Krásný pension ve vynikající lokalitě se super personálem za skvělou cenu.

Krásná lokalita s vynikající dostupností na pláž, do města, k obchodům. Personál byl velmi profesionální, přátelský, snídaně úžasné, tureckého stylu.

Disappointing

The location was good - kind of close to the beach. Enough space.

The fridge was not working properly. We informed the staff, they explained it will start working but very slowly. Well, for two nights it didn't. They promised to change it, but they didn't. It looks like the staff was aware about the issue with the fridge and they gave us this room as we were staying only for two nights. Very disappointing! The sink had a hole, the bathroom was not in a good condition. There were no forks or spoons in the kitchen.

It was an amazing stay!

The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our weekly stay a lot. They taught us how to use the gas stove and it wasn’t difficult. The place is spacious, with a balcony. It’s also quiet and clean. The sea is close. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel, we used it a couple of times.

The rooms and the hotel are clean. It has hospitable staff. There is a small road in front of the hotel which you can access to beach

I highly do not recommend!!!

Quite close to the beach (like in hotel description) and ok breakfast. Quite clean pool

This place is dirty. Our room did not look at the photos available on the booking. I have no idea how it is possible that this hotel has so high rate. It was one of the biggest mistakes we made (we visited more than 40 countries with hundreds on hotels and hostels and Side Apart was the worst one). Bathroom was disgusting. Mattress- I try to forget how it looked. Nails sticking out of the wardrobe (not small ones, we traveled with child). Staff- when we discussed something we could be sure that they will never remember about it (like for example breakfast hours). Owner's wife was the only we could somehow rely on when we talked about something. One situation to describe what kind of place it is: when we came to Side Apart we saw on our balcony lots of cigarette butts, we came down to say the owner to do something with this and he was extremely surprised and said that is not possible because their staff take care so much about cleanliness and for sure these cigarette butts are from balcony above and other guests. But he forgot that he booked for us the last floor so there were nobody above us... Don't make the same mistake and don't book a place there. We wanted to change this place but all hotels and apartments in Side area were fully booked at this time. I attache a few photos to show how it looked

Great low-price place to stay for couple of nights

Great location, 6 min walking distance to Side beach. Many restaurants around. Clean rooms. Nice and cozy pool by the hotel. Friendly receptionist.

Good place to stay with a group of people, rather cheap and the staff os very friendly and helpful)

Pluses: -very close to the beach -nice and friendly personnel -quiet place -very good price for that area -good for families who travel on a small to medium budget -sandy beach and the cleanest one -could cook our own food which was helpful -laundry is rather cheap to do

Minuses: - overall quite expensive area - the public beach doesn't have showers

Good Location, Affordable, helpful and Smiling Staff

We made our own breakfast since there was a kitchen within the rented Apartment, actually wanted a booking in Antalya city but I thought Side is a suburb of the city but it is a town/ city on its own and over an hours drive. That said if I was planning to visit or Stay in Side, the location is great (100-120m to sea front/beach) and the price is competitive for the area

great place! the room was nice, well furnished and very clean. amazing and extremely helpful staff. there are shops nearby for groceries. I wish I had known about this place earlier.

Great host, cheap stay

Hot water is good and the water pressure is great! Although the decorating is old, the room was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us check in early because we had an online work meeting. He also helped us get a dinner table inside the room so we could work while staying in our room.

The bathroom needs renovating, the kitchen cabinets smelled a bit old. The photos of the rooms were more homey than we actually got. But the bedroom was fine and the space too
