The Best Villa in a Five Star Property. Villa La Estancia brings to you the best combination of a private home with all of the amenities of a five star resort. Once you enter the Villa 2603 and view the Sea of Cortez with unbelievable views of "Lands End", you will know you have arrived. This Villa has one of the largest most spacious balconies including four lounge chairs. It does not get much better than relaxing on your balcony, drinking a glass of wine and watching the ever changing sunsets.

Estancia has all of the amenities of a 5 star resort which includes several on site restaurants, beautiful infinity pools, swim up bar, a zero depth pool for kids, room service, a 24 hr front desk, 24 hr security, concierge to help with reservations etc, bellman, internet through out the property, private tennis courts, private gym and spa, maid service, beach front swimming area, hot tubs, ATM, food market, ice cream stand, and more.
Hotel Amenities-Spa and Exercise Facilities
Estancia has it's own private fitness center, tennis courts and hot tubs etc. If you want a fantastic massage, then visit the 31000 square foot Desert Spa and choose from a complete menu of massage/facial treatments.

Villa 2603-Accommodations-Bedrooms
In the master bedroom (A side), there is a king size bed. In the B side bedroom, there are TWO king size beds. This is one of the few if any villas with this added comfort. There are direct views to ocean and land ends from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a jaccuzi tub, double sinks, desk and chair and coffee table. Each bedroom has its separate showers, bathrooms, large closets, a separate couch, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and more.
Villa 2603-Family Room, Dining, and Kitchen
There is a third bath and shower in this area. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 6 to 7 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony.
Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony. The size and layout of the villa was perfect. Thebalcony is enormous. We spent a lot of ti.e out there. Eating, playing cards, just chilling.
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you possibly need.
Location is close to Downtown so a cheap easy Uber to Walmart and a vast amount of restaurants. We also enjoyed the Michael Jackson dinner a d show at the sister resort next door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Very accurate description and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay. This place has it all. Especially the view! We spent most of our time out on the balcony, when we were there. Everyone, especially our host, Frank, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know to make the most out of our stay. We definitely plan to return and stay here again.

The view exceeded expectations and Frank, the villa owner, was very helpful with all of the preparations. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a great trip. Estancia itself was beautiful and had everything you could want. But the easy walk into town was also a perk. Frank recommended the boat Rissalena and that was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back soon and absolutely recommend this villa!

The villa is beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. The set-up worked perfectly for my family. My adult daughter had her own private suite while it also gave my wife & I more privacy on the A side. The location is perfect with just a quick taxi into town and to the marina. We really enjoyed the pool area and the restaurants on the property. I would highly recommend this villa.

This villa delivers everything the host promises in his description. The villa was very clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony is to die for; the Estancia’s pools and the Sea of Cortez beyond. The kitchen met all of our needs for meals. The bathrooms were roomy and included premium soaps, shampoo, conditioners. The three king beds were perfect for sleeping.
The overall service and staff at Estancia were great.
Everyone of the staff were friendly and always helpful.
The communication from the host was timely and complete. We would definitely stay at this villa again.

Great unit - beautiful view. 6th floor and massive balcony with BBQ. More than enough space for the 3 of us - could easily fit/sleep 6 with enough privacy. 100% recommend to rent through owner like this vs through hotel. Better deal and same property/amenities. We ordered room service the first night we got there. We used kitchen a lot and it's well stocked. 2 minute walk to pool, and easy access to neighboring sister hotel pools and restaurants. Walked beach to downtown Cabo - Long walk with toddler, but beautiful and we did it multiple times and took a $10 taxi home. Great spot overall and Frank helped a ton with communication!

This Villa was everything we could’ve asked for!
As promised, we had an AMAZING view from an enormous balcony. Frank ( the owner )
Has thought of every detail, we were greeted at the Villa with delicious guacamole, chips and freshly made. Margaritas. The kitchen had all the supplies, you could possibly need and there was even a pouch of Pete’s coffee. Which we enjoyed the next morning out on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The Villa is beautifully decorated and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.
This place was more amazing, and had more amenities, than we had expected. The layout is perfect for privacy, the beach is amazing, great restaurants, loved the pool and the staff is very attentive. Our family had a memorable vacation, we will definitely be returning.

When visiting Cabo, we always stay at Villa La Estancia and this unit is amazing! The views are incredible - and the space (having both the A side and the B side of the unit) is awesome. We love spending time on the patio - and this patio must be the best one on the property!

Four of us were here for a week during Spring Break and it was a really great trip! The condo was the nicest we've ever had in our many years staying with VRBO...immaculately clean, in great condition, and very roomy for 4 people. The owner was very difficult throughout the rental process, including adding guests to our 2 bedroom, 2 week stay. He is strict, so strict it almost ruined it for us.
The apartment was run down, with uncomfortable furniture, and holes in the drapes. The kitchen was poorly stocked, pans worn to Teflon gone, and although it’s not required, could you have salt and pepper in the unit?
Again, the view is great, and la estancia generally is pretty (we’d been twice before), but this owner’s process and the disappointing unit made the vacation much less enjoyable than we’d hoped.

The unit was exactly as it is portrayed in the information we saw online when we booked the property. It is very spacious, was clean, the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite feature of the property was the huge patio area that has a perfect view down the center of the property with the pools, and on out to the ocean. It couldn't be any better. We were very happy with this property and will definitely rent again when we get to return to Cabo!

The views from the patio are spectacular. The resort, with it's 2 sister resorts, offers great restaurants and a location that allows easy access to all Cabo has to offer. Staff at Villa La Estancia are all extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Time by the pool was greatly appreciated. The gym was easy to access, allowing for guilt free drinking and dining. We would stay in this location again for future Cabo vacations.

We had never been to Cabo before but we will definately be back. Frank was so easy to work with, the Villa is amazing and the resort is fabulous! The view is exceptional and we loved playing cards on the patio in the evening, laying by the pool, and several planned activiites outside the resort. 2603 La Estancia
The villa is spectacular! What a great place to spend some time, we’re so glad we found it. Estancia was all first class and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and took care of us. Any time we spent in the villa was on the patio. What a view!!!
If they ever ask for recommendations Estancia could use a walk up bar and some quick service food. The deli was good but really slow and kind of busy most of the time. Again I’m guessing they needed some help.
Overall it was a great vacation and experience there. We are already talking about plans to return.

Wonderful villa!
We spent a wonderful week at Frank’s villa. As other reviewers have said, the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful views, very comfy beds and great AC (boy, was it hot!).
Communication with Frank in the run up to our stay was plentiful and informative and everything we needed to know was provided.
Everyone at Estancia was super friendly and helpful- it truly is a five star resort.
The drinks and food at the poolside cafe, La Parrilla, were good, as was room service but personally, I would not recommend La Casona- overpriced for the underwhelming food.
Still, we had lots of other great meals at the myriad of local restaurants, our favorites were La Lupita (fantastic tacos and mezcal flights), The Office (fun vibes right on the sand) and Nick-San (top-grade sushi).
We did lots of great activities, jet skiing, parasailing and swimming with dolphins, all of which you can get big discounts on if you subject yourselves to a morning of time-share persuasion.
All-in-all, we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend Frank’s villa to any friends planning on visiting Cabo.
