This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome offers excellent accommodation for up to 10 people, also boasting amenities including a private hot tub. The garage will hold two cars, and one more may be parked in the driveway out front.

Just steps from the Sierra Star Golf Course and Clubhouse, you'll enjoy a view of the 17th hole with the Sherwin Mountains in the distance as you barbecue on the furnished deck or relax in the private covered spa.

With windows on two stories, the entry-level living room is bright and spacious yet cozy with two sofas and a wood-burning fireplace. You'll also have access to a large flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player. The adjacent kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The chair-level breakfast bar seats four along with six chairs at the dining table.

There's a garage entry on the first floor, along with a deck with the private spa. Two king beds, one queen, a double, and three twins sleep up to 10 guests. The home also has a large laundry room and free WiFi.

This spacious home is only half a mile from the Sam's Wood site for summer festivals and the Eagle Lodge and ski run access. The Village is a mile away if you'd like a pleasant walk. The Sierra Star Clubhouse is only 75 yards from the front door, and there's also a shuttle stop at the entrance to the Timbers.

Hello, over all the house was great, it was a nice layout. I was so taken back with the welcoming meat/cheese platter, it couldn’t of been better timing, we were all so hungry from our travels, very thoughtful. So THANK YOU SO MUCH. WOWWW. My only comment was, the house was clean on the surface but the house needs a deep clean in a bad way, there was so much dust in that house, all of our allergies went crazy with all the dust in the game cabinet, blinds, drawers ect. There’s were greasy cookie sheets in the oven that weren’t clean but I took the time to soak them and clean them myself. We definitely would stay here again though, we had a very nice time. Comfortable and cozy with everything you’ll need

My friends and I decided to stay here during early December for a snowboard trip. This place is a hidden gem. Everything you need is in this unit. Every kitchen appliance and kitchenware you need is at your disposal. The space is a lot larger than the photos. The unit is located very close ( 5 min) to the village and the local grocery store. Just outside the front door is a bus stop that will take you to eagle lodge for quick and convenient access to the mountain ( only a couple stops away from the lodge. Literally a 5 min ride). Inside the unit are a couple binders full of useful info regarding things to do and places to eat ( we found this very useful). Besides the food that we brought ourselves, we did not have to worry about anything else. Every one of my friends that attended mentioned that this was the nicest cabin they have stayed in while in mammoth. I highly suggest this location.

EVERYTHING about the cabin was so nice!!! The architecture, the layout, the location, and can't forget the jacuzzi! This is our favorite cabin, and we are looking forward to booking it next year!

This home is spacious and nicely laid out. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub, TV, Sonos. Easy self check in and out. Shuttle to Eagle lift is a short walk and ride for a convenient start and finish to the ski day. Appreciated the personal note and food gift from the owner and invitation to contact him! Would stay here again.

Nice condo. Not ideal for small children. 4 king beds, twin and trundle. Twin on way to jacuzzi too much furniture moving. Late 4pm availability very annoying. 2pm much more realistic.

The property itself was as described and our group had an excellent time. Convenient to Mammoth shuttle, nice that it has a private garage, came with extras such as sleds, and fairly updated and definitely comfortable. The kitchen is great for those who like to cook. The management was great and had a surprise of a charcuterie platter (which was delivered while it was dumping snow)! Only disappointment was that crew that was supposed to shovel entry didn't, but we managed (and management appologized). As an aside, the twin daybed has a pullout which accounts for the number of beds listed. We didn't use it but it was a question we had when we were looking at the property description. We would go back again!

This home is wonderful! I took my daughters and their children on our yearly vacation together. Their are 10 of us and this home provided space and comfort for all of us. We have been coming to Mammoth for the past 10 years together and everyone agreed that this was our favorite place to stay. Loved how easy it was to get to Eagle Lodge.

Details details details - this house gets it right. Everything from having plenty of firewood, a sonos sound system, everything/anything you can ever need in a kitchen - 1003 Timbers had you covered. I travelled here with my family with little kids and we ended up staying in the cabin for most of our trip. It was great for cooking and entertaining larger groups. Would love to come back soon!

Booked last minute, everything was set up for us and easy to get in when we showed up. Lots of space! Hard to find houses in mammoth that isn’t just packed with twin beds, the three private bedrooms were a huge bonus.

As I mentioned, the homes layout was great. Nice laundry & mud room where we could leave our fishing gear. Big open great room upstairs where we could all gather! Super comfy!! Amazing kitchen to gather around which always is the heart of the home! We did have one issue occur. We returned from a long day hike to McGee Creek. Just ready to get in the hot tub & an alarm began to sound. We determined it was the carbon monoxide detector downstairs. Immediately called Vacassa ( the mgmt co), was on hold for 25 minutes! With shrieking alarm going off. Worst part was we didn’t know if it was safe to be in the house. All 8 of us were gathered on the upstairs deck not knowing what to do. At about 20 min we decided to call 911 & get their opinion. They immediately dispatched the fire dept. FD determined it was a malfunction in the hard wiring & said it was completely safe to stay! Phew... thank goodness! Things happen, we get this. Just disappointed in the Mgmt Co. Fire Dept. dismantled the device downstairs while mgmt said they would be back the following day to repair. We never saw them again for the remainder of our stay. So to reiterate, loved the home, understand things happen but not impressed with how Vacassa handled the situation. Also, would have appreciated more dishwasher soap & a cleaner on hand to keep the kitchen spotless while we were there! (Just little things...) Great family vacation though!!! We’d like to return in the future! Thank you!

Owner was extremely hospitable with an entire spread of assorted cheese/meat, wine, beers, coffee, chocolates, and cookies. The place is beautiful, clean, and close to both Eagle and Canyon.

The unit is in the front of the complex and there's a big snowplay area right outside. Will definitely repeat!

Booked last minute after having Stonegate#2 owner cancel 2 days before our trip on MLK weekend. Property owner had a welcome basket full of assorted meats/cheese/crackers, wine, beer, cookies, coffee, chocolates and more. Beautiful place with all high end appliances. Clean and well kept. Close to the lodges and plenty of area for the kids to play in the snow. Will definitely book on our next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay, lots of bedrooms and beds, huge and modern kitchen to help make our New Years feast. Close to town, the village and right down the mountain from the slopes. Highly recommend.
