My condo is updated with new carpet & furniture, this condominium is in the Island Princess complex on the Gulf of Mexico. Rental includes daily beach setup of 2 chairs w/umbrella plus one hour free daily rental of kayak or paddleboard. This is a three ( 3 ) bedroom & three ( 3 ) bathroom condo. Unit is a 7th floor west side penthouse suite with dramatic views of the gulf & Fort Walton Beach areas. Take the elevator & walk approximately 40 steps to a heated pool or hot tub & then take another 30 steps to our fabulous white sands beach. Utopia! Enjoy this pristine white sands beach along with the Emerald colored waters with your toes in the sands & surf or view this amazing paradise from afar on the oversized balcony with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! (Note that up to 8 vacationers could eat their meals on this scenic balcony.) Watch the dolphins swim & pelicans soar!

Can’t say enough about this property! Everything that you need in the kitchen! Plenty of room for a big family. Beautiful view. Fair price. Comfortable and cozy. Pool was sort of small and very busy during our holiday week stay. But we managed and the kids were so happy. Elevator was always quick and operational. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our time at the Island Princess. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was a great fit for our family of 6. Angie was super helpful, even late at night, as I forgot the info she mailed to us. She also checked on us during our stay. The beach chairs/umbrella and paddle board were a nice addition!

Everything was great, beach & weather was perfect. Nice place only issues were fridge door didn’t close sometimes and toilet paper roller came apart first use. Overall good time had by all 👍

My family and I had a wonderful trip. This was our first time spending Memoria Day at Fort Walton Beach, and we enjoyed how quiet things were. It's certainly not PCB, but more of a family retreat. The condo was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again given the opportunity. The condo offered 2 free chairs with an umbrella with your stay which is awesome:) Take advantage of this with your stay.

Great location! Wonderful view from balcony! Looks brand new inside. Was great to have a bathroom for all 3 bedrooms, nice size pool with easy beach access. Wonderful to have kayak and beach umbrella with chairs. Already recommending to friends. Will return!

We loved our stay at the Island Princess! The condo was even prettier in person. The elevator near the condo wasn't working upon checkout so that was a little bit of an issue. Overall very pleased

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and exactly the way it showed in pictures. The only problem we had were the elevators. The one closest to the condo was closed and there were only 2 other working elevators available. That was my only complaint. Everything else was great!

We really enjoyed staying here! Very easy to get around in Fort Walton Beach from Island Princess. Grocery store is 5 minutes away as well as restaurants are in walking distance. Kitchen is very well stocked. Having two king beds were the best since our daughter and her husband were sharing the condo for the week. We loved the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and the very quiet location of this 7th floor condo.

This condo was great. It was clean and spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Angie was extremely responsive and was very proactive in addressing an issue prior to our arrival. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need to live comfortably for the week. It’s a short walk to the pool and the beach as well as a quick drive to restaurants and a Publix grocery store. I recommend Okaloosa fishing pier to dolphins, sharks, and sea turtles. We had a great week and I will check with Angie first the next time we come back. This condo was exactly what we wanted.

Our condo was fantastic and perfect for our needs. Had a great view and perfect for all our kids and adults. Near to good restaurants and shops and entertainment. The view from the deck was amazing, the property was clean, the beach access and daily set up were amazing, and Angie (owner) was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had. During these uncertain times ... Covid is obviously a concern. Angie was thoughtful, considerate, informative & thorough. She not only offered a complete refund if we felt uncomfortable taking a vacation during the pandemic, but she went above & beyond keeping us informed about the availability & openings of area businesses. Even had additional sanitary cleaning done in her beautiful unit. HIGHLY recommend! The unit was spacious, clean and convenient to the beach. We would love to book again in the future.

Had an amazing time on our vacation. This was all our 1st time to this area but it won't be our last! It was absolutely beautiful and the weather couldn't have been better for the middle of March. Highs in the mid 70's to low 80's and sunny with a nice breeze everyday plus no rain at all! The condo was perfect and we would definitely stay there again. Our favorite thing was the dolphin boat ride, it's a must! We saw tons of dolphins plus saw some right off the condo balcony doing flips in and out of the water! Best vacation we've had in a long time and we can't wait to return!

Condo was great. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner took care of all our needs. My only complaint has nothing to do with condo but with the beach chair setups.... I have stay at many condos along Santa Rosa Blvd and this is the first property where you had to stand in line to get a spot. The guy doesn’t start the reservation process until the last umbrella is up and by then there is a line from the beach over boardwalk to the pool area. So heads up to get down there about 730/745 am to be near the front of the line.
