Barry was very fast in communicating with me. Property was clean and we we able to use the laundry. Nice backyard.

The home is warm and cozy, and the back garden gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with everything a cook like me would need. The hosts provided toiletries which I have never seen before in a VRBO rental. We had an issue with the toilet and rhe owner

The house was as advertised, very clean with a lovely back yard. We enjoyed the interesting, quiet neighborhood.

This property is in a great location and 5-10 minutes from everything. It is well priced and has some neat amenities. Overall, when we showed up there were some cleanliness issues including sizable crumbs left on the carpet from previous guests. It was apparent they had cleaned the place, however, just missed a couple spots.

We stayed here for a wedding in Sonoma . The house was very conveniently located - a short drive to the square, walking distance to a coffee shop and a few restaurants. It was perfect for 4 people- roomy with very comfortable furniture and a good size tv. Very well stocked with anything you may need . The backyard was totally private and very quiet and pretty. We appreciated a welcome bottle of wine. The host was very responsive . Check out was very simple. Definitely recommend.

This home was perfectly located for all that we wanted to see and do. It’s clean, comfortable and well appointed. The back yard is lovely too but it was a a bit too cool for us to enjoy completely. The owner is very responsive - even checked in with us to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

This home we stayed in was awesome!!! It was small and quaint but perfect size for two couples. The backyard was so relaxing and we would’ve enjoyed it more if it wasn’t a little chilly!
They had literally everything you would need to cook any meal. The grill was nice too!
There is a ton of restaurants from fast food to nice within a 3 square mile. Perfectly central between Sonoma and Napa vineyards if you’re into that. Next time we come, we will hope to be able to book this place if it’s not already booked. Thanks for a nice place, and the bottle of wine!

Cute 2 bedroom house with all the amenities we needed. Hosts made checkin easy and left a great notebook with restaurant listings (we choose Taqueria La Hacienda, delicious food & easy walk). The backyard was the absolute favorite spot and we spent most of our time when at the house enjoying the beautiful, peaceful outdoors

Our group of 4 (2 couples) had such a great stay here! House was perfect for our group and the backyard / patio was amazing - pictures don’t do it justice. House had everything we needed and Barry was so great to communicate with from day 1. Also an amazing location - close to so many great spots. We hope to be back someday!

Barry was wonderful in answering my questions prior to our arrival. The house is older, but was wonderful and very clean! Beautiful backyard space, although it was very cold the week we were there, so we didn't get to spend much time outside until the last day or so! Easy access to Sonoma Plaza and other places we visited while there. Overall, a great stay and a great place to stay!

Comfortable place, great kitchen, loved the back yard. Appreciated both the WiFi connection and the great TV screen and channels. Good access to wineries we visited along with restaurants and grocery stores

We came for a weekend away with another couple for wine country. This was a perfect place to stay. The backyard was magical and lovely to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We would definitely head back!

Enjoyed staying at this comfortable home. We had an issue with the lockbox but Barry was responsive. A very quiet, older neighborhood. Super comfortable beds & linens, & floor fans in both bedrooms in addition to ceiling fans which was helpful with the warm weather we’re having.

Very quiet neighborhood with a great back yard. Beds were comfortable. Quite a few kitchen amenities that were great. Walking distance to El Molino if you love authentic Mexican food. Barry was a very responsive host and a great communicator.

Home away from home
This is a nice house! The backyard is serene and provided a beautiful location to unwind. Very accessible to downtown and surrounding area vineyards. If the time was right, I'd have contacted the owner with an offer!
The only hiccup is with the on-street parking. Someone took the parking spot in front of the house, but it wasn't a big deal since we parked in the driveway and didn't really need it.
The host is great to work with and I'm sure if we needed the spot, he would have helped us out!

Comfortable stay
The house was very nice and comfortable. Would have liked to enjoy the beautiful back yard more but the seat cushions were always wet. The house is conveniently located to everywhere we went - San Francisco, bodega bay and the Napa and Sonoma wineries.

Perfect Sonoma Location
We were less than 2 miles from the Square and convenient to Santa Rosa, Napa and Bodega Bay. Very lovely and intimate backyard for relaxing with a glass of wine. As an FYI - the pictures made the property, especially the front appear much bigger. We almost drove past the short driveway. An older home but charming and well-equipped. Thanks to our host!!

Wonderful Sonoma cottage
Clean, cute house with a beautiful backyard. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well appointed and a bottle of wine at checkin - can’t ask for more! Everything was as advertised and check in/out process was simple and smooth. We will be back!

Napa Girls Trip
I came here with my best friend and two sister-in-laws for a girls trip to visit wine country. The home was quaint and cozy, the backyard is beautiful. We thought it would be hard for 4 women to all get ready with one bathroom but we worked it out! We mostly toured Napa and Sonoma and spent little time at the house but it was a great stay. We would come back again! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful home conveniently located
Beautiful, clean home that was very comfortable. We loved taking walks twice a day in the neighborhood. Very quiet and was great to look at the different architecture of the homes. It was within walking distance of some bakeries, coffee shops, and two miles from downtown Sonoma. We did want to cook several dinners but the grill and oven were not working.

Quaint Home in the Heart of It All
My SO and I stayed here while I was in Sonoma for a race. This location is near several wineries and near downtown Sonoma. It was a quick drive to all locations. The house provides plenty of room for two people. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is spacious. All of the amenities we needed were provided.
I would have loved to enjoy the backyard more. It is gorgeous! It would be perfect in the summer. My SO and I love cooking on the grill and dining on the back porch at home in Colorado. It was a little chilly and rainy while we were there. Perhaps next time!

Nice Getaway
Easy check in, perfect place for me and my small family over the weekend to attend a festival in Napa. Very quiet neighborhood, wonderful peaceful backyard. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and never got a chance to drink it. We couldn't bring it with us on the plane, but it's the little things like the bottle of wine when you arrive that make the stay feel even more special :)

Excellent Sonoma stay
Came here for a weekend with my boyfriend and 2 best friends for a weekend of wine tasting and good food and this property did not disappoint. The house was very comfortable, good location in the center of everything, and a beautiful backyard. Morning coffee on the back patio may have been my favorite part of the weekend. Barry, the property manager was very responsive and super helpful. We will be coming back!

Adorable Mid Century Gem
The communication with management was exceptional and the property although a little on the rustic side is well maintained and reminds me of a mid century gem with a beautiful backyard and rose garden.
There is both on street and off street parking and a short drive to just about anything you would like to see in Sonoma Valley.

Charming home
We stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and my two friends for our Napa trip. House is perfect for four people with two bedrooms. The backyard is gorgeous. I wish we could spend more time in the backyard but our trip was very packed with wineries and restaurants. The home was clean and we found everything we needed ready for us. The owner communicated clearly and fast. I highly reccommend this place to anyone who does a trip to Napa - Sonoma area!

Everything we needed
Barry was very responsive from the rental to the checkout. We only had one small issue during our 6day stay and it was resolved immediately. The backyard was amazing. This would be where you hangout during warmer weather. Trees full of apples and they were delicious.
The neighborhood was a little dicey and noisy; but the house was safe and well maintained.

Loved it!
Beautiful home and backyard! Wish we could have stayed longer to use the big kitchen and eat out back! Great location. The hosts leave you so much information on what to do, where to eat and get groceries. Hands down the best vrbo I've stayed. Felt like home!
