The location and grounds are lovely.
Staff was outstanding.
The spa area was fun. Like the spa cafe.d
The rooms are dark. Windows are low and not very big.
The restaurant was ok but not outstanding.
The staff was very nice, but there were 2 dinner guest that were drinking heavily and very inappropriate at their table.
7.0 / 10.0
Nice staff and there’s a shuttle to the town (which you pay for in an extra fee at checkin so not really a perk or anything, you pay for it whether you use it or not)
The establishment is so old that it’s not a particularly pleasant experience. The entrance is designed in a way that if it’s cold outside the whole lobby area is freezing, the showers have no pressure, the second floor is inaccessible to a stroller and on and on

Friendly, helpful staff. The shuttle to town was especially useful. Our room/bed was very comfortable
Considering the price, and the designation of the facility as a Fairmont Hotel, we felt the facility was less than we expected. We stayed here 10 years ago and were very impressed then. This time, the facility was looking tired and in need of an upgrade. The fountains were dirty, the landscaping was wilted, the toilet in our room was broken and the location of our room felt like it was down a cheaper, afterthought of a hallway. This was not the luxury Fairmont we had expected from 10 years ago.

Room was nice and clean. Restaurant inside was amazing! ws
Spa was amazing ! We were there 3 nights and 4 days.
I would go back.
Woman Bartender at pool was horrible! Horrible attitude and service.
kinda ruined the 1st day for us.

bed was almost too high to get into easily.

Amazing in every way. I've stayed at some nice hotels and the staff here went well above and beyond. The quality of service was the highlight (and location, and facilities)
Literally nothing - it was fantastic.

great suite/wonderful spa -staff was great
we had room 940. it was the intersection for all staff carts to congregate so for the same price my friend’s room, ours was not as good

staff needs to be more attentive and curteous

The property is beautiful. The grounds and rooms are decorated fabulously and are very lush as well as comfortable...
The hotel was very very crowded with families and lots and lots of kids and dogs. our room was across from an ice machine in a cavernous hallway so it was pretty loud most of the time. For the pricing , that part was disappointing.

All the staff were really friendly and service was great. A particular highlight for us was our hike with Ed, which the hotel offers as a complimentary outing. Ed was super enthusiastic and it was a real highlight of our trip. The lobby is very comfortable, with board games for guests to enjoy over a glass of wine. We also enjoyed the live music and food truck, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays.

The only good thing is cleanliness and location.

The suite was spacious and beautiful and ideal for the three of us. And really wonderful spa offered complimentary.

no view from the windows in the bedroom as they were frosted.

Beautiful landscape
Awful pillows - terrible night sleep. My coworker experienced the same as well, we both had neck aches the following day

We liked that the fireplace was always going during a cold visit. The food was excellent - great and creative breakfast menu, excellent dinner options both at Sante and in the Bar.
Not a big fan of pets at hotels. Unfortunately, the spa pump went out during our visit so we could not enjoy those facilities, which looked very nice.

The main bar made disappointing drinks.

we came all this way to enjoy the warm water but the pool was out of order!

Our room was great and very comfortable. The lobby offered wine for happy hour, hot chocolate and cookies. The restaurant staff is incredibly nice and accommodating.
The spa and the hotel are not as connected as one might think. We had a family gathering and chose the Sonoma Mission Inn for its hot spring pool and for its spa. Sadly, the pool was not working, the spa was fully booked and, without a treatment, daily access is $50 even for guests. Due to its limited capacity, we were not able to get a day pass. While we appreciated the refund for the resort fee (we’re waiting for the reimbursement for one of the nights), we will choose a different property for our next gathering.

our 2nd stay here and as always, you feel at home

Room was close or the bar and pool area, which were full of people partying late into the night. hardly slept more than a couple hours due to the noise.

the pools, the green areas, the restaurant
price is very expensive for the actual amenities that you get included on the room price.
