spacious, many amenities, and conveniences. This unit is nicely set up and very well-stocked. We liked the sixth floor location as well. There were a few things that needed some dusting but major items were clean. The main issue was the bed in the master. It seemed old and it was way too soft. Maybe it’s us, but neither my husband or I were comfortable. Overall though a great rental option.

This place exceeded our expectations. We were met with a clean condo and a beautiful view of the lake. The screened in balcony made it safe and enjoyable to sit outside with the kids. The indoor pool was heated and the sauna was amazing. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The beds were also SUPER COMFY! When we arrived on Friday it rained, so it was an added bonus to have Netflix on the TV for the littles before hitting the pool. I'm looking forward to spending more time here with our boat and the entire family!

Overall, a great condo and a stellar view. A few tweaks & it would be perfect. Shower head in the master needs changing - very basic head with poor water flow. The cushions on the balcony are pretty thin & worn. I could feel the metal from the chair underneath. Linens were rather worn & dated. I know these next two things are beyond the owner’s control but they do affect the quality of stay. The vanity in the master is unusually low. I’m only 5’4” & I had to bend way over to use it. Lastly, and I apologize to the owner because this has nothing to do with him but those staying there need to know that you can hear conversations clear as day from the balcony right below (at least I think that’s where he was located). Some guy seemed to have moved his home office to his balcony, because he was constantly on the phone out there (speaking loudly) & it was pretty annoying. That being said and even with the few of what I would term minor issues, I would rent this condo again. It was clean, well appointed & the view is second to none from the large balcony.

Tub/shower would not drain, bath towels had a bad odor as did I needed to wash them before use, no bath Matt’s when coming out of shower, no bulb in night light, coffee cups were dirty in cupboard, Coffee machine took 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee, entrance light did not work, half lights over kitchen table out, fireplace didn’t work, no batteries in TV remote, refrigerator leaked water over our food, the kitchen oven mitts and towels were so dirty they all needed to be thrown out, when outdoor fans were started dirt flew . We rented to golf for a few days. Wanted a hot tub for post golfing and it was out of commission before and during our stay. Owner and manager both need to make a priority not to take funds for services that are not rendered. Our stay was very unpleasant.
