Great hotelWould definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Disney.

Clean and comfortable, great breakfast and awesome location for restaurants and Disneyland. Staff were also friendly and very helpful. We used the pool and laundry facilities which were also very helpful.

A/c was quite noisy, and could hear some street noise, but not bad.

Parking price is outrageous especially given we chose this hotel as a choice of business.

The employee took into consideration our drive and us arriving early he let us check in early without any hesitation.

We visited this place a year ago and would say it’s a still clean area but definitely more homeless this time around.

Overall very positive! We would stay here again for sure!!

I liked the breakfast!! We also enjoyed the pool!! Both were a clean space

The room was smaller than I expected, for a family of 5 we were crowded walking around the space. Also our room with the extra sofa was unavailable due to broken AC but I would expected being placed in a bigger space not smaller space.

Overall, a clean comfortable stay.

Clean, modern, new. Honest staff- we left items behind and did t realize until a day letter, but the cleaning staff turned them in and we were able to retrieve them.

Breakfast was chaos. Layout not efficient and no order. Had to fight my way in among other guests to get food.

Anaheim trip

Staff is very polite, very convenient location, they have very good breakfast.

The bed mattress was too old, not comfortable, and the shampoo bottle was empty, I was in the shower, so I had to wait about 40 mins to get a full bottle. The rooms are smaller compared to the other Hampton Inn & Suites hotels.

Great place to stay for Disney land.

Great room and included breakfast.

Additional charges like parking. It’s disappointing to always have additional charges.

Too much noise, not what i expected

It was clean

The noise level. My room #219 was right outside the elevator, the pool area, laundy area and faced the street side. I was able to hear the other guest when they came in and out the elevator, kids screaming in and out of the pool area. The cars honking, sirens. One of the nights i had to call the front desk around 10:30 pm to report the guest upstairs from me. Not sure if they had an event or it was just kids but it sounded as if they were running across the room or jumping but there was so much noise from the ceiling. Front desk advise that they were going to send security and about 1 hr later it stoped but i my stay could have been better maybe if i was put in a different room

Good, practical hotel, when going to Disney

The location was perfect for that which we needed! Breakfast was good, the pool seemed nice, but we didn't get the chance to use it!

It was in general all well, but in the last day, we found a little cockroach in our room!

Nice, comfortable and clean!

Staff was friendly, included breakfast was of good quality and room was decently sized. Bed was comfortable but the air temp control took a bit to get used to, to find what we were comfortable with.

It would be nice if parking was included for the cost of the room, rather than being additional.

Had a wonderful, comfortable stay at the “Hampton”!!!

Great location. Close to Disneyland and shuttle and many restaurants and shopping mall with in walking distance. Free full breakfast every morning!

Price for parking was a bit steep.

Bien pero cuidado con los cobros ocultos

La cercanía a los parques y la comodidad de la habitación.

Me cobraron usd 200 de depósito en el hotel que me dijeron recibiría de vuelta en 10 días, pasó un mes sin recibir el reembolso y cuando les escribí me dijeron que debía hablar con booking por que la reserva la había hecho con ellos, pero el cobro me lo hizo el hotel no booking así que al parecer es un cobro oculto que no me van a reembolsar

Convenient to disney

Convenient location from Disneyland, 15-20min walk. The staff were friendly, Delicious continental buffet breakfast where the staff was busy refilling. Different hot food every morning. Very clean room, highly recommended. We will come back.

Cómodo y amplio

La ubicación es buena está a 15 min caminando a Disney y la habitación que nos tocó muy grande y Limpia al principio

La señorita de recepción que nos hizo el check in “ Maya” se notaba perfectamente que era de raíces latinas y hablaba español pero se rehusó hablar en nuestro idioma y uno con mal inglés pues nos lo complicó los demás chicos muy bien

Friendly staff, super quick check in and check out, clean and spacious room, the room offers absolutely everything you might need for your stay.

Internet speed. Could be a bit a bit better, using streaming services was hard as the internet made it laggy.

Perfect!

We stayed because we were going to Disneyland and there was a short 10 minute walk to the free shuttles so we were more than pleased. Everything was clean and up to date.

Very good over all

When we called front desk around 10am requesting housekeeping to do our room we had to call again in the afternoon because they put us at the back of the line.

Better response when we ask our room to be made. Thank you.

Loved how convenient a short 1 block walk distance to catch a shuttle to Disney. We saved time.

It was clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast was excellent and a great location.

The noise in hall was a little loud but other than that everything was great!

A Comfortable Stay

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the Convention Center and the world renowned Disneyland in Anaheim. Staff is attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and well arranged, which made us really relaxed during our stay.

Breakfast time finishes at 9:30AM, which is not really cool. As visitors on our vacation, we need to relax, and quite often we sleep in every morning. We stayed there 3 nights but we missed two breakfasts. May I suggest that the breakfast time extended till 10:00AM, and you really make everyone happy!.
