Great place made welcome service good staff a palace it is

Everything was fine even though everythink was not fully opened like beach food bar outside entertainment but apart from that it was excellent

I had my daughter which has autism just a plain eater anythink like chicken nuggets chips mash beefburger chicken some days they seasend the chips spice in chicken mash sometimes was plain then other days mixed with something please try keep kids food more plain as children don't like herbs and that 🤔

L hôtel est très propre, et le prix très intéressant 780 € pour 13 j en all inclusive, une aubaine. Très bon petit déjeuner, il y a de tout.

Pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre, donc vous êtes réveillé tous les matins à 5 h 30 par le soleil qui entre dans la chambre. Beaucoup de bruit des animations des hôtels aux alentours jusqu'à minuit. Nourriture pas chère et répétitives : poulet, poisson, hamburger. Les alcools de mauvaises qualités qui vous donnent des maux de ventre. Et le dernier point négatif : notre chambre n était jamais faite avant 15 h. 1 x sur 2 ils ne la faisait même pas du tout, pour un 5 étoiles, c est inadmissible. Pour le hammam et le spa il faut aller dans un autre hôtel. Pour aller a la plage il faut prendre une navette gratuite.

Rezeption perfekter Empfang, Sauberkeit Essen einfach klasse wir waren das 2 te mal in diesem Hotel

Das Personal an der Lobby und an der Lemon Bar sollte aufmerksamer sein.Beim Frühstück was um 11.00 endet wurde um 10.30 das Licht ausgemacht, das fanden wir nicht angebracht.

Tágas szobák és erkély, tisztaság mindenhol. Naponta minibárt töltenek és takarítás mindennap. A szálloda 5 perc sétára van a parttól. Lassan mélyülő part sok napágy, Minden igény kielégítő szolgáltatások. Személyzet segítőkész. Étkezések alkalmával bőséges választék, bár a tengerparti étkezések túl egyhangúak voltak. De így is mindig mindenki jól lakott.

we had a good time

hotel is quite cozy and comfortable, stuff is very friendly and helpful. a lot of retired guests from Germany. we watched a great show from Brazil about Michael Jackson

a room for children was small and dark, without windows… covered swimming pool is situated in another building and it causes some inconvenience for guests

A nice relaxing short holiday for couples. nice staff and good facilities. very clean and good level of food served.

beds rather hard. lunch only served in one building so get rather wet going from one building to the other, umbrellas would have been useful

Beautiful hotel/Best all inclusive

Everything was perfect. Best all inclusive I have ever had in my life. Everything is soo beautiful in the hotel. You also get your mini fridge filled up every day for free, like Fanta,cola,beer and water. Big bottles by the way. The coffee shop was amazing too. Delicious cakes and sweets. Awesome coffee and other cold and hot beverages. At 12 at night restaurant was open for soup,bread , some hot dishes ,cakes and fruit. The room was really beautiful with comfortable bed.

The swimming pool was extremely cold. That's the only negative. Instead went to the beach and water was really warm.

clean, good food and entertaiment but get your bedsheet from home

great: food, entertainment, cleaning habits, shuttle bus to the beach (with food, drinks, shade and sun beads), kid/baby friendly, room size staff speaks turkish, russian and german

bad: most staff didn't speak english, bed covers were awful (take your sheet from home because especially after the sun they will scratch your skin)

Side Royal Style - great stay

The two sister hotels are beautiful. The restaurants are fancy. The beach is perfect (a bit further from the hotel - around 500 m, but there is a bus transfer available every half an hour). Entertainment was unexpectedly good. The towels were changed every day, the minibar refilled every day. It's oriented at German clientele, but the staff speaks English as well

The bus transfer schedule to the beach doesn't operate at exacr hours (you might miss it even though you arrive on time).

Pleasant stay

The hotel was clean & had polite staff. Pool towels were available which is good. Free shuttle to & from the beach every half an hour.

The music which started just after 9.30am by the pools. It was very loud, better glazing is needed for rooms near the pool. This would also help with the noise from people at the pool bar that sometimes went on till 5am!

If you want to spend a truly heavenly vacation. Choose Side Royal Style Hotel. You will not regret!

It was absolutely perfect 10 days. The staff was so friendly and responsive to all requests. The food was incredibly tasty and varied. Me and wife liked the proximity to the beach and the cleanliness of the rooms. A wide variety of activities in the hotel. Also, we really liked the attitude of the staff.

Excellent family holiday among friendly people

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I highlight the friendliness of the staff and their passion to customer, their family friendly attitude, their proactive attitude to seek the pleasure of the guests was really exceptional. The food and drinks are lavish, abundant and good mix of choice for local and international food. The animator team did a great job of organizing sports and fun events. the Programs were at high standard (Mongolian circus show, Turkish night, Miss Hotel election, etc. And the price for all this for 8 nights with a family of 5 (two rooms, all inclusive, 8 nights) was similar to the price of a dirty 2 star hotel room without breakfast in outer London...

I didn't like that people took too much food and left half of it on plates which went to garbage. I'd suggest a guest incentive for an "return your empty plate" for preventing waste.

NOT recommended!!!

The building and the rooms were fine. Beds were comfy.

At the check in we found our room dirty. Guests from 2 hotels are made to have lunch in one restaurant which makes it super crowded and sometimes you cannot find a table there. The choices of food at breakfast and lunch are very limited and the same every day. You have to get beach towels from the next building, carry them with you to the beach and back. The bus to the brach runs only once every half an hour, so you either have to wait in the heat or walk along a dirty road. You are not allowed to change towels. If they are wet or sandy it is your problem, you still have to use them for the whole day. The beach is dirty and crowded. Kids club is shabby, not painted and out of date. The music is deafenning!!! There is no rest to your ears from 10am to 11pm!!! And after 11pm guest have their after party, so no proper sleep. Lots of drinkers and smokers everywhere. Very less staff speak English. Not friendly.

Our room with direct pool access and more privacy made a big difference over other rooms and made the experience better, if it was a different room probably our rating would be hire. Servet from the Vitamin Bar and also Erhan from the Spa were very helpful and made a difference to our stay. Servet especially should be promoted as he offered much more help and support than his overall role.

The hotel suggested to use the facilities inside and the spa was great and a great decision. We also went for a manicure and pedicure at the hairdresser in the Style Hotel. It was the worst service ever and disappointing…. I probably could have done a better job myself and just felt that someone is offering a service and the results were could have been better if I do it myself. Also some of the animation teams should be reminded that they are there for the guest not the other way around. A certain long curly haired gentleman was too busy chasing different girls every night that it was a priory for him to sit in front of my wife during a show on our very 1st day…clearly understanding what he is doing and causing but not caring about it. We have moved our seats to ensure we don’t distract him from his “job” but it is pretty disrespectful and basic manners not to do something like this.

In this hotel you really feel like you are in a palace.

Amazing very detailed design hotel. The location is very good. Food is very nice. The coffee shop is just spectacular. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

some staff and waiters need to smile to clients. many staff don't speak English which is very surprising in an internacional 5 star hotel.

Amazing holiday, just what I needed!

The manager Edem was absolutely amazing! He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived right until we left. The hotel was really clean and decorated beautifully.
