Nice swimning pools. Very good food. Rooms were big and comfortable for Family. There were 2 parts of hotel - one we stayed was more calm what was ideał for us. Second part with restaurant had parties.
Cleaning. It was our second visit in Melisa. 3 years ago cleaning was better. Nów the Floors was dirty all week.

по сути, это обычный жилой дом. все понравилось, не понравился сам город - сугубо туристское место, не для путешественников на авто, к коим я себя отношу.

Ничего. Ни сам отель, ни Сиде в общем. Везде грязно, мусорки, достопримечательностей мало.
В кухне-студии нет кондиционера, но есть кровати! Кондиционер только в спальне. Спать в помещении без кондиционера невозможно! Мы передвинули кровать в спальне и спали втроём в одной комнате с ребёнком (хорошо что была хоть такая возможность). Кондиционер древний, шумит, спать ночью не комфортно. Ремонт, о котором пишется в описании, видимо сделан только в некоторых корпусах. В нашем номере все было старое, телевизор из прошлого века. Телевизор даже включить не смогли, но и не стали просить сотрудников разобраться, всё-таки на море приехали... Для кого важно, то сразу нужно просить номер с нормальным телевизором. Рядом только магазин с довольно скудным ассортиментом, нормальные магазины (Мигрос, А101, Sok) далеко и идти в гору. Сотрудник ресепшен при приезде отлично нам всё рассказывал на английском. Когда через пару дней мы подошли попросить заменить еле дышащую эл. плитку, сказал " I don't understand"... в итоге всё-таки поменяли, но пришлось повозмущаться.... При заезде обратили внимание встречающего на шубу в морозилке, так с ней и жили весь отпуск, никто и не думал что-то изменить. Бассеины грязные, территория грязная, повсюду кошачьи миски. Матрасы у лежаков старые. Зонтов мало.

Ужин заказывали сами. Еда понравилась.
Давно не встречала столь неприятных отелей.
Специально бронировала номер с кухней. В итоге получили грязные, неубранные шкафы в кухне и отсутствие хоть какой-то плитки для приготовления еды. Пришлось утром бегать под дождем, чтобы сначала найти сотрудника (на ресепшене его ждала около 40 минут), потом ждать маленькую плиту (плитку принес другой постоялец из своего номера).
Также не было в наличие фена, хотя он был заявлен. Всё выломано. На ресепшене помочь с феном не смогли.
Не рекомендую.

Lots of background staff keeping the grounds clean and tidy. Nice to have two pool areas to choose from - one very kiddy friendly and one quieter. They left the water slide on longer than advertised some days if lots of people were still in the pool which was nice. Good selection of food and drink available poolside.
Would have been helpful to have some info in the apartment eg breakfast times, nearby attractions.
Two single sofa beds could have done with more than just the single sheet put on for hygiene purposes.
I didn't feel the door was locked very securely and one of the balcony door locks was broken. I didn't realise till the last day that they had also given us the key to use the safe in the room so didn't make use of it (i assume that's what the key was for).

Very basic kitchen equipment but I understand It is on purpose in order to encourage guests to use hotel restaurant ;)

The friendly attentive staff were always happy to help. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds are tranquil with 2 seperate swimming pools to choose from. Great value for money, we will stay again.

Super value for money. The 2 bedroom apartment was super nice, old fashion perhaps, but very very spacious. Breakfast was great.
Prices in restaurant super expensive. When taking into account the restaurants around and other hotels, i found it to be quite steep.

The apartment was big enough to accommodate us (family with 3 kids). The pool was clean and the food (we had HB) was delicious. The boys at the reception were polite and gave us a lot of information for the resort, the beach and the sightseeing.
To be honest, we had higher expectations from the pictures and the way the hotel was presented in Booking.com. The hotel is a bit outdated, not so clean and the cleaning staff were quite inconsiderate, coming in to clean at any time without regard to whether anyone was sleeping or wanting to rest.
Free Wi-Fi was only available around the pool and in the restaurant, but not in the rooms, so we had to pay an extra package for internet access, and even the paid connection was not very good.
The most unpleasant thing was the way we were treated at dinner - as we were on a pre-paid half-board package, every night they reserved the best tables for those who ordered dinner separately, and people like us tried to seat them the not so nice places. For example, one night it was Turkey's national holiday and we had to argue with the staff to move us to the table under the awning where they had placed us, in the dark and next to the bar, without any decorations (the other tables had flags and balloons). while at the same time there were free tables outside by the pool which they kept for people of free consumption. The fact that we paid in advance for dinner apparently made us second class people in their opinion - or so we were made to feel.

Second time staying here, it is so well located, lovely apartments. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and will be back for sure. Excellent place to stay with excellent staff.

the staff! the property rues say quite time between 12:00 and 08:00 yet the bar music and noise of kids running around was going on until 4am every night when I complained the manager Elvis was rude shouted at me and told me to leave the property at 2am in the morning! staff busy sleeping with guests (3 young girls!) Lifeguard on his phone in the bar instead of next to the slide by the pool totally unprofessional behaviour from the staff and management

In general, our stay in the hotel was amazing - the apartments were simple, but very clean and cozy. All of the basic Kitchen appliances were there, so it was easy and nice to cook. There is lots of small shops that you could buy some basic things in, but the big supermarket is pretty far.The stuff was super friendly and helpful. It is around 10 min walk from the beach. The free spot on the beach is on the territory of a lovely bar, which has one of the best turkish coffee and granat juice i had in my life.
The wifi is free only on the territory and should be paid extra to be available in the room. Balcony doors were not closing very well- the locks have been broken. Also the windows are quiet low cut, so parents need to be extra careful with kids playing next to it. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be aware in case you have special needs person with you.
We also had a bit of leaking a/c over one of the beds.

Excelent hotel! The location is great, easy access to the beach by foot and easy access to city center by public transport. Room is big ,clean and well-equipped. Balcony had a nice pool view.
The breakfast was excellent, big variety of cooked meals, local cold meat and cheese platters, salads, cakes, fruits and cereals ...
There was free parking place with security camera. And the hotel accepts pets.
balcony at sunset was very pleasant but loud noise some days in the afternoon from the hotel next door. The road to the beach is very messy around.

We traveled as a family and the kids liked the pool. The food choice was ok, but breakfast was the same every day. The apartments are spacious and clean but very basic. There was not even salt or any cleaning products in the kitchen. The staff was generally helpful.
The noise. Every night, our hotel or neighboring hotels had loud music until 2 am. The hotel is located close to a busy road. Also, be aware of mosquitos. The windows do not have mosquito nets. The beds were not comfortable too.

The Turkish barbecue was very nice.
The set up of the 2 different pool locations is good for those of that wanted a more peaceful experience as the one with the slide is quite loud.

They were helpful arranging day trips for us.
The pool had faeces in it, so we couldn't use the pool with the slide for a few days as it wasn't cleaned properly. They need to limit the age of children going into it.
The towels weren't changed regularly enough.
The drink prices were much higher than the local bars around the hotel.
Every night for dinner the food was too similar they need to diversify the options we don't need stew 4 times a week, although it did taste nice.
The rooms need to be updated.
The music was very loud till the early hours, but they do turn it down if you complain.
The beds need mattress protectors and weren't comfortable.
People put down towels really early in the morning on the loungers and didn't use them till the end of the day.
This isn't anything to do with the hotel or the staff but but other guests aren't respectful at night and will be shouting and slamming doors loudly at 2 am to 4am.

We had amazing holiday in Melissa Gardens. It's a hidden treasure. We were frankly disappointed when we checked into the hotel. It has a small reception among the shops. But inside everything was perfect. There is a large green garden with 2 large and 2 children's pools. staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. They made fresh omelette for us. We ordered dinner from the menu and there was food suitable for the whole family. Above all, the cocktails were truly enormous. It really makes you feel like you're on vacation.
location is very good. 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are many shops around. The minibus to Manavgat passes right in front of the hotel.

- hotel info shows location as first line of the beach, but in reality we had to walk with kids and stroller around 20 min to the beach of the hotel, where u can get sunbed for 1 euro
-no elevator in the hotel, but hotel personnel kindly changed our room to the ground floor from third
- furniture is really old and beds are uncomfortable

no glasses for drinking juice for kids and need to have brush for keeping floors clean I know staff are fantastic at cleaning but when kids eating crumbs fall stops it from building up
